I believe everyone, whether male or female should be treated with respect. Not lied to, no, that's not what I'm saying. But there should be discretion and wisdom, and tact, in telling people things.

Can you just wake up and tell someone they have cancer and they're going to die in seven days JUST like that? Or tell them about a loss just like That? Have you heard of people who were told its over and they went to commit suicide? Not everyone has the same mental strength.

Being sensitive emotionally to others is not weakness, it is just wisdom.

I once had math tutors who used to tell me I didn't even need their tutorials because I was a very smart girl (dunno if I still am).

Then one day one of them complained to my mom that I was good at maths and he didn't understand why I was still taking tutorials and she asked him why I usually failed maths and that's a mystery I can't solve till today.

I had just entered university then, a fresher, and everywhere I went people asked me if I was Igbo or Fulani I will either shake my head or say no and they will compliment me on how pretty I looked.
