That was my suggestion to my dad when he stated interest of being buried on his property, suggested a slight relocation of his intended resting place so that in the future should there be need to sell the property, we can partition his grave site out of the property and create new access from the main street.
I wouldn't bother with any ceremony either, just unnecessary sentiments. Get a buyer, agree the separation, with some of the upfront payment complete the sectioninv or worse case relocation of the remains to a more accessible part of the grounds.

If you keep it, then you'd need to realise you can't eat your cake and still keep it. Somethings would need to give. One of you (the one with lower income) may need to resign and look after the kids full time until they're all in school. The one working should recognise that the earning isn't one persons, but for both and the family. Never undermine the non working parent's contributions, and the working parent should still seek to help out at home. You guys would need all hands on deck for this ship to sail fine.
In the very near future when the kids are lil grown, it'd all start to make economic and social sense ie. passing clothes, books etc down, share similar interests and all in same school etc. You both would have some respite (Unless you're unlucky like me when younger one is as big as elder brother, so no cloth savings there :-) �)
Ultimately, you'd be glad you saw through the stress. Good thing too is as the kids grow, both parents can then get to prioritise themselves again, get their bodies, careers, romance etc back.

It happened moments after i just returned from a church program, sometime in late 2003. It was most likely carried out by cultists, since it took place in a university campus hostel.
There were six of us (all guys) inside the room. Four of us, choir members, yet in high spirits having just returned from a Holy Ghost power-packed, Spirit-filled service on campus at about 10pm.
We were still trying to absorb everything that had transpired during the powerful service, while also getting set for bed, when out of nowhere, there came in the three guys with gun(s) and machete(s) into the room and one of them switched off the light, while using touch light to be flashing light on our faces carrying out the robbery.
But it was a strange kind of robbery, because after they were through, they had robbed every one inside the room, except me.
And it wasn't as though it was a mistake or that they had forgotten to do so or were in a hurry, it seemed deliberate, because after asking everyone of us to lie down, they had stood us up one by one to rob us, from the first person to the fifth person.
But when it got to my turn, being the sixth and final person, after the guy came to me, and flashed the touch on my face, since it was dark, instead of telling me to stand up and go to show him my things as he had done to the other five persons before me, he just stood up and started walking sheepishly back to where his guys were to my amazement. It was as though he had seen something strange or an angel.
Moreover while yet lying down, i overheard him being asked by one of his guys, who I suppose was their leader, "what of that guy"? His response though was not loud, so I couldn't hear what he said was his reason for doing that, but it seemed to suffice to his fellow guys, as it wasn't long afterwards they left the room.
Probably even more puzzling, was the fact that my black traveling bag, was just about the first thing anyone else would spot in the place the robbers had taken most of the things from, such as, cash, a mobile phone, a perfume jar, a pair of shoes etc., which was the wardrobe.
And inside the side pocket of that bag which was the foremost and most exposed part of that bag, there was some considerable amount of cash. Therefore had they just stumbled on it and decided to open it just one of the times they went there with one of the other five persons to show them their stuff, they would have also robbed me of some cash, because that was the closest money or thing in the wardrobe for them to have made away with.
But for some reason they left all the cash intact and no single thing in my bag was missing, while the other things more difficult to access in that wardrobe were being made away with, apart from my other things without my bag there which they also didn't touch.
So this was not just about me not being stood up by them, because they could have also easily robbed me even without needing me to do that.
As I said earlier, four of us there of the six were all choir members of the same church, and we had just returned from a church service together. And while three of us were guests who came from other parts of the country for the annual church program held within the campus premises, the other one was a student of that school who happened to be our host.
But despite that, when the robbery took place, I was the only one of the four who was separated and treated differently from the rest by the armed robbers.
It was really shocking to say the least, but it wasn't completely surprising to me because it was obvious to me why that was.
Despite that we were all Christians, and some active church members, as those my fellow choir members, i was the only one among them that was really saved and truly of God among them, so that was what was separated me from the rest when it mattered.

But this girl started showing some nasty attitude. When I eventually got home at late hour, I took the bucket went to fetch water for her to bath just for peace to rain. I later asked her why she had to call me to come and fetch water for her to bath knowing fully well that I was not around. She said in her house, she does not fetch water that her dad usually call Aboki's and buy water from them. She told me that she can't leave a suffering life of having to fetch water, she can never do it.

