steeltrust: My friend fathers was attacked in ogun state in his farm last week. The old man was marched with cutlass, it was only God that save his life. The matter was reported to the police and they came all the way from Abuja and said there’s nothing they can do.
Imagine in this tech era Nigeria police said there’s nothing they can do. He’s farm scattered, all his hard work for months destroyed and they still want to kill him just because he told them not allow their cow destroy his cassava farm.
Where re we going in this country. Nigeria is sitting on a time bomb and a lot of people don’t know
Picture attached Ogun state voted for muslim-Muslim tickets. No sympathy from me. Your friend should 'Go to court' |

chinchum: it would be worse now. Military ruler will have to shut social media to be able to breath and rule , also civil protests would be met with violent resistance. I witnessed a bit of military behaviour in early and late 90s even though i am less than 4 decades old. I can not wish military rule on my enemy, even though i sometimes fantasise about Nigeria governed by a smart benevolent dictator, i quickly jolt my self to reality. You are very wise indeed. As I've said before, only those who did not live under the Military from 1984 to 1999 will be calling for a return to that kind of govt. |

Again, all Nigeria kings are under the control of local govt administration, if anyone misbehave, he will be dethroned. heaven will not fall. Go and research history, learn what happened to the former MILLIATRY administrator of Bendel State George Innih who was very much against Oba Akenzua. Educate yourself. |

longayink: A Tinubu presidency shall make even an unborn child in Nigeria become corrupt and mischievous. Nigeria's lopsided and dysfunctional political structure and governance systems were created by soldiers. Nigeria's Constitution was supervised by soldiers. No civilian government can restructure the political structure and governance system, no civilian government can rewrite the most contested and vexed chapters of Nigeria's Constitution. The constitution was not even subjected to popular referendum. Only military dictatorship can change these for good or for worse. Change takes time. Already we can see the start of restructuring. States now have the right to generate their own electricity for example. We need to keep moving forward. |

Only those under 40 will be calling for the Armed Forces to take over. It shows gross ignorance of our history.
Do you think things like End SARS would be acceptable under a militray govt? My advice to you the youths is to go and read history and see how the militray delt with Fela, Gani, Dele Giwa, the Anti-SAP riots, June 12 riots... go and read about all those events in our history and then ask yourself if that is really what you want.
I was, and remain passionatly anti Tinuub, but I'll happly see Tinubu as President with all his faults and imperfections, than any military person. |

Fut9ure: Some Nigerians are sick
Like I Said I will start celebrating 🍾 whenever I hear bad news...if you like call me evil 😈. You are wasting your time until we always step into the polling unit and vote without tribalism and petty sentiments
I notice that Nigerians are sick The tribalism that was hidden in the foundations of our country have come out fully
The South west is completely gone when it comes to tribalism..they are too tribalistic See the way they will quote me and tag me igbo
Am from Edo state...a Bini.the four major candidates were from the the three major tribe...atiku hausa, kwankwaso hausa, tinubu yorubas and obi igbo So we south south were the people to judge them and choose wisely knowing fully well the hell Nigerians have been through and we did without tribalism. We choose obi Obi was the right man but south west ruined everything with tribalism
What suddenly changed their hatred for Apc and Buhari administration to love
I thought we were going through hell...please to the rest of us not sick please lets celebrate and pop champagne whenever we start experiencing the hell we went through during Buhari's tenure again...no pity please
Hahaha
Since you all want to be sick
So tinubu got more than ten thousand votes after what we were aware of. The dementia, parkinson disease, not physically fit and mentally fit. Not aware of his environment. Even Oshiomhole was angry and reminded him that national anthem is going on
Wow Nigerians are sick
A friend of mine in South Africa once said that if tinubu gets more than ten thousand votes it means we are sick Koyo my brother. You are true Bini man, you have spoken well. Tinubu would not get a job as a security guard in the UK, as he would security background check. No proper proof of school, no proof of birth..Yet this the person so called enlighted Yoruba's have foisted on us. No Wahala, we will all be mad together over the next 4 years. |

We Edo's are a self confident, accomodating people. We don't need to fear or hate anybody. Ojukuwu invaded the Midwest, yet we never retaliated against the Igbos. Igbos live in peace in Edo state and do their business and prosper. We have no argument with anybody, as long as you respect our tradditons and customs. The igbos have been pefect settlers in our midst and we have NO argument with them. Same with the Haussa's. The only people we are watching with side eye are the Ijaw, who want to claim part of our land. One day we may need to remind them who be who for Edo. |

Most of these girls later find it difficult to marry or even give birth to children of their own later in life.
Most likely she go get better connection for police. She didn't know her time will come.
But I'm keep wandering. Has Nigeria ever requested for other nationals (of some of these countries that extradite our people to their place) to be extradited to Nigeria for prosecution?
Abi our own is just to give out without taking? Point of correction. Voodoo does not exist in Nigeria. It is manly followed in Haiti and some other South American lands. South East and South South will survive no matter what This point you've made, is what REALLY amazes me about Nigerians. Obi should have gone for a mainstream party, he could have even contested against Atiku for the primaries of PDP, who knows on merit he could have won and been the flagbearer
The unknown status of his party has affected and is affecting him in this election
A lot of illiterate undecided voters are voting for PDP or APC cos thats the only party they know .
On the ballot paper, you see party logo there, you dont see names there.
This hasnt helped him, hope you understand my points better now There is no way Obi would have won the PDP nomination, and thats just a fact. If a street fighter like Wike, with a massive war chest could not get the nomination, how do you think Obi would? |

Atiku should win Bauchi but it won't be with a wide margin.
This margin issue is Atiku's biggest problem cos he's having a really back day at the office in the South. This was always going to be Atiku's weak spot. He can't win big in the North, and can't win at al lin the South. |

I don't want Tinubu to win(Lord forbid), but I can't stand judicial rascality. The supreme court has given a clear order and Buhari and the CBN are not obeying. Yes we can laugh now because it's Tinubu and his men on the receiving end but about tomorrow. Once this precedent is set, what will we say when another President tomorrow refuses to accept supreme court order? This path leads to anarchy. I respect what Buhari is trying to do, but the rule of law must be sacrosanct, else we are in the jungle. If Buhari really wanted free elections he should have empowered EFCC to be effective, the way it was during OBJ's time. Which governor dare stock away billions in that era? |
