I don't really think Word is more useful than Excel. I can't even imagine what the corporate world would be like without Microsoft Excel.

Be like when I was 14, I went to spend the long holiday at my elder sister's house. My sister asked to attend to the provisions shop in the front of the house. I don't think it has anything to do with the interviewer's preferred club, your dressing was just inappropriate. What people fail to realize is that how you dress to an occasion or place reflects how seriously you take that occasion or place. By dressing the way you did, you've insulted both the interviewer (who was probably properly dressed for the occasion) as well as the organization.

Organisations don't enforce corporate attires these days but common sense should tell us to appear in semi-formal outfits, at least, when invited to an interview.

Well, that shouldn't come as a surprise in a society where merely being a man already makes one a superior entity. But that aside, I believe it's also cause such attires are (or were) considered not to be norm for ladies and it takes some level of boldness for anyone to step out of the norm and dare the world.

You LITERALLY called the women hypocrites for doing what they are doing. Jumping on a thread like to capitalize on gender dichotomy and call those actively seeking for justice hypocrites is not in any way manly; it is outrightly insensitive and there's no way to justify that.

Sharing the findings of the investigation with the public is the drama? Kicking against the bail order is the drama? Would you be calling this a mere drama if it was your baby sister? What you call drama is the only reason the guy is still in custody today. What you call drama is calling for attention and creating awareness. What you call drama is seeking for justice in a society were cases are easily swept under the carpet. Many kids, both boys and girls, have been molested in the past and the culprits got away with it because their custodians were not in the position to stage enough "drama", so if drama is what it'll take for justice to prevail, anyone kicking against it is supporting evil.

I used to wear shirts and pants to work, decided to switch to gowns, blazers and skirts. The first day I came with one gown, my alfa male boss looked at me and said “you should do this often”.

I see nothing wrong with these trousers actually. There are definitely feminine i.e. designed to "bring out the beauty and allure of women". I'm of the opinion that people should put on what they feel comfortable in provided ethics aren't shattered. I'm a man but I don't quite subscribe to the idea that a woman needs the validation of some alpha male to feel good. Taste varies and the alpha male is just an individual; many other "alpha males" might want the women around them to look fiercer. You'd be surprised at the number of women who aren't comfortable in gowns.

Sometimes when some of you go criticizing things, you do it without thinking and yet you call yourselves logical. If you believe these women are hypocrites for doing what they are doing, then what exactly would have been a better thing for them to do when someone under their care is molested and they have a strong evidence to prove it? They should have stayed back and started thinking "oh but what of other boys molested out there?"

Nothing stops you from matching and protesting when a male minor is molested. Bring the evidence and make a case out of it. Women know what they go through and they working hard to protect themselves. You can also do that for your kind. But bringing that up here and now is very insensitive. Or are you suggesting they shouldn't have used thier fame to seek justice for the child just because some people have been through worse?
