Hahaha... this made me smile. ![]() I'm sure the man would be so proud of you guys. He's also a very confident man to have used himself as a standard. Nice one! |
MrFlavvor:That's why Nairalanders can't type "fear women!" as usual. ![]() |
greatdreamer:Well, regardless of how visionary the leaders are, the size of Nigeria implies that you'll always see Nigerians in large quantities in other countries just like Chinese and Indians. |
Dude, follow your heart. In your position, I would want to adopt him too cause even if you don't adopt him, he's still your lady's child and you'd still contribute to his upbringing. So why not just make him your child? But the real question is, can you do this without the father's consent? If you can, would that be fair to him? Empathy demands that you get him involved in the plan. It's morally right even if the law doesn't demand that (I'd be surprised if it doesn't). |
It will take a miracles for Nigerians to ever believe any Nigerian in power again. Today, you think they don't trust just the leaders cause they are corrupt but the truth is that they don't even trust one another. Regardless of how far this group might have gone to ensure the accuracy of this report, Nigerians would still shout 'looting!' Even if ICAN, PWC, KPMG, Delloit and EY stamped the report together, Nigerians will still call it a coalition of scammers. More so, they always focus more on the dividing factors than the unifying ones. It's either "this group is led by women, we can't just follow them" or "the leaders of this group are mostly Yorubas/Igbos, they can't lead us". I just wonder what the future holds for you guys. |
BKayy:That's why I said most of you are more interested in winning an argument at all costs than being logical/factual. Out of all the names I mentioned, you just picked one that you think might help your argument and automatically, that one name alone makes your claim factual. Assuming Kim really got her billionaire status from divorce, what of other names on the list up there? Anyway, to burst your bubbles, Kim became a billionaire before the marriage ended. Kanye did not the pay Kim any alimony because they had a prenup and each party managed thier wealth independently. It's obvious you're taking on a subject you have zero knowledge about. You guys don't read to learn how things work in civilized societies but you'd be the first to type dumb things and scream "fact!". |
Whenever she's ready. It's her body. |
benson4u:Here I was thinking oil is needed! Thanks for the tips. |
rtdCivilservant:Why not just give yours?? |
BKayy:Verified fact indeed. You guys just type anything and call it fact just to satisfy your argument. Alice Walton, Jacqueline Mars, Kim Kardashian, Oprah Winfrey and many other ladies became millionaires while single or married. What you've failed to realize is that alimony is paid by the earning gender to the one who took care of the home, and the amount is measured in terms of opportunities forgone. While men pay alimony more often due to the fact that women are believed to be home keepers, women are pay alimony as well especially now that many women are becoming breadwinners. Jennifer Lopez, Anna Faris, Mel B., Kate Winslet, Mary J. Blige, Elizabeth Taylor, Anne Heche, Madonna, etc. paid MILLIONS of US dollars. If you don't want to pay alimony, you and your wife should be working and also be doing housekeeping equally (or, at least, get her to agree it's her decision not to work). You can't just have a woman running your home while you're making it out there and then you come back home one day after so many year and decide to kick her out; for her to go where? Alimony balances things out. This is just a stock transfer. Wait till the divorce is over. |
OP, in as much as one can get infected just by doing what you did, it's very unlikely that you got the virus. First of all, the chances of getting infected with HIV when you have sex with a HIV positive person without condom is not really as high as most people think and it's even lower for men (this isn't public knowledge cause it would encourage recklessness). Second, if she was HIV positive with undetectable viral load (like many are), then your chances of getting the virus is 0%. Third, she seemed very cautious herself; I'd like to believe she doesn't have the virus. Finally, whenever you have such fear after any form of exposure, the best to do is to get PEP the next day. Someone living your lifestyle should know all these. I can see some shallow thinkers above calling girls "ashawo" forgetting that the person that created this thread is a guy who sleeps around recklessly. The reality is that all of you sleeping with one another are ashawos and it no sense encouraging men to sleep with as many women as possible and pretending to hate the fact that women are fornicating. |
Are there really more jobs in Ghana? I find that hard to believe. |
Lol... some things are just what they are, sir. If you need permission and you don't have, you're a sheep? ![]() |
The heart of a vengeful man is dangerous! |
Hope one of them gets it. |
I think they should make the policies very clear and public such that anyone aiming at creating a political party would know from day one what is expected. This idea of allowing registration and then deregistering afterwards might just give the wrong impression. I know there'll always be exceptions and laws can and will always be interpreted in many ways, but it doesn't help that Nigeria is still using a constitution with so many loopholes like ambiguous statements, open ended statements, lack of detailed provisions, etc. Good morning/afternoon/evening, everyone! Happy Password Day. Please, stay secured! |
descarado:Yeah, true. |
CountVersailles:She didn't complain to you, so it's not your duty to tell her anything. She complains to her husband, let him manage his wife. Like you said, it's probably your ego driving you. You just want her to know you're the boss of your own... even though you aren't working. I don't even understand that part. Lol. |
OmoOgunOriginal:Really, if OP is not working and his brother is paying a reasonable amount of money just for him to live in a big house he doesn't even need, then I see a reason why a finance caution woman would want an adjustment. This is especially if she pools resources with her husband to run the home. Saving money for their young family is way more important than keeping OP in a big house (as he described it). Many of us want wives that will help us manage our expenses better but we're not happy if our brothers get such. Lol |
Esseite:Beautiful gay couple ![]() |
akpunda86:Lol... I don't understand, are you forcefully tied to the church ? |
There's division everywhere. |
Akanimoh113:I get you. But with Whatsapp for social chats and Microsoft Teams for office stuff, some of us hardly ever make charged calls. Banks, police, government offices, hospitals, etc. are toll free and most people don't like unplanned calls. |
thebosstrevor1:You need to be in télécommunications to understand their register. The data is unlimited simply cause it does not have a hard cap. This means you'll never run out of data while you're still within your validity period. The download speed is reduced when you pass the soft cap but you'd still be using the data nevertheless even if you passed the soft cap on the first day of the month (thus unlimited data). This change in speed is hardly even noticed by most users. Speed and data availability are treated as two different concepts cause whether limited or unlimited, speed is always scaled out here (i.e sold at different prices) and that will not be possible if they are muddled up. So you can argue that there's no unlimited speed but linguistically, it's very much correct to say there's unlimited data. That contrasts with plans where data is quantified instead of speed. |
UNKNOWNGUNMEN:Wow! Just like that? |
Olabode211:That's not true though. The guy was kidding. |
Akanimoh113:You still pay even if you didn't make any call that month. |
Lol... she said many things but notice how OP only picked the one he feels he can dispute as the title of the thread. Does this mean the rest are likely to be true ? If so, why focus on the one that will only get people to attack her? Anyway, I'm still at work. Bye. |
For men, Pierre meaning Peter or stone. For Ladies, Chantal meaning stone as well. |
Kingrefreshed:I never said he cheated. Read the comment you quoted. |
Daisukee:I never said he cheated sir. |
lequama10:I agree with you sir. I specifically said Nigeria cause of the gender dichotomy over there and also to bring the point home to the person I quoted. |
