You hate schooling? I honestly apologize to you. I just realized I was talking to the wrong person. Goodbye. ideatoprince18: |
My brother the law exists in the Nigerian criminal code. The only reason it is not being enforced is because these brothels know they MUST regularly settle police to avoid the arrest of their customers. Please google section 223 of Nigerian criminal code. Revolva: |
Instead of doing your research, you ask me to be logical? Dear lazy Nigerian who will ignorantly argue without any work at researching the claim, please read sections 223 of the Criminal Code. I hope you are not too lazy to read it till the end? Procure, means paying for something by the way. “Any person who procures a girl or woman who is under the age of eighteen years to have unlawful carnal connection with any other person or persons, either in Nigeria or elsewhere; “Or procures a woman or girl to become a common prostitute, either in Nigeria, or elsewhere; “Or procures a woman or girl to leave Nigeria with intent that she may become an inmate of a brothel elsewhere; “Or procures a woman or girl to leave her usual place of abode in Nigeria, with intent that she may, for the purposes of prostitution, become an inmate of a brothel, either in Nigeria or elsewhere; is guilty of a misdemeanour, and is liable to imprisonment for two years. ideatoprince18: |
Once he pays, he has 'procurred' a prostitute & according to the criminal code, he is liable to 2yrs in prison. The lady on the other hasn't committed an offense for being a prostitute. Unless they are in the Northern Sharia states. nazicartel: |
You people don't realize paying for sex can earn you 2yrs in prison, while the prostitute may go free! ideatoprince18: |
Do you even realize that paying for sex is an offense in Nigeria? chariisGRACE: |

Sad! RIP little girl! But why will they burn down the forensic crime scene where irrefutable evidence may be collected to convict the suspect with ease?! |
Foolish people. You just suddenly realized that? The government is pained because their already planned holidays with their family & concubine in UK & Canada has been disrupted! God is not asleep on Nigeria’s matter! |

If true, Bello deserves an accolade for that. However, the tatata governor is not fit to run for president. |
Whoever thinks Atiku or Tinubu should be Nigeria's president is worse than Buhari. Such people are Nigeria's problems not these clueless and fantastically corrupt old men. |
Beggy beggy country. Go and start begging your masters as usual na. Don't you have a diplomatic policy of reciprocity? Stop whining like a b*tch and man up for once! Reciprocate their gesture or STFU and take it like the b*tches that you are! |

This man is so delusional! |
Some nigerian women have a terrible habit of stealing when they visit. But please make sure your are certain those items are really missing. I once challenged 2 ladies of taking my gold necklace and designer perfume because of past experiences with female thieves that I hosted. Sadly, I found those items and had to go begging those women. It was not an easy thing to do. It is strange that those things got missing after her visit, but that is not a guarantee that she was the thief. Someone else may have gained access to your apartment and it was just a coincidence that it happened while she was visiting. Install a CCTV camera in your home. It costs just about 100k to get a 4 camera unit. You may just also need to invest in an inverter to guarantee powering it 24/7. That way you can just do a playback when you suspect things like this. It is also a good deterent. Nobody wants to be caught in the act. |
The truth is that there was a complex mix of faults. Each fault worked together to contribute to the tragedy. Parents MUST learn from this and listen to their kids when they complain. They must make an effort to address their kids complaints. The blame goes to: 1. The bullies for being vessels of evil. Those kids need to face the full extent of the law. They will likely grow up to be worse than this as adults. 2. The parents of the bullies for raising menaces to society. I even heard they are taking action to protect their evil kids from the consequences of their action. 3. The school for negligence in their duty on training their students in learning and character. There was poor management in the care of the kids in their custody. 4. The parents of the poor child who died for ignoring the early signs and dismissing the child's subtle but desperate call for help. He emaciated and withdew to himself significantly. He also begged the mother not to allow him to return to the school. What else did they need to take action for their child?! |
I agree there MUST be justice for the poor child who died as a result of bullying, terrible school management and poor parenting! 1. The bullies must face the full wrath of the law. Those kids who did this are potential killers as adults. They need to be removed from society for reformation. They are a menace to society! 2. Either the management/teacher responsibility must face the law for negligence OR the school be totally shutdown. 3. The kid’s parents (especially the mother who the child complained to) MUST be scolded for ingnoring the clear signs and his subtle cry for HELP! Sadly, they paid heavily for their parental negligence with the loss of a child. We should still call them out so that all these bad parents out there learn that money or other people can’t help you raise your child. It take devotion, time, energy, resources and deliberate efforts to be a good parent. mikkeyvirus: |
This is why I say that Nigerians deserve ALL they get from the systemic rot. If you attempt to fight for Nigerians, they will shock you with their hypocisy and betrayal. Rubbish country, full of mostly rubbish people with no morals! How do you believe a white paper committee filled with government cronies over the report of a largely independent judicial panel? Only in a rubbish country like Nigeria can such a thing happen. |
