See dem online Puritans. ![]() That poo is here to stay, nothing anyone can do about it. "Lagos wife" started in the 1960s already. Arguably when "morality" was still high. When girls hit tough time in expensive cities like PH, Lagos or Abuja, they suddenly know how far. Guys at times too. I doubt if any woman on Nairaland will admit ever doing abortion. Yet that poo is common like Lacasera. Anybody who wants to do it will. Nobody's opinion here is relevant in that regard. Not even mine. ![]() |
Now most drugs have adverse effect if used longterm the wrong way. |
Badgers14:Turkish Airlines is very notorious for delayed flights. Do not travel with your kids using that airline. Use the airline if you have plenty of time to spare. Not arriving in New York at say 7 am and you have an important meeting at 10:30 am. Do not do it. They easily delay for hours to begin with. With their cheap fares, that's to be expected. Before you rain slaps on TA staff, think of Obodo 9ja that has no airline at all. Even shelving the empty Nigeria Air scam recently after gulping millions of dollars. ![]() |
ritylove:Maybe he meant 72 years. Typo. ![]() |
Normal thing. With girls juggling several men, they have to of course give excuses to some to go out with others. It's a love jungle out there. Tear your eyes. ![]() |
Biglittlelois: Are you just naive, an average APC supporter or just a fan of glamorous Aisha? We have followed corruption since Second Republic as kids. We have heard many attempts at explaining away scandals. This is a very poor effort indeed. |
godliman:That is the only reason they called GEJ weak. He refused to manipulate. He even ignored the child voters in Kano. GEj knew most of the politicians do not mean well for Nigeria. Having seen the killings after previous polls, he let it slide. Posterity will vindicate him. Meanwhile Aisha Buhari has billions to be swindled by her ADC. Yet they said Dame Pat was corrupt. I only pity the poor & their children born & yet unborn for the hypocrisy of the ruling class. |
Serious. Sorry lady. Quick recovery. |
Disgusting pervert. |
Trick as in not paying what he promised her? Trick as in "I will just put the tip" and ended up inserting the whole gbolala or what? Or he used Professor Peller-grade magic to get her to do the rump? |
Richdad50:OK. Some men are opting for baby mama and do house-keeping by themselves. That might give everyone freedom and peace of mind abi? That way women can maintain respect in parents' house and men will have no reason to abuse them. So nobody kills each other. |
Anny505:I wonder o. Not even looking happy. Oyinbo sabi snap up blacks with money. Yet any small problem they kick you out and take at least half your money. Tiger Woods don see wen. |
bantudra:Well, whatever is open to anyone, it should be clearly known. Anything wrong with that? I believe Nigerians there only offer what Ghanians need. Or is it Australians who patronise those Nigerian retailers? If Ghanian retailers had saturated those sectors Nigerian retailers trade in, Nigerians, typically Igbo businessmen, are very savvy and won't go in. People of a certain age like me, have seen how economic fortunes of countries change. Both in Ghana and Nigeria. So what we think is to punish Nigerians today can turn around next time, we have seen that before. It was Busia expelling Nigerians first from 1969 to 1971, later it was FG expelling foreigners (of which many, but not majority, were Ghanians) in 1983. It took only 12 to 14 years for the tables to turn then. In a way the Ghana action could be a good thing in disguise. A serious Nigerian leader should address growing poverty at home, reduce Nigerians going abroad other than for leisure, education or serious business. For now Nigeria is putting diplomacy & Africa First Policy before Nigerian citizens. It Should be Nigerians FIRST. Africa has nothing to offer Nigerians. Most are poor, and very envious of Nigerians generally. If it's not "they are taking our women", "it's they are all criminals". As if there is any country where everyone or even 25% are criminals. Not many African countries would even like Nigeria to be great. We Africans do not love ourselves to that point. It is only lip service. We MUST help and depend on ourselves only. When your country works, even if people do not like you, they will at least respect you. Even now, not that those Nigerian traders in Ghana cannot make enough money in Nigeria. But Nigerians like to explore new opportunities. |
Casa is very nice. Good for shopping. Marrakesh even better for culture and relaxation. Fez too. Rabat is modern and shopping is decent too. Morocco has done great in promoting tourism. Decent hotels, great food and generally friendly people. BUT still keep your wits about you. |