The rest of the day, it kept pooping all over the place, it does this almost immediately after it finish eating.
I have been feeding it boiled egg since I'm Saturday, but it stopped accepting today, I made custard and milk for it, it didn't accept it, luckily I had chicken at home, I fed it with chicken and it ate it.
I work from home, but looking after it slowed down my work today and I was so stressed.
Part of the issues I have is:
1. How do I get it to poop on a spot or something? Or do I get cage for it, keep it there and let it poop there while I clean it later in the day? I am already thinking of making a cage for it and keeping it in my balcony.
2. Is the poop supposed to be watery? Is it a sign of diarrhea? Should I get something a drug for it?
3. I want to get dog food for it tomorrow (vet recommended pedigree puppy). What else can I feed it? Please I need recommendations.

Search Google on toilet training a puppy. 9weeks is the right age for training dogs on almost everything.
10 mins After every meal, take the dog to the spot where you want it to toilet. Wait there for as long as it takes 10-30mins. Have a cue word ie toilet. Repeat it often and praise n give him a treat every time he goes. Similarly take him out 1st thing in the morning and last thing at night. Dogs have a natural innate sense to toilet in same spot and not to soil their living environment. You'd be surprised how quickly he'd catch on.

Please I need a piece of honest advice from experienced nairalanders, I am a Software Engineer, I got an offer from a very close friend (He is like a brother to me) of mine that resides in Dubai to come and manage a club he co-owns to enable him time for other activities. I have the freedom to pick up side gigs (or remote work) when I can and He is not in any way restricting me but he needs me to learn the business with him.
The plan, in a simple language, when I learn the business well enough he will pull out and open his own so I can be his manager since he doesn't want recognition.
He paid for my flight ticket and was the one that processed the visa for me (tourism) and he is currently working on how my visa can be extended and my work permit too.
Before I came to Dubai, I applied for this opening with a tech firm in Berlin. I completed the last stage here in Dubai and have been sent the offer but I will have to relocate to Germany because the work is on-site, the company bare expenses regards flight ticket, travel insurance, visa process et al. The start salary is 56K euros per annum (gross).
Also, I resigned from a bank as a development specialist (full-time staff not yet confirmed though, was earning 450K naira net with other benefits) prior to my trip to Dubai. I was doing well in Nigeria because I earned a total of up to 800K (with all my works combined) just that the work ethic (the bank work) is toxic to me because you will work your brain out debugging code, plus I am looking at a good place that I can start a family when I am ready and Nigeria is a no for me unless I have enough money to send my kid abroad to study.
What do I do now that I am already in Dubai? I am passionate about tech and I love the echo system. Please any input from experienced fellows will go a long way for me.

In addition to points already raised, i.e. Following your heart/strength (engineering), the devil you know (engineering) being better than the Saint you don't (entertainment) etc I'd also like to add that the UAE doesn't have a path to citizenship etc. You'd work, earn and even live well, but can never be a citizen or passport holder you'd remain a stranger who can be sent packing at the twinkling of an eye.
Germany on the other hand has paths to citizenship which opens you and your future family to the world, giving you more options and that quality of life.
Similarly, Social welfare benefits provided for citizens are not extended to migrants. Free medical care, free education from primary school to university level and low-cost housing are only provided to citizens. It's very easy to go from grace to grass in the UAE

Adedoja Olaniyi Bah was sentenced to spend the rest of his life behind bars Wednesday, the Douglas County District Attorney's Office said in a news release. He was convicted on 12 counts in late October after a six-day jury trial.
On July 15, 2017, Bah chased the victim into some woods near the Reserve at Sweetwater Apartments where she lived before punching her, throwing her to the ground and holding her down, the release said. He then raped and sodomized her.
During the attack, Bah threatened to kill her if she resisted, the release said.
The victim frantically ran to a family friend’s apartment for help after the attack, while Bah calmly walked to his vehicle and drove away, the release said.
Bah was arrested the following month by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, AJC.com previously reported. He was visiting the United States at the time of the incident, officials said. He is from Nigeria and last lived in Japan.
Investigators were able to find surveillance footage that showed Bah chase the victim into the woods, and two types of DNA evidence helped tie Bah to the crime, the release said. The victim also testified during the trial.
The jury returned the guilty verdict after less than an hour of deliberation.
Bah was convicted of rape, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, false imprisonment, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, battery, two counts of child molestation and two counts of aggravated child molestation.
He received the maximum sentence allowed by law, which Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney Samantha J. Newnan requested. She cited the “severity of the attack, the age of the victim, and (Bah’s) complete lack of remorse” as the reasons for the strict sentencing.
Before he was sentenced, Bah asked the court for mercy in the case, requesting to be allowed to return to Nigeria, the release said. That request was denied.
