Also - please - where is this located? I am looking to rent (let) - this property - Is this located in Lagos, Nigeria? If so - where in Lagos? Is it near the airport? Or near the Islands? Or centrally located in the Islands? I want to live in Lagos for about a year. |
Yes - I saw that - is that Naira? |
So how much for one year rent? |
@ poster what is your height? I am 5'10 3/4 inches tall - almost 5'11 inches when I modeled I weighed 120 pounds and wore a size 4 - 6 I now wear a size 12 -14 (because of my hips) and when I lose weight and get into a size 8-10 - I am told by many people that I NEED TO EAT because I look too thin. I am curious as to what is your height? |
over 200 men - she slept with over 200 men? there is still enough of her left over to have A BOYFRIEND? what kind of superwoman is this? from that headcount i wouldn't even expect her to still own feet to fit into sandals. i would assume that she would be totally used up by now. smh i wouldn't want to touch the tip of her fingernail as a female friend. what man would want to investigate her secret places? those secrets have been revealed to too many far and wide. |
Whatever we decided that we both need we both give to each other. money gift love laugh conversation sex (when married) etc. it matters not what be thy lot - keep God first - one with God is majority - you are protected in whatever you do - just keep it God blessed |
Elpieda:Ooooo my goodness - Ovarian Cyst - I know what that means - soo painful - I had them. I didn't know where they came from and neither did my Doctor. But very painful - sometimes they go away by themselves - sometimes surgery is required. http://www.trying-to-conceive.com/pcos/ovarian-cysts-and-pregnancy/ |
no don't pick up the phone - don't call him - listen to Goldie - I agree with her words as well let him contact you |
There are 3 couples (married) in my church who don't want children. Don't want to hold yours. Who travel, eat out, work and love their careers. Completely enjoy the finer things in life. They have been married for over 20 years now and still don't want any children. Have beautiful homes and are quite content. Visiting different countries on their vacations, etc, There are times when you really need to carve out your own niche in life, trust God to know what is GOOD FOR YOU and be the one that can see the forest beyond the trees. What is wrong with being unique? being different? being note worthy? Those are the ones that are ground breakers. So what if people talk about you. They will always talk. Give them something note worthy to talk about by being great. Instead of following the crowd - DAAAAYYYYUUUUMMM - GIVE the crowd something to follow. |
NO WOMB - a beautiful child bearing aged woman, living in Nigeria? From a well known family? Popular ALL HER LIFE? Held in high esteem far and wide by all who knew her? Why doesn't this add up to readers? She is living up to a society THAT DOESN'T LIVE UP TO HER. That's why she committed suicide. She lives in a society from birth that puts a woman's worth on beauty, ovaries, being a wife and mother. Her self worth though she was educated was placed in those categories because she lives in a society that pushes that thought process throughout all levels of their hierarchy. As far as she was concerned if he jilted her, others would too. As far as she saw and felt, her life wasn't worth the living. ![]() I wish that she had been surrounded by those that valued living a life without children. I know so many people who don't want kids and would have loved finding a woman who couldn't have any. Who would have loved her for who she is as a person and would have made her want to live until she passed 100. |
kpolli:I believe you very much - "liar" that word is used casually here in the States - whether I like it or not. But "words in Nigeria" are taken much more seriously than here in the States. That is one of the "culture' differences. So I do believe you - I found this out from my guy - so I have to many, many times choose my words very carefully as he takes them much more seriously than I do. SO I believe you when you said that ^^^ - however the poster doesn't probably know that her words have caused the damage to the point that he wouldn't return the call(s). Poster - if you want this guy and you have the fortitude and severe patience at 3 months into a relationship to start this relationship off on this footing - if you feel he is worth it - then definitely follow "goldie's" advice as I too believe it is very good as well. |
