brother, even medical doctors are not well paid in the UK talk less of security. Let me break it down for you. They pay about 15 pounds per hour if you are in London and cheaper outside. Let's say you can do 60 hours a week that is 900 pounds a week or let's say 3600 a month . It appeArs like a lot if you convert to naira. But you live in London and don't spend naira. Ok so you are at a higher tax bracket which is 40 percent so you take home like 2700 a month. It's London so your rent is like say 1000 if say you are single and no family and managing a small one bedroom. So that 1700 left. Council tax is like 150. You left with 1550. Let's say your utilities 300 a month you have 1250. Transport lets say 200. That's 1050. Phone and internet lets say 100. That's 950. Feeding let's say 400. That's 550 left. Clothing and haircut and miscellaneous like eating out and sending to naija etc and buying naija foods let's say like 300 a month. You have 250 left. Young guy you want trip woman to movies or go pub to drink pints of beer etc let's say 200 a month. You have 50 pounds left. Now this is calculation for single man. If you have wife and children may GOD help you is your cAse lol

yeah I was even being generous when I said that over 90 percent. Truly no white man in the UK wants any black man over the age of 50 sitting in his office or his establishment . At that age you are like hard to train plus also the racism factor. So in the UK as a black man if you are over 50 the only job you can get is security work . That's the only time they want you in their office and mostly at night when they don't have to interact with you. So truly it's over 99 percent of Nigerian men over the age of 50 in the UK are security guards. The only way you are doing good in the UK over the age of 50 is if you are a medical doctor. That's it.

Hello guys I have read some articles here many times that wen you beg a girl to date you she will never agree because she sees you as a simp, I over heard my neighbor this morning begging someone so I looked through the window to see what was happening, I saw this guy on his Knees begging this girl for relationship though she also stay in thesame compound, this guy begged for more than 30 minutes I was watching what would happen, as my apartment is very close to his own so I could hear everything he was saying.

She said she doesn’t have feeling for him but they should just be friends, After so much begging she later told the guy that they should talk about it this evening wen she get back from work, NOTE: this girl is in a relationship already with another guy.

This evening maybe this my simp neighbor will be able to prove all the alpha males here wrong wen she finally agree, I will keep this post updated wen the relationship finally kick start.

Hi bro, not to make you feel bad or anything, but I've been suffering some of these symptoms for over 15 years now.

I've gone to Doctors (done some tests) but they too cannot really pinpoint what the issue is.

Infact, 2 Doctors even asked (on 2 separate visits) if I had any traumatic experience as a child or something terrible happened to me. I told both of them (male and female) nothing of such happened.

You see, Doctors too cannot help in every situation. It's not as if they don't know their job, but they are also human, who have limitations.

So, personally I've been doing some research and someone once mentioned something about doing Thyroid Function Tests.

As it is right now, I'm saving up to go and do the test, and hopefully get to the bottom of this anxiety, hand shaking etc issues.

Just don't give up, God will see us through.

It happens mostly when im gaming probably when an opponent is winning or pressure from teammate even tho have been advice to leave the hame i left the game for month still came back same issue. It’s not easy to quit competitive gaming

I had it when I was barely 19 years.
If you fail to get rid of it, it will get worse.
I cured it without swallowing a single tablet, just be patient with yourself.

Well, I do experience increased heart beat sometimes, from time to time. Mine usually comes as a result of anxiety and over thinking. Whenever d increased heart beat starts, I will quickly plug in my earpiece and listen to music from my phone. I will keep listening for several until my heart beat return to normal....

So, find a way to control yours. Medications won't guarantee you total cure rather, rely on any recreational activity that can take your mind off like listening to music, watching movies, playing soccer or any sport....or even engage in sex if you're married of course.

Do not take the increased heart beat condition lightly...cos it can lead to heart failure or even stroke. Good luck✌️

Na parkinson's sickness be that...my dad is currently suffering from it..He don drink all kind of herbs tire,but all to no avail.....But I think it was one doctor who prescribed a drug for him that really helped to subdue it..

Assume a gov starts first year with revenue of $1bn at 100/$ and wage component is 20%. That means he has revenue of 100bn naira and 20bn for wages.
In his second year, if exchange rate goes to 200/$, the revenue becomes 200bn naira but the wage remains 20bn!
Now the first year he had 80bn (100-20) for projects. Part of that will involve imports. Let's assume half. That will be 40bn or $0.4bn.
But in second year, he has 200-20 = 180bn available. Import bill of $0.4bn is now 80bn naira at new rate. So there is now excess of 180 - 80 = 100bn naira!
Without any effort, without touching wages, he gains money! But he gains it because value of naira falls. Unfortunately, because of this and the multiple rate regime, the value of naira will continue to fall!
