We have known each other for 6yrs. he’s a very smart , highly intelligent dude, Very playful and deep minded .

Mine was rather sad ending.

Registered on upwork, sort and bit for jobs for over 2 weeks without success, then on this fateful Wednesday morning luck smiled on me. There was this start up printing company in the US, they were sorting for remote graphics designer. I bit for job and got a reply, was excited like hell.
I spoke with the man, he was impressed with my portfolio and willingness to join them.

He let me know my duty was to do simple mug designs at the rate of $10 per design, then he asked how many designs I can pull up in a day.
Given the simplicity of the design, I know I can deliver at least 15 designs daily, I could do more but I know the power situation of Nigeria.

We settled at 15 designs daily, now was time for final task... He wants me to do 2 samples and send it to him just to be sure I understands what he needs.

I did and sent, it was 11pm... I plugged in my phone and pc and pray to wake up and meet good replies..... Woke up the next morning and boom! My phone and PC was stolen... I can't access my upwork account from any other device without my Sim.

MTN office frustrated my life for 3 days before I could get a welcome back Sim, thanks to Lagos population.

When I finally login, I realized my samples were approved and I was to resume the next day, jobs was already sent to me to handle... Unfortunately I was offline for 4 days... That was how I lost the job.

I explained everything to man, but it was too late.... Someone else got the job.


Caught the idiot that stole my stuffs 2 weeks later, that's another story for another day.

from Apapa to Dangote factory in Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos.

Hire per day -, 105k .


Truck type required: Dump truck ("tipper" -- 30 tonnes. Must be sharp


Work hours: Night / day (Monday to Saturday every week) (night Preferably)

Expected minimum number of trips per night/day: must be 2 trips up per truck.

Duration: 6 months, renewable after that date.

Number of trucks required: 20

Commencement date: immediately, if possible.


Note:

1. Dangote has dedicated lanes in some of the traffic prone areas, and participating trucks will be allowed to used the dedicated lanes to avoid traffic.

2. We will be responsible for fueling the trucks and any other possible logistical cost

3. We will provide Dangote stickers for the trucks to avoid any disturbances by area boys and such like

6. The trucks are free to use Dangote dedicated lanes on the roads where this is available to avoid traffic.

7. Truck own are responsible to service/ fix there truck if any break down.