@ kpolli Here's my take on it: They Were Intimate in the 3 months he has been her boyfriend here in the States. Dating, enjoying each other in a frivolous manner. He ran after her, ran behind her. She was good enough for that for him. He goes through a life-altering situation(s) with his family - his lifeblood back in Naija and closes her out. She wasn't taken seriously enough by him for him to inform her of any of it. He just stops the contact. In my mind if he saw her as "wife material" he would have informed her whether they were together 3 months or 3 years. If he wanted her in his life on a longevity level he would have included her and allowed her to assist him even in his grief. GF or not - he sees you as a "foreigner," and/or not someone he wants to share his family life with which leads me to see that at this point in time - she wouldn't be the one he introduces to his Nigerian family. Again, I would move on - I would find another boyfriend or stop dating and heal from this one. Unless you have the time to deal with this at the start of this "new relationship." Be aware that you are dealing with not just a "new relationship" but a normal and regular life cycle event that includes illness, death, culture, how he deals with stress as a man, how he deals with stress as a foreigner who is from Naija, his view of your role in his life in midst of crisis, and his view of your role in his life while in midst of crisis as a foreigner, true acceptance by him, etc., etc., etc. Poster - if this happens in your life - a death, an illness - would you close him out and how would he feel? as I finished typing and hit reply this writer posted THE OBVIOUS TRUTH(S) better than I did above. omega25red: |
very funny thanks for sharing ![]() |
Get a new boyfriend he's playing games - dump him - as soon as you dump him - he'll have an epiphany which will motivate him to remember your name. but who cares? who wants a boyfriend that you have to flag down just so you can hear his voice, regardless to what he is or isn't going through? ![]() |
@mama lolololol - your picture - what did you do? ahahahahahah 0 oo0000000000 |
2010Idowu: 2010Idowu:I am AA too and trust me - YOU HAVE HUMILIATED THE ENTIRE AA race with that write up. You have shown your ignorance, lack of education, stupidity to ALL COUNTRIES who have readers on NL. Don't you EVER tell anyone THAT YOU ARE AA. WE DISCLAIM AND DISOWN your azz. I knew we had some complete idiots in our ranks. YOU LEAD THE PACK. Your writing style has blown your cover, You aren't who you say you are - you have more than one identity and you sound like one of those regular writers in the tribal section. A male, not a female at all. Your voice sounds very familiar. Stop embarrassing us you DAMN FOOL!!! |
my guy is much thinner than i am and if i become thinner than he - I will be bones with nothing to hold onto i will never be thinner than he is and I DON'T EVER WANT TO BE i will not sacrifice my curves for this stooopid survey i will not be fat - but i will not be anorexic either my guy is thin and still very muscular - i love his frame, very, very much. |
kokoye:oh ok - thanks |
@ Babe - YOU HIT IT ON THE HEAD - you are very accurate @ Poster - you are the kind of woman that I would have to keep away from my mate. He is very, very similar as the man you long to hug in your post. You really need to go for marriage counseling. You also need to rediscover the love for your husband and your own life. You are seconds away from cheating. You are entertaining the idea very strong on a mental level. Don't ruin another woman's home by making passes at her husband. Stop yourself now. You chose your current husband - now be a good wife and do everything in your power to improve your marriage. You are spending alot of mental, emotional and physical energy fantasizing about dyk that belongs to another. Stop sniffing around another woman's husband. |
hi "I love your outfit" or "I love your thought process" or "I love your swag" or "Do you eat chinese?" or "What size shoe do you wear?" [sorry, shy-one had to throw that one in - but don't say that to a man]or etc, etc, etc, etc, |
Mobinga:When is the last time that "we women" on NL have told you the "kind of wonderful that you are?" Such an intelligent man that's our Mobinga. ![]() lefulefu:vomits |
Smilenw: iice:Your nightmare will end as soon as you follow these writers. |
krech:we call it beast when it's owner doesn't control it = a wild beast when it belongs to our Dad, we don't even acknowledge it's presence = we respect and love our Dad's and we don't even view him as owning one, though we know he does, we still don't even associate dyck with Dad. He's just Dad and regardless to how old we get, we are still his little girl. when it belongs to our heart's desire = the dyk is precious to us on many different levels. In this instance sista-jay called it RIGHTLY SO - IT IS A BEAST. A stinking, dangling beast that will ruin the poster's chances with his fiancee if he gives in. This is a test, it reeks of a test. He will pass or fail - it is up to him. |

I can just see you all sitting in your huts with your lenolium floors and couches and chairs pushed together as a makeshift sectional, and your tiny bathrooms, and refurbished laptops that you've begged some American for, making accusations, pretending to be enlightened, and judging people left and right. You are only fooling yourselves! Believe me you.