Nukilia:So what is the point of this free trade agreement they were signing last time? Under ECOWAS rules, it should be clearly stated what economic activities are open to citizens of another country in another ECOWAS country and which a sovereign state can restrict or outright prohibit. That way people going to another country to do business will know what's allowed there. If a Ghanian cannot open a mobile phone accessories shop in Nigeria and a Nigerian cannot open a car spare parts shop in The Gambia, it should be clear from the beginning. It's all appear nebulous at the moment. |
In Africa we're not yet ready free economic activities. Now imagine UK shutting out Asians from retail or USA shutting out Asians/Chinese from retail. |
Even sewage could be in the mix, not to talk of snakes. |
Hmmm. |
Poverty is the root of it. Any govt that can introduce child benefit for poor families in Nigeria, I will pray for them daily to make heavens. If families are assisted to care for their kids, it becomes easier to persuade them to have fewer kids. Knowing that govt really cares. But first, we need to have a proper birth register. Even just 7,500 Naira incentive at birth will encourage poorer families to register. Then use that opportunity counsel and give out family planning & child care literature. Those who would not need that money are probably already better off, more enlightened and more likely to register the kids and plan better anyway. If poverty continues as it is, more kids will end up with relatives faraway from home, and possibly get abused without their parents knowing. |
That police guy can easily be 19 or 20. Some lanky people look younger. In the same way some would doubt the corper a few years from now if he's a civil servant and says he's 33 by then. We all have different bodies. If Zidane or Wayne Rooney or Lukaku were born in Africa, many would say the claim football age. Zidane & Rooney were already bald at 25. We have an obsession with age. |
Nice. |
Olohunjedalo:Lol |
magicminister:Before Lebanese civil war began in 1975, Beirut was dubbed Paris of the Middle East & the country once so wealthy to be called Switzerland of the Middle East. Financial services & tourism were well developed. It was what Dubai is today. Very modern, progressive and largely moderate society. Diverse with several religions. When you consider how well Lebanese businessmen have done in exile across the world, if peace is sustained, in 20 years it will be a great country again. |

yazz09:Great advice. Give an amount you can afford to lose. Someone borrowed money from me over two years ago. I decided to give him a bit less. He didn't even say what he needed the money for. I wanted to give half but later decided to give him two-third of it. My people, till today he has not even mentioned it again. I even almost forgot until a relative reminded me lately. Fact is I never planned to take the money back from him BUT wanted to see his attitude towards money. I just needed him to show some courtesy. Since that two years, I'd have already gifted him an amount close to that anyway. But since he borrowed that money, I stopped those periodic/regular gifts. He's nice & helpful when needed to do leg work. When it comes to money do not be pushed to give to much. Any business can fail. |
Ah! Ol' boy you don get Iyawo be dat o. Just try formalise am. ![]() How can she be hustling again after she don get ogbongeh oko in this Buhari weather? How do you know she was not lazy before? How do you know her sister/hubby didn't send her packing because of same laziness? I am almost sure their frequent quarrels were over her attitude towards job search & her sister has not relocated to anywhere. There is no nice way to get rid of her for now. Unless renting an apartment for her. Better still help her get a job. |
Godmother:People just suddenly assume the hubby is evil or Hitler at home. What kind of men do these people mix with? I'd be far more mad to know my child was left sweating & panicking inside a hot car for 15 minutes (according to OP) or even longer. That woman deserves an interview with the police & subsequently parenting class for stupidity. |
gatecrash123:Nigeria cannot run an airline today. Even oyinbo who have maintenance culture and good customer service have their airlines only just afloat. |
Too bad. RIP. |
iammo:Lol. Maybe Oshiomhole has listened to Davido song CD Saraki sent him : No do gaea gara for me. ![]() |
Ifiokumo:Well, Buhari did same first. Paving the way for subsequent coups by IBB & Abacha. And he's even the president now. |
