Throwback:
I wonder what Goodluck Jonathan's opinion will be on this?

Considering he was deputy governor to the late thief, and he gave him a presidential pardon and provided him a Senate ticket of PDP, despite still being a wanted fugitive in the UK who jumped bail.

A confirmed fugitive and convicted thief was honoured with a Senate ticket. Only in Africa!
Right-thinking folks have always found his opinions and behavior ridiculous and to no useful effect. Probably the reason why the Financial Times referred to Goodluck Jonathan as The Ineffectual Buffoon!

The infamous conduct of the man Niger-Deltans generally pride in and refer to as The Governor-General of The Niger-Delta. Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan aka Fortunatus The Ineffectual Bufoon, during his term kept the rogue at Aso Rock at State expense.
For so long as Nigerians do not deprecate CORRUPT individuals who STEAL from us for so long would we remain backward and a laughing stock among the comity of nations.
Politics › Re: Criticise But Don't Mock Our Anti-Graft War - Lai Mohammed Tells Media by zoedew: 6:32am On Nov 29, 2017
The Minister makes things worse for the government by denying the obvious. The initiative of The present government against corruption lacks integrity and has come to confirm that it is sectional as posited by a no less corrupt PDP. A government commits to whistleblowing but fails to pay the whistleblower. The SGF was discovered corrupt and it took ages to remove him and he is yet to be prosecuted etc and the Minister is saying this. He thinks we are fools!

Why are you still talking about Jonathan? It has been two and half years now a new president is in control and you are still talking about Jonathan. You leaders of this country don’t have anything to offer.

True! Jonathan was an unmitigated disaster of a leader. Happy-go-lucky fellow! Indeed an ineffectual buffoon! The fact that he has not sued FT is proof truly that he is an ineffectual buffoon!

Let me ask you a question: What do you think could happen if Atiku offers Tinubu the VP slot ?
Politics is about interest

PS.
All of you talking about the impossibility of a muslim-muslim ticket don't know your history.
MKO/Kingibe ran a successful muslim-muslim race in 1993 despite the efforts of many to stop it.
In 2015, Tinubu was penciled down as running mate to Buhari. Political pressure exerted by Saraki's faction on a desperate Buhari led to the shelving of that arrangement. Since both Atiku and Tinubu are collossi they can make the idea work.

NOTHING is impossible in Nigeria. Nigerians will go where they are led
Not quite so. Tinubu and Atiku are parallel lines. You seem to have forgotten as well the Obasanjo Factor. Atiku lives in a glass house and is about to start throwing stones!

Jakumo:
On top of a tree ! Kai, that must have been one very intense hunting trip.

Did the gentleman hunter explain what he was doing on top of a tree, in that Bulgarian forest ? Was he attempting to ambush baboons and other dangerous monkeys who had been using that tree as an emergency exit, after they might have finished illegally eating farmers' corn ?

Now, as a fellow hunter, I must confess that I am very eager to master this technique of grappling with baboons high up in trees, where any miscalculation could cause either me, the baboon, or even BOTH of us, to lose our footing and fall 60 feet to mother earth.

Delving into the specifics of baboon wrestling in trees, I will need more detail on how to avoid being stabbed by those long sharp yellow teeth that baboons use for waging battle to such deadly effect, both on the ground and in the trees.

Would it be advisable to grab the baboon by the neck, and then preemptively bite him on the face, Mike Tyson style, so as to gain the upper hand early in the battle ?

Finally, since I rely very heavily on Juju-Motive Technology to accomplish my hunting objectives, I seek to gain some insight from you, about which particular charms, amulets and talismans I should tie around my waist, preparatory to each tree-ambush baboon hunting expedition.

Thank you in advance, and God bless Nigeria.

I hope Airtel or Glo wins it. It affords them the ability to expand and take out MTN. May the best man win.
Take out MTN! What next? Ideal corporate goals in M&A is not about taking out the competition as it is about providing better value for shareholders in quantum measures driven by constant improvements in QOS.

It appears you missed the point. GLOslow downloads is not about technology issues as it is about the corporate goals, practice and culture of the brand. Until The Bull signs The Cheque cell sites in need of maintainance stay dead and that chiefly is responsible for the poor QOS GLO is known for.

Isn’t it about time elected politicians and their political appointees take “modulated” salaries and allowances just like the public servants “until the State finances improve”? Unfortunately trade unions who should speak up are as well held in the vice grip of corruption. No sooner do they have money than they buy expensive vehicles with customised registration numbers such as “NUP 1”, “NUT 1”, “NULGE1” et al. It’s a vicious circle.

One word for the cause of this is “corruption”! We share the collective guilt of tolerating it and maximum advantage is taken by other nations to do us in. The Chinese, Indians et al do these things without a care in the world because they have the authorities you will have to complain to on their payroll. The regulatory agencies will look the other way until their hands are forced via costly and time guzzling litigation. Not many Nigerian citizens can afford that.
