You guys may be right but don't forget that there may be cases of exceptions in that Law of Physics.
In actuality, lightning flows around the outside of a car, and the majority of the current flows from the car's metal cage into the ground below. In essence, a car acts like a mobile Faraday cage.

However, not all vehicles are created equal anymore.

Convertibles do not have metal roofs, which compromises the Faraday cage effect. In addition, some vehicles are manufactured out of non-metal parts, which impedes electricity's ability to flow through the car.

Another caveat with regards to lightning safety within vehicles is the fact that some portions of the current can flow through the vehicle's electrical systems and metal appendages including radios, cell phone chargers, GPS units as well as car door handles, foot pedals, the steering column and the steering wheel.

Don't forget that there could also be different levels of strike.

Low Energy Strike...has no effect on the car. The energy dissipates through the body of the car.

Medium Energy Strike.... There may be a little more damage on the car or scratch and hole.

High Energy Strike This can cause the car to explode or set car on fire

Highly talented player those days, but didn't serve your fatherland well with it. Just like Messi is talented but of less effect on his country side...

P.S. I don't understand that rough ugly wall behind Jay Jay...
He is real. He doesn't fake. He takes his pics wherever he wants. Post it as raw as it is. Not all those fake people snapping pics in front of another person's beautiful houses. In and around hotels thinking that beautiful environment will make them rich.

Jay Jay can snap anywhere and it wouldn't matter. What matters is hw much he has.
So my brother, forget about the rough and ugly wall behind him.

And I hate the guy so much because he is a wife beater. The programme 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire' was yanked off because of how he, Frank, terribly beat and divorced his wife (a lovely lady that was also a TV presenter). So he should go and sit down and cover his face in shame.

Please read the bolded sentences and explain to us what u really wanted to say. Separate urslf from urself and read and listen to it as u are hearing it from someone else and now tell urslf the truth. Does what u wrote there make any rational sense to u.

U said it was not USED and was never USED but was USED to prevent rigging. Lol. Does the Constitution approved using it to prevent rigging? If there was rigging, will it be acceptable in the court as an evidence?

If your answer is yes, then why are u people blaming Atiku for using result he got from the same server as an evidence to prove rigging since u said the server information during the 2018 was used to prevent rigging.

See my brother, the more you guys keep defending this crime, the more you expose yourselves.

it is not a crime and it is not illegal for INEC to experiment. what it simply means is that INEC cannot use results obtained from such experiments OFFICIALLY. not just inec, but other parastatal. research and experiments is being carried out regularly so as to improve the system. budgeting money for somthing does not mean that it was actualized. budgets are yearly instruments to achieve a target. so guy the budget has d
My brother, it is a crime. neither the electoral act nor our constitution permitted it then they used it for 2018 staggered elections. The results gotten from the server were used in declaring winners of those elections. What are you trying to defend here.

They went ahead to use is in 2018 unapproved and u are telling us that no crime was committed.
Politics › Re: INEC Received N1.47 Billion For Servers Ahead Of 2019 Election - Premium Times by Psoul(m):
tactius:
It really is simple ....(and note, I'm neutral in this...I don't like either party APC or PDP...two sides of the same old coin).

There was an electoral bill, which was apparently ammended to include electronic transmission of results...but the bill was not signed...so electronic transmission of results , if INEC had done so would have been illegal.

Also, INEC does have a server. What we are quibbling about is whether they have a server exculsively for results transmission. What's not in dispute is the fact that INEC has a server that contains the entire voter database.

INEC had experimented with transmission of results in the past...but since the bill for the 2019 election that would have made it legal was not passed...therefore INEC transmitted results manually as usual.
INEC experimented with wt was not approved. They experimented with what is tagged illegal and u/INEC have the guts to say it out.
If electronic transmission of electoral results is unconstitutional, why would they even go ahead to test-run it. Which part of the electoral act or our constitution permitted that experiment?

Secondly, are they supposed to acquire those devices meant for electronic transmission of electoral results before it is assented by the Legislators and the President. Why should they acquire with the constitution prohibits.

What bulshit is happening in this country. What is really wrong with us?

A spokesperson for the commission, Festus Okoye, told PREMIUM TIMES the budget for servers was made in anticipation that President Buhari would sign the amended Electoral Act to allow electronic transfer of voting results.
You went ahead to buy something of such a huge sum even before getting approval. Who does that.

Then on the other side, budget for server was granted when they know full well that they will not allow them to use server or transmit election results electronically. Who are these people trying to play with.

Is this how they manage our collective resources?
