Yes you need a skill to earn side income.
And it will be quite easy for you to scale because you have a sure 450k coming at the end of the month and you can take risk.

I earn around the same amount and I do e-commerce and social media marketing on the side banking around $1k a month combined.

You should be able to use Driver's license or International Passport and it could take a while.
Email your company, tell them the situation and ask for a month to get either of the ones I mentioned above. If you have 60-80k, you should be able to get passport in like 2-3weeks.

It shouldn't be that difficult.

My daughter is like that, she's 4. Very brilliant.
For me, I bought a phone and she watches cartoon, she learnt her American accent from there.

I load 120gb of data monthly, and enroll her in Montessori school.

Avoid talking down on her, encourage and be her friend. My daughter loves me so much that she Dosent go to her mum when I'm around.

You said you are a counselor, so I honestly don't expect what you are saying. Well, this confirms that you are a quack, if not you'll know that there are different phases of life and getting successful is one of the most difficult things on earth, that's why only few attain success.

You also claim you are a motivational speaker, with the wisdom of an old man, come on stop deceiving yourself, but I'll help you.

You have to sit an analyze your problems, hope and aspirations.

Also look at your present situation and write down what you need to get to your desired place in the future and highlight the resources you need like money, shelter, clothing, education etc.

After that, look at yourself, your strengths, your weaknesses plus your environment and see how you can use your strength to realistically defeat over your weaknesses.

You are a woman, what can you do to fetch you money, what are the risks? What are the upsides? Hawking? Buying and selling? Stealing? Olosho? See I mentioned this things because they are options you can decide to take and can still be successful even if you take the worst option.

From there you can start building and working towards your goal, whatever you decide to do, always remember that there are downside, and also there are no guarantees. The business some people did and died, some did it and made money and become successful.

Life is a risk, you can decide to do what you want to do or sit and do nothing. Sitting and doing nothing itself is also a decision which it's own consequences.

I studied woodwork technology, I am working as a procurement advisor and transitioning to finance and economics. I am about finishing my PgD in accounting, will do MSc in Economics or Business Administration and do. PhD later in Economics or finance.

Your example of Garri and kuli kuli is wrong because you can take Garri with groundnut, goat meat, or even alone but cars can't do with anything aside petrol.

The price of cars will not come down, if the cost of importation did not come down.

Would I sell the car I bought for 5m for 2m because I can't fuel it? Hell No.

Or Dealers in US sell to nigeria 50% less because of fuel increase? No.

There are several types of elasticity of demand and supply, and for one, price does not change even if an increase or decrease in demand.

Lets look at it, fuel price increased from 60-80-147-180-200 before now, did price of cars came down those times? No it didn't, instead the price of Corolla that used to be 800-1.2m is now over 3m.
