Very very wrong. I have pending case now involving burial. Wife is a deaconess in rccg, husband is a member of one okonkwo & okonkwo church. Husband has died. The burial scheduled for 24th in South East.

Okonkwo & okonkwo church refuses to conduct the funeral. Wife and children are stranded. Rccg says that they can't conduct burial service for a non-member. Service of songs on 23rd - Monday. Of course it's dangerous to go to South East because of IPOB. I have offered to make the sacrifice of traveling after service tomorrow with a view of staying till Monday evening to conduct the service of songs. The higher authorities have overruled me.

So no service of songs. I have been pleading for mercy so that we can conduct the burial. This is not the first case.

For spiritual purposes the man should be the bishop of the house. The family should pray and study under one doctrine.

When there are issues, they are easier to resolve because the report comes to one shepherd. Both respect him.

If a woman takes her husband's money, can it under any guise be called stealing?

I don't think that op is truthful in what he is saying. I'm in one of the largest Pentecostal churches. It's a rule that we should not match make. You can't even bring names to me to help you seek the face of God whether he or she is your husband/wife. Even if God speaks to me I will not tell you but I can help you ask God to lead you.

Marriage is a personal decision between the intending couple. The church where there is good doctrine will only guide you so that you are not lead by flesh because scripturally there is no second chance.

I think that this is the situation in Deeper Life.
A lot of you don't know what pastors go through trying to quench the fire in a lot of marriages (even the ones that the couples are very educated and comfortable) because the foundation of the marriages were badly laid. You hear all manner of things that are dirty. This is what the church is trying to avoid.

Very correct. The ordinary meaning of restitution is to bring back to the original position. Zacheaus' statement was the clearest in the new testament.

Scripturally you don't have proceeds of sin, enjoying them and you say that you have repented. If you forsake sin you must forsake it's proceeds.

In demonology (study of demons), you can't cast out demons and you still retain what they gave you. Those things will attract them back. In fact the vocal demons will challenge you openly.

Caveat: some restitutions are either impossible, unnecessary and/or should be handled with care. Counseling by an experience pastor will be required.

Example: someone was a cultist before. Killed the only child of a couple that cannot have another one. Upon repentance and being a born again, you then go to the couple to restitute.

Read what others that didn't have but were still going to church for one year wrote. There is no church that will stop you from attending because you don't have offering.

There is no pastor that will be comfortable with a 300 seater auditorium and on a Sunday only 5 members that pay tithe of #10,000,000 attended service and the rest of the seats are empty.

I don't know what you guys problem with tithe is even when you don't pay.
