After my negative experience with tenants, I am very skeptical of such tenant stories.

Most landlords want stability, paying as at when due and obeying rules agreed upon previously.
But for some tenants that's too much to ask for. I know how much I have lost to tenants who seemed like angels when they first came.

OP's story claims much victimization, apparently for no reasons. Not so plausible.

Some tenants very easily threaten to use lawyers to defend their rights. But very happy to trample on the rights of the landlord.

Since lawyers are already involved, the courts will decide. Only very Few landlords have the appetite to have a tenant who fights them with a lawyer. They may be forced to use other means.

This argument really exposes the weakness of English language as a tool in describing organisms. Semantically a foetus is most definitely a parasite, and the reasons you provided in opposition of the notion really reinforce the hypothesis.

English as a scientifc language will not define an intrinsic difference between some attributive pronouns. The ultimate objective of the organism can only be understood by adding an adjective e.g. benign or malignant parasite.

A foetus naturally ticks all the conditions of a benign, temporary parasite, that helps the body like leeches and mushroom fungus. A leech behaves very similarly to a foetus and God mentions it in the Qur'an to describe the foetus in the early stages of embryo development.

It does not. A foetus is same species as the mother, it results from her ovum and has no direct contact with mother's tissues. This is irrespective of language. I cannot see any difference in any other modern Western languages I know. Unless you can enlighten us to the contrary.

Unless you are talking of voodoo biology a foetus is never a parasite. I outlined the biological requirements of a parasite in my previous post. So I do not know which alien biology you are talking about. Pick up a good modern reputable journal of parasitology and learn about it.
