Listen man, your party APC made a big mistake:

APC knew the dynamics and the system which presents the two major religion in Nigeria for the President and Vice President positions.

You needed to rotate power, which is an equitable decision that is essential for tolerance and peaceful coexistence in Nigeria, but you allowed the Muslim Tinubu (Mr Emilokan) to buy your conscience and sense of reasoning.

You forgot that the North is dominated by Moslems who unfortunately see other religion worshippers as infidels and have animosity towards them. The Northern Moslems will never appreciate a Christian or others so that influences their voting and loyalty.

These are the reasons APC should have settled for a Christian Southwestern person, who has massive followership, for president. Their best option being Osinbajo but they missed it.

good answer. Unfortunately you have missed the point of my submission. The igbo have absolutely no interest in politics, however we must do it as part of a nation. No real igbo person compliant about not being in goverment, because our way of life means every igbo person strives to be his own president , governor and minister. However we are still dependent on the dividends of the common good. Eg job creation, security, good infrastructure etc. There is next to no federal presence in the south east but we are surviving. Not every igbo person is a trader or business person. To.handle that diversity is why we want nigeria to work. Evidence we are at the bottom of politics is because we don't care for it , for things we care for, we are at the top in this nation and many parts of the world. Whether good or bad things.

Now to your submission. You can play politics, you know how to do it for your good, how come the south west is a slum. How come the south west isn't London. I have been to every major town in south west, I know the level of decadence there, take note this level of decadence is also in the south east. But it is understandable for the south east. As a yoruba man, can you tell me what your issues are with an igbo man. Why do you have trepidation at an igbo man. The yoruba and igbo have lived together for years without a tribal or religious crisis all the years. Igbo villages are inhabited by yoruba and yoruba villages are inhabited by igbos. Now I ask again what are your issues with an igbo man.

The civil war was mainly between the igbo and the North, the yoruba fought in it by association , even though they were instrumental in the defeat of igbos, the enemy of the igbo was the north. Post war, it can be understood why the north feels anger against the igbo, what will be the reason of the yoruba.

Now let's come to Nigeria and why yoruba are the issue. The NORTH is the problem of Nigeria. Every region of Nigeria has their strength and weakness, no one is perfect however, we made a conscious decision to coexist and progress together or as a region but if any region feels the need to separate from the republic of Nigeria, please do so in peace and don't repeat another Biafra wasteful and futile struggle.

We don't see the North, South South and South East as our enemy. We see them as fellow Nigerians.
