Education: More schools than any previous administration.
Health: More Health Centres than any previous administration, one in each LGA/community. A world class Dental Facility.
Roads: More kilometres of dualised road than any previous administration. Mono rail plan ongoing.
Sports: Development of more non-football sports than any previous administration.
Security: Rivers is more peaceful and we now sleep with both eyes closed.

So which dividends are you referring to? Oh, is it that one that pays certain people money from the state coffers on a monthly basis?

From the above analysis, it's clear there was never a time FG met 100% of ASUU demands before they called off the strike. If this is the case, why has ASUU refused to shift ground even when FG has met more than 75% of their demands? From available information, FG has met all ASUU demands. The only contentious issue is the ambiguous N92b earned allowance claim which FG has released N60b to universities management to pay upon verification. Is the release of N60b not enough for a sane organisation to shift ground and allow Nigerian students enjoy the education they paid for while negotiation with FG continues?
ASUU has however, continuously refused to tell Nigerians the
contentious issues. The ones FG has met and the areas it's yet to meet. The present ASUU represents nothing but deceit and has lost public sympathy. It's obvious ASUU strike has become annual event where lecturers abandon their jobs in public universities for part- time jobs in private universities. The best thing for FG is to disaband ASUU so that it won't have a national body again because it has become a political tool in the hand of APC to destabilise GEJ's govt.

So ASUU members in the Federal University Otuoke, right in GEJ's home state are APC influenced?
ASUU members in University of Uyo, in Akpabio's backyard, are being influenced by APC?
ASUU members in UniPort are being influenced by APC, so also all the members in all the PDP controlled states?

So is it safe to then say that GEJ & PDP are then clueless since it is APC that can even influence things against them in their own domain?

ASUU DID NOT close the Universities, ASUU members only went on strike. As a result of that strike, students went home. For your information. all the schools are open as NASU members are at work only that there are no lectures.

Besides the excess crude account and VAT that Amaechi has receive billion from,
Since 2007, Rivers State Budget have been in excess of $3+ Billion dollars.
Now, conservatively Amaechi has handled more than $21 billion dollars.
Post Rivers State budgets and supplementary budgets and other revenue and lets do the conversion here into US dollars. It will surpass $21 billion.

So to humour you, let's even assume the budget for the State is about $21Billion for the 6 years of his tenure, for him to steal 100% of that amount would imply the following:
a. No single Rivers State Civil Servant has received salary in the past six years.
b. All the road projects done in Rivers State had been funded by FGN and Akpabio.
c. The health centres were all donated by Rotary International.
d. The Dental Clinic at Garrisson was built and equipped by the Melinda Gates Foundation.
e. The dualisation of Igwuruta to Elele was done by WHO.
f. All the funds spent by RSSDA was donated by Dangote.
g. The schoold that were built/upgraded were donated by UNESCO.
h. The cost of the yearly Christmas carnival at Liberation Stadium was footed by Arsenal Fan Club.
i. The new stadium and Games Village was funded by Nigeria Sports Commission.

Make I stop there, please pick which of the above is correct to support your claim that Amaechi has stolen 100% of the Rivers allocation in 6 years?

The money was quoted in US Dollars not Naira. Was your father giving money in dollars in the 1980s? If he did, he'll probably be giving you the same amount today, because it will be just about the same thing. The reason international contracts are quoted in dollars is because no matter how much the local currency depreciates, the value of the contract will remain the same. The same reason why countries leave their foreign reserves in US dollars to maintain its worth.
We are talking about the value in DOLLARS, not NAIRA which have witnessed a lot of turbulence since SAP days.
The US dollars have lost less than 1.5% of its 1980 value today!

It implies that the EARLIEST that structure was completed by Amaechi can only be in 2007 since he was sworn in sometime in October 2007, thus it was impossible to see in the 70s a structure that it's earliest completion date is 2007. The 'at least" does not imply that it was completed in 2007.

As the captain made his exit, I did an analysis on what he had just told me, and I became very afraid and angry. Why should safety in air be compromised based on the need to make profit? Why would an operator willingly put an aircraft up in the sky that he knows is not airworthy? According to sources, one of the airlines whose operational license was suspended almost had a mishap because an engine packed up on a flight from Port-Harcourt to Lagos, but thank God, the second engine was able to power the plane to landing.

I hope and pray that the regulatory agencies of the industry will put the safety of passengers first over and above all other considerations. In its judgment, the appellate court, presided over by Justice Danladi Mohammad, held that such police approval infringed on the fundamental human rights of individuals and groups provided for in the 1999 Constitution.
