Instead of being in a team that mostly play on your femininely fragile emotional faculty. Why no consider the better team as the red devils. Don't be scared of the name. It is just a pseudonym that does the opposite of its name. It brings glad tidings. Well don't preach Man U to me. Chelsea and Man U are my most hated clubs. The mum was to marry an educated, upwardly mobile young man then when she made a U-turn suddenly to settle for colleague's father, a rich and well connected, not so educated man. Colleague said she questioned the mum why she didn't marry the man she saw in the picture. She was convinced he would have made a better husband for her.

MNDY: From the way they told you that they like what is happening in the east and love how they are killing themselves, you are supposed to understand that they are seriously pained. The Hausa's and Yoruba's have been in charge of this country and have pushed Igbo's aside for so long now. If something similar is done to you as an individual, I know you will not be happy and you will react too.
Tinubu started urchinery and he is a grand patron of it. Oluomo is his commander in that regard. And as the person in charge of it and the main overseer of Yoruba affairs without challenge, he cannot and will never tackle it, infact there are benefits seen in it. The rubbish is not like that in any other part of this country or in the world sef the way it operates in Lagos and SW. To the point that Yoruba's even now see it as a normal thing. Southwest (Lagos) is not very safe with urchins everywhere. I am living in Lagos so I know what I am saying. You are not sympathetic with Igbo's if you think they deserve what is happening because they are killing themselves. Their predicament is just a good intention that turned into something bad affected by extremism. Well, suit yourself. I have no more words for you. |

Politics › Re: Gunmen Attack Ifeanyi Ubah's Convoy In Anambra (Graphic Pictures) by placeofallure(f): 4:11am On Sep 13, 2022 |
MNDY: Hello. Two wrongs don't make a right. What is happening in the east is worrisome, so is the urchinery in the west. I am not an Ibo for your information, you can disbelieve it if you like. Urchins are everywhere in the west.
Prominent names in urchinery and even small boys growing up aspiring to become urchins. Criminality, notoriety everywhere in Lagos and other places in the west established by the pioneer urchin himself Tinubu.
Ibos initially wanted to cut off and be their own due to the discrimination they have faced in this country for far too long. Whatever that goal has turned into now is a question of extremism. I pity them to be very honest. As for Tinubu and his Lagos urchins and what he established in the west with it, he has successfully normalized what is abnormal and it's very annoying!
What is more annoying is the inability of other Yoruba's to rise and call him out and earnestly plot his downfall and eliminate the rubbish norms he has established. He has made himself untouchable and a god over Yoruba's. I'm glad some people are coming out to challenge him now. His wrong presidential ambition will be what will end his reign finally. As regards the killings in the east, I am more worried than you. These killings started a while back. I started noticing last year, and it kept on. There was a military couple whose pre-wedding pictures were posted here, we all laughed about it. Then I was so devastated few months after to learn that they were brutally murdered. It felt like I knew them. The irk is these killings are underreported, Nigerian press has been hush-hush about it. Talking about marginalisation, the Ibos are not the only ones marginalized. All the top positions that matter, no be Hausas full all those places? Then, nobody will put anything on anyone's lap on a platter of gold, that is what the Ibos are waiting for. In Nigeria, it's not gonna happen. The way they have been playing their politics, if they're not careful, they will remain marginalized! So, it is 100% their fault. As far as I am concerned, any Nigerian can aspire to be the president once the people will ultimately decide who they want. As per urchins, don't be biased. Infact I thought not to respond before. Argue with me with an open mind. Urchins are everywhere in Nigeria. Tinubu doesn't even know their father! Yet they chose of their own volition to be vagabonds. Why put that blame on somebody's table? Do they have parents or they dropped from the sky? If the family system, by one reason or the other failed, then it means mama and papa are not responsible NOT Tinubu. Why are you not a street urchin as lucrative as you think it is? We all grew up under the influence of Tinubu. He's been around for some time now. The NADECO period that he was a frontrunner of, I was in primary school, why are you not an urchin? As for the Ifeanyi Ubah's convoy attack, there's a reason behind my response. No one should be happy at another's misfortune. Recently on fb, I stumbled on the video of an old woman crying. She was saying things in Igbo, all we heard was 14 boys, 14 boys! From the comments, it appeared they were killed after they attended a wedding, all these extra judicial killings. Then I also commented out of genuine concern that this is getting too much, that the igbos should leave Tinubu matter for a while and look for ways to solve this urgent issue of Ibos killing Ibos. I made an appeal to their elder statesmen to solve the killings. I was genuinely concerned as a human with blood in my veins. The comments afterwards was surprising. They said they are fine with the killings, that I should go and mind the killings in Owo, that so so and so will happen to me and Tinubu. Only a few of them were reasonable. Now you can see where my response to Ubah's convoy attack is coming from. Whether they killed in Owo or not, Southwest Nigeria is still more livable than any other region here. I'm unapologetic about my response, they deserve what they're getting! Is it the Hausas killing them? No! Is it the Yorubas killing them? No! |

datola: It's hard to find qualified and trusted employee in the present day Nigeria.
If you find one, appreciate and treat them well. True that. Back then in 2012 or so, I got a month job to coach a young man, probably in his teens, just to brush his English before he returns to school - Loyola Jesuit in Abuja. The pay was good but the timing wasn't very palatable. I need to start class by 8:00am and leave by 10:00am, to report at my own office. I lived on the mainland, Yaba and the woman with her son live in VI. The house is a community on its own. You know those houses that spread over plots of land. A mansion with all the trappings of opulence and all. On my last day with the boy, the woman thanked me and told me that despite having to leave early and make it to her house before 8, that I never defaulted one day. That somehow, I have rekindled her hope that Nigeria could be better if a young lady could be this dedicated. I thanked her and was leaving when she called me back that she has an offer for me. She has a little after school center for kids that she manages. She wants me to take over the management. She offered an amount as salary. That amount was almost 3 times my salary but I declined. With people like that there's no job security. She may wake up one day and decide she's overwhelmed by Nigeria and say she's relocating. What then becomes of poor me? To cut the long story short, up till tomorrow, I still have a relationship with the woman. She never forgets my birthdays, and like I predicted, she's resident out of Nigeria now. |

Well some of those things are red flags take it or leave it.
These days, both partners work. To eat out is a choice depending on your preference. I agree it's more economical to cook and eat at home but there are times it's not convenient to do that. A woman won't kill herself on those few instances, besides to do something different spices up the relationship.
Why would anyone misspell or mispronounce people's names? It's careless, impolite and insensitive to do that. Infact I won't take this from anyone.
I don't know since when it became a crime to wash with the washing machine. Neither is it a crime for a man to cook or do house chores. The woman is a help mate not a slave.
When a man sees nothing wrong with cheating, rape, or assault and battery of a woman and calls them flimsy or trivial, you should run. They're bogus RED flags! |
