Someone gifted me Honor 10. But the phone had power issue.
I couldn't fix it.
Everytime, it will just turn Off and refuse to comeback.
The specs were good. 128gb hdd, 4 gb ram.
24mp camera. . But I didn't enjoy anything.
Just sold it off for cheap.
The guy that bought it now found someone to repair it for him.

White nations prefer africa to be poor so they can always export and sell their goods to us.
They prefer our poverty so they can always buy cheap raw materials for their industries. Cheap cobalt for electric car batteries from Congo...etc
If they come over here, they can afford to live comfortable lifestyles because their currency is always more valuable than ours. An they can setup big industries, which we don't seem to be able to do with our disorganisation.
So it's just a choice for them.
But they do not want us Africans to go over there. May be one or two, so it will satisfy their conscience to avoid appearing racist.
But this one that the whole Dugbe market is japa-ing to abroad? Oh no. They hate the large inflow of migrants and will react extremely racist towards that.
Sorry for your German experience.
I only ever spent 1 weekend in East Germany. My eyes were wide open, looking for who will come insult me.

I pay £30 for my landline, basic Virgin Media TV package and M350 broadband (350MBps download speed). You have to call to get discounted deals. Never sign up for deals on their website.

Regarding mobile contract, nobody forces you to get latest phone. It's a choice. You can always get sim only deal at an affordable rate.

I left UK 2009. So I'm just marking up prices. I know all the basic rules still apply. I do keep in touch with family there. But I'm seriouly not breaking my head over UK lifestyle in details anymore.

However, the fee charge for internet services is quite fair, if u ain't converting to naira in your head... Come to think of it, Here in Nigeria, to enjoy such unlimited network service for a month, it will cost u nothing less than #10k. An avg Nigerian can't boast of making 10k in day, whereas over there, £100 is just a daily income which can sort the network service bill for a month. That's the difference.

This arrangement is very similar in all western/developed nations.
Home internet with phone line and mobile phone monthly contract plans.

So they are ALWAYS going to beg for money if you call them back home.
Don't waste your time trying to convince them otherwise.
If you just don't have money to give them, then stop calling them.

I'm in Nigeria here. I have a cousin in UK there. But we call each other and talk all the time without me begging him for money.
This is only possible because I too lived in the UK at a time and suffered everything he is suffering.
So I know 1000% that he doesn't have money. We can talk normally about any other topic except money, and his mind is at rest.
But for his own siblings that have not yet travelled and don't understand, he has to blocked their contact as they were not allowing him sleep.
Begging for money 24/7.
