You are wrong. The notice window is 6 months. It could be six months before the expiration of the rent or after the expiration for which the tenant is obligated to pay rent for the six months.

By breaking your rent payment to half yearly it means that you are no longer a yearly tenant. The lawyers consent was verbal and not documented.

Approach them and beg and promise that you will pay your rent timely. Don't go spending money on a lawyer. They will deceive you and at the end you will still leave.

I lost my driver's license a few days ago at a party.

It still had 3 years validity.

Should i go and print another using third-party vendors or go to FRSC office?

Go to FRSC to get another one because the only evidence of being a driver is being in possession of a valid driver's license. There's no any other document unlike in academics. Besides the FRSC cannot go to court and swear on oath that you a driver. The analogy doesn't tally.

I love what BAT and his team is doing. Focus on the job you have and allow the courts to interpret the law.

Noise making is not the law. In academics your transcript is superior to a single paper called certificate. It's evidence of your performance course by course.

INEC is just a big disgrace.

It's really a shame that literally all the elections conducted in the 36 states were settled in courts.

INEC is not primarily the problem. The problem is Nigerian politicians. They don't accept defeat because politics is investment for them.

Tinubu's lawyers in USA said that atiku was on a fishing expedition. I will rather add that he was indeed on an aimless fishing expedition.

Otherwise what is the need. You put up a legal fight in USA for documents that you want to use to support your cause in court. You have obtained the documents. Submit the documents to court and wait for the time to argue your case with them.

Why so much noise? Are you ambushing the court? Are you whipping up public sentiment against the court? These were reasons the judges in pept were very angry with you and your partner. Have you surrendered knowing fully well that what you obtained cannot help?

This is because by and large the instruments of Law and Order are exclusively the preserve of the Federal Government. No State has independent law enforcement, no State has an independent judiciary, no State has an independent EFCC like institution, so accountability will be sought where responsibility lies.

Bring responsibility closer to the people and they will not look further out to demand accountability.

I support your view. We need to restructure this federation. The military brought this pseudo-confederation on us because of their command structure.

I believe that if tinubu wins a second term then he will restructure. He has always been an advocate. He might not risk it in his first tenor because it could cost him reelection.

I can see that this thread is not for all comers. So I will comment.

One of the intensions of subsidy removal is to free more funds for the various levels of government. Haven't you noticed that every state governor irrespective of party supports it.

Our searchlight should be more on the states and local governments but everyone is focused on tinubu and Abuja. Even if magic is done by the federal government if the subnational governments are not working it will dilute the efforts of the center.

One of the worst forms of financial management mismatch for an individual, corporate organization or government is to borrow to pay recurrent expenditure. Repayment will be difficult. If it's not halted it could lead to bankruptcy.

Most state governments only spend money but they don't generate money. It's easier to spend than to generate. The states now are receiving enough money after subsidy removal therefore move your focus from tinubu to your state governors. Force your state governors to block leakages and do hard thinking to generate revenue. If Lagos can do it others can relatively do it.

I live in Lagos but I presently work in Aba. I see opportunities that the government can generate heavy revenue that are wasted. Everything goes to personal pockets.

If you watch tinubu's new government it's clear that he realises that the main fiscal problem is low revenue. You can't spend what you don't have. He's gone ahead to first position those that he cosiders trusted and competent in those units and people are making noise that he is yorubanising federal government finance.

Let's go home and hold our governors accountable. They are happy that you are focused on tinubu all the time and that frees them to be lazy and do whatever they like.

You and I are discussing about the normal flow of things. The politicians and their attorneys focus on legal requirements. The constitution demands minimum of high school certificate. Therefore anything you present defend it. Tinubu presented CSU certificate. He has the onus to defend it. His academics prior to is not needed in law. For example Obi claims that he has a first degree. For whatever is his reason he didn't present it but his high school certificate. This doesn't demand that he defend anything pre or post.

For what we read he said that they made away with his sensitive documents. What that mean is entirely his.

1. Why wasn’t it corrected ? If manual , back then This would mean that each student physically submitted their certificate. It wasn’t mailed.
2. Why was his the only one with the mistake.
3. Why doesn’t the President have a copy of his high school certificate he submitted to College Admissions.
4. Why submit a College Certicate to INEC when the minimum qualification is High School Certificate?

I'm not Mr tinubu but I try and answer two of the questions:

1 why was this the only with mistake? We wouldn't know if any other one in their set had any error as they weren't investigating all students.

Why doesn't the president have a copy of his high school certificate he submitted to college for admission? He said that he lost all his documents when the military raided his house during abacha's regime.

One of the funniest assertion is that the college records that he used to gain admission recorded him as female but his university admission form had him as a male and they indeed confirmed that a male attended and graduated from their school.

Wouldn't common sense teach anyone that in that era when recording was manual that it was a typographic error and the university was aware of it at the point of admission?

FYI I'm in my late fifties in one of the choice professions. I trained under some of the best hands and fathers of the our profession.

I got married in my late twenties by then I held a senior management position. My son is 28 years and got married last year and he's presently outside the shores of this country with his wife about commencing his PhD in engineering.

Being a pastor doesn't make u literate or give u authority on a case you're completely know nothing about.
A graduate certificate and whatever paper u sign for people isn't in anyway the same. Certificate is given by the sch after being duly signed by those in charge which in most cases is signed by the registrar and if lost you can always go back to the sch to request for a fresh one after making necessary reports. Court and police and then pay dues to procure the same certificate as it's already in the sch database. I'm a graduate myself, I find it hard to understand Tinubu's problem with presenting his first class in Accounting certificate.

Who even made u a Pastor? As a pastor y are u supporting evil and being openly biased. Is that what ur own god would have you do. RCCG for that matter. Where's the place of integrity honesty?

If this is what atiku is talking about this is arrant nonsense. Tinubu said that he lost the originals of his certificates when abacha's men invaded his house. Any certificate issued by the school is just a replacement and can only be signed by the people currently in charge.

I'm a pastor in rccg just last Sunday I signed 62 baptismal and workers in training certificates Some of them baptized long ago. One precisely baptized in 1998. This was entered in her certificate. I resumed in my new station last year.

Will someone then raise an issue that how come she claimed to have baptized in 1998 while the man that signed it resumed in 2022?

Two options:
1) get her and make an offer to her asking for the breaking of the oath. It binds both of you.

2) The easiest.... accept Jesus as your personal lord and saviour. Be born again and start attending a serious bible believing church. Confess to your pastor and he will lead you through series of scriptural confessions. After that he will pray for you and break the oath. Ensure that you don't scam God by going back to the world.

Did you read the report that the backlog was pre Tinubu and that is was the nonpayment of the backlog that is making exporters to reject cbn's LC. Dollar from official source has dried up. What is the cause? Off course low export earning. This has led importers to source dollar from the pararel market. This is the reason for the ever increasing rate of exchange and widening gap between the official and pararel rates.

What is the solution? Increase exports and lower your imports. The export that you can increase immediately is oil. Therefore curtail oil theft and encourage production. That's why the president is courting the majors to come back to production.

Further source of inflow is to look for low fruits: FDI and diaspora inflow. Is that not what the president is doing?

I don't know how people think that a knocked engine of a car can come back to life easily by putting oil into it and start it.

Does this labour leaders understand what they are saying. A government of barely 4 months. A minister of less than two months should just rush decisions that have wide implications? Come on!!! Let's be reasonable.
