I have a friend who had his fair share of troubles with women. He really wanted to settle down.

I told her not to worry that I have forgave her for the sake of our daughter, I paid all the hospital expenses and we went home. We were living fine and I have never for once I suited her or reminded her of what she did to me, but just 2 months after she left with our daughter and went back to her parents. I followed her to her parents begging her to come home but she refused becuase her guilty conscious couldn't allow her to stay in the marriage again but I promise to always be there for our daughter.

It is been 7 years since our separation and I have been paying maintance for my daughter but I had to stop 2 years ago because I have found out that she lied to me about a lot of things. She told me her school fee was 55k per trimester, I was sending her 25k monthly for chime upkeep plus her school fees but I later found out that her echo fee was only 33k per simester and she use the rest of the money to pay for her other son she had with another man.

I wasn't happy that I told her I will never pay for another man child that I want to have custody of my daughter but she refused.

So I haven't send her any kobo neither saw the child for the past 2 years because she won't allow me have contact because I am not paying for her upkeep. I would like to know if is possible for me to take her to court for the custody of my daughter because I don't want her to grow up under her care because she will turn up bad like her mother. Also I will not send her any money again as long she is still staying with her mother. she is 11 this July.

Trust me, he doesn't want to experience a woman's fury. Quitting will make her attitude to work worst. She will conclude she is a victim and op will have little defence.

My best advice is to take it above, to someone senior, a person who will understand the challenge and put her in the right place. He should be honest to the senior that their relationship is affecting work and he is willing to quit her if she doesn't fall in line. The aim is having someone do the dirty work while letting her understand you are not taking any insubordination.

I have been telling people, changing ball joint will not prevent it as the ball joint you replaced is certainly substandard. If you buy OEM or true toks ball joint, you are guaranteed for years.

I did a thread on why this happens. Honda ball joint bears weight and a fake ball joint will just break without any notice that the ball joint is worn.

Don't be annoyed, I held a live snake several times, Once had scorpion pets more than 30(4 big and the rest were babies) in same room(Please a well kept room) with me, they moved freely.

1 is simple and straight forward but 2 is complicated.

The question is whether you can win any dispute without confirmation of receiving.

If you did not confirm, how can you ask AliExpress for refund or tell them problems with the item that you have not received

Actually, from the day you confirm receiving the item, you have 15 days to open dispute. It is my belief that it's after that 15 days, which means you can't open dispute or return the item that the money is given to the seller.

Besides, I didn't confirm receiving the item, I chatted the seller first. I was hoping he will do right by sending me another one but he was just trying to convince me to accept a loss.

I confirmed receiving the item after we could not agree then opened dispute a day later.

I need assistance on how to open and win a dispute on AliExpress.

I ordered a Xiaomi Phone LCD screen which arrived in less than 6 weeks. I tested the screen without installation, it booted but wasn't visible because there is no back light. I can only see the display items if the room is dark. Additional problem is while it is on, the entire display will start turning to different colours red, blue, green or turn into colour bars shown on TV in those days.

I chatted with the seller and sent him video. He only proposed a $5 refund for an item I paid $21.

The dispute has 2 options, either partial refund or full refund/return with sellers consent.

What's the best way to and how is the return shipping.
