I remember trying to make a little extra money in my 300lvl. I was just doing it to see if I could make money on my own. My parents had always paid for everything and encouraged me to focus on school. So I'd never really truly handled anything on my own.

I tried to sell cards and advertise my art like some other students were doing. From the minute i started going round, talking to people, they really looked down on me. One guy in particular, who came to the girls hostel, he started laughing and stumbling.
