Some nigerian women have a terrible habit of stealing when they visit. But please make sure your are certain those items are really missing.
I once challenged 2 ladies of taking my gold necklace and designer perfume because of past experiences with female thieves that I hosted. Sadly, I found those items and had to go begging those women. It was not an easy thing to do. It is strange that those things got missing after her visit, but that is not a guarantee that she was the thief. Someone else may have gained access to your apartment and it was just a coincidence that it happened while she was visiting.
Install a CCTV camera in your home. It costs just about 100k to get a 4 camera unit. You may just also need to invest in an inverter to guarantee powering it 24/7. That way you can just do a playback when you suspect things like this. It is also a good deterent. Nobody wants to be caught in the act.

The truth is that there was a complex mix of faults. Each fault worked together to contribute to the tragedy. Parents MUST learn from this and listen to their kids when they complain. They must make an effort to address their kids complaints.
The blame goes to:
1. The bullies for being vessels of evil. Those kids need to face the full extent of the law. They will likely grow up to be worse than this as adults.
2. The parents of the bullies for raising menaces to society. I even heard they are taking action to protect their evil kids from the consequences of their action.
3. The school for negligence in their duty on training their students in learning and character. There was poor management in the care of the kids in their custody.
4. The parents of the poor child who died for ignoring the early signs and dismissing the child's subtle but desperate call for help. He emaciated and withdew to himself significantly. He also begged the mother not to allow him to return to the school. What else did they need to take action for their child?!

I agree there MUST be justice for the poor child who died as a result of bullying, terrible school management and poor parenting!
1. The bullies must face the full wrath of the law. Those kids who did this are potential killers as adults. They need to be removed from society for reformation. They are a menace to society!
2. Either the management/teacher responsibility must face the law for negligence OR the school be totally shutdown.
3. The kid’s parents (especially the mother who the child complained to) MUST be scolded for ingnoring the clear signs and his subtle cry for HELP! Sadly, they paid heavily for their parental negligence with the loss of a child. We should still call them out so that all these bad parents out there learn that money or other people can’t help you raise your child. It take devotion, time, energy, resources and deliberate efforts to be a good parent.

You need to see how repossession, eviction and loan recovery is done in the US, you will think you committed a capital offense.
It is ONLY in Nigeria that debtors feel creditors should understand & be linient.
I am not in the financial sector, but I know Nigerians are terrible people when it comes to paying their debt. They will rather spend money on spiritualist to make creditors forget their money. What a country, what a people!
Just try to give a Nigerian a loan from your hard earned money & see their true nature come out.

Thanks for the link to the Edo and Delta modular refineries. This is a great move by them.

I honestly do not recognize brief case holders of refining liscence until they start construction like the examples you gave. Nigerians are notorious for purchasing these liscences and doing nothing with them.

Plus Dangote can build a big refinery because if he fails to pay the loans that he used to build it, he would have his other profitable business ventures taken over by the banks...who gave him the loans because las las they know they will get their money back

I agree will all your point except 1. Can you give me 1or 2 refineries being built by a Southerner. Even if it is just up to 30%. There is none that I am aware of. Don’t forget, these is Nigeria! Southern stooges may be financed to clear up Liscences that they will do nothing with by MONOPOLISTS.
Sadly, there is no political will to protect the public from monopolists in Nigeria. It’s a dog eat dog country!
Subsidies in electricity & petrol MUST go if Nigeria is serious about developing those sectors. However, for public good, at leat 2-3 players MUST be established to prevent excessive profit taking by a monopolist.
America has laws to prevent things like this & there is a political will to enforce it.

2.Why more Nigerians aren't involved in building large Dangote type refineries is because subsides means that the petrol from the refineries would be sold at a loss.

Dangote also took loans to build the refinery. If the refienry fails, and he fails to repay the loans, them banks and lending agencies will just take over his other lucrative ventures...like the cement industry...(That's why they felt confident to give him a loan in the first place...they know they would get their money back!)

3. Dangote has to make a profit on his refinery...or it would fail. And when it fails, jobs and millions would be lost. You cannot expect him to refine fuel above 200 naira per liter, and sell at N161 or even at N40 per liter. He won't have enough cash to even do regular maintenance, and pay worker salariesand I must remind you that most of his workers for the refinereis are....NIGERIANS. Not foreingers.

4. When subsides go, more and more people will refine fuel at home. Because they can now make a profit and recoup their investment..and prices will crash by competition.

Can you imagine this? Most Nigerians do not like to face the consequences of their actions.

The problem with Nigerians is that we do not READ!
1. If your contract says you will be debited on 2nd regardless of when the loan was disbursed, then you are the one that is wrong to accuse them!
You should have stopped the loan and signed a new contract if the 2nd day repayment was not convinient for you. But as Nigerians, we assume the other party will understand .
2. Why are you complaining about the interest rate? Didin't you read your contract? You collected the loan and enjoyed it, now you are vexing about the interest on the loan? That is rather selfish on your part too.
3. You do not understand Nigerians and their penchant for not paying back their loan. These companies know the evil nature of Nigerian to reap where they did not sow. Therefore, they have deviced a rather unprofessional way to recover their money. You see, Nigerians do not like to be called out or shamed , so they use this psychological tactics to compel repayment.

What is he seeking again?! Couldn't he have done that while the bill was in the house?!
What were his aides on legislative affairs doing, if not giving him heads up on critical legislation that requires quick accent such as this?!
