Broda09: Nigerians found with Sh10m cocaine arrested at JKIA

http://www.nation.co.ke/News/-/1056/1890104/-/w2ufi6z/-/index.html

Police are holding two Nigerians after they were found in possession of drugs worth at least Sh10 million.

The suspected drug traffickers have been placed under observation after they were arrested at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi Friday.

Police said the Nigerians had travelled from Brazil and had a stopover in Dubai. They were headed to Lagos.

So far, the two have emitted 47 pellets of a substance that police believe to be cocaine. According to police, each pellet is valued at Sh250,000.

Police said they will continue observing the Nigerians to see whether they will emit more pellets.

You guys are in denial....
I don't trust Kenya media at all. They write whatever crap they feel like. Its just a jungle system where nobody is accountable for anything.

Anyhow, the issue is did your Kenyan Police or court find the deported Nigerians with any drugs or had witnesses who had bought drugs from them? Did any court in Kenya find him guilty of drug importation, possession ,trafficking or sale? So why did Kenya suddenly label this man was a drug peddler after he had a public incident with his Kenyan wife?

We have not said that every Nigerian is good or that even these deported Nigerians are innocent. Just treat them according to the laws of Kenya and fundamental human rights, to be tried in a court of law for any alleged crimes. Allow your courts to find them guilty in a trial and then you can sentence them to 1 millions years or beheading. But don't simply label someone a "drug baron" and then punish him without any evidence simply because he is a successful "Nigerian".

I am shocked that this guy has 3 children in Kenya! He had lived in that country for 18 years!
Many foreigner who live in Nigeria for just 5 years go and lie about having Nigerian citizenship and thus get Nigerian passports. I personally know two Cameroonians still holding on to the Nigerian passport they obtained while in University in Nigeria.

Yet,Kenya deported this man, blocking any chance to ever see his children and without even allowing their own Kenyan courts to complete the trial? It only goes to confirm that the Kenya govt. was truly in a big hurry to inherit the man's properties and investments unjustly.

Yet,the Lebanese importing weapons into Nigeria to kill Nigerians are given all the basic human rights and Nigerian courts are given a free hand to determine their innocence or guilt?

Nigeria must see begin to treat citizens of every country exactly how they treat Nigerians in those places.
Politics › Re: Kenyan President Orders Deportation Of Nigerians Involved In Drug Trafficking by ChimaAdeoye: 5:44pm On Jun 20, 2013
Kenya is a jungle for deporting someone on hearsay crime.

If the individual were truly a drug pusher, they should take him to court and allow a Kenyan judge to declare him guilty and then their deportation would be fair and just.

You don't just deport someone because he is a successful "Nigerian" and therefore, must be a drug pusher!

It is a good thing to feed school kids, but UN has no right to tell Nigeria what to do.Unless they are ready to support that instruction.
Make dem United Nations give Nigeria money for that.
After-all, Pakistan with a bigger GDP than Nigeria receive billions of dollars from dem every year.

Behaved very much like the ones here killing innocent children going to school or poor people going to church. It's shameful how black people want to fight for Arabs and soon after their senseless attacks, the Arabs are the first to vehemently condemn them. May he rot in British jail for ever. His sorry, empty life is over anyhow.

CyberG: 5. Sack and appoint credible people as the comptroller of customs, UBEC, NCC, institute stronger banking regulations, etc; and totally monitor all the contracts that have already been awarded.
Abeg, which tribe are those people he is accusing from?
Once Nigerians begin to advocate sacking of people, tread very carefully, they have quietly inserted their own tribal agenda to the issue.
Politics › Re: Boko-Haram : Orange Seller Arrested With N600m by ChimaAdeoye: 3:15pm On May 20, 2013
Boko Haram are indeed not illiterate people as they like to be portrayed. They have learnt the same trick from Al-Qaeda which tried to portray itself as an unsophisticated, unintelligent group of illiterates to make you under estimate their capability. It was when America viewed AL-qaeda as a very shrewd organization that they were able to out smart them and trace bin Laden.
Politics › Re: Revolution In The Judiciary!!! by ChimaAdeoye: 3:06pm On May 20, 2013
It would be great if these reforms are carried out. Nigerian Judges have become amongst the worst in the world. This has seriously affected the confidence and attitude of Nigerians towards the rule of law.Nigeria is a jungle today principally because judges have failed to perform. Thus, people have reached the conclusion that it does not make sense to go to court. Sometimes,a single case will linger on for 15 years in a Nigerian court !!! What type of crap is that?

Usama Bin Buhari is busy planning another bloody terrorist organization.
He will call this one Sai Buhari 2015.
That will be the group to soak the blood of the baboons and the dogs together if the dogs and baboons called Nigerians dare not to elect him in 2015.
Politics › Re: The Bloody Truth About Northern Nigeria!!! by ChimaAdeoye:
abaaynla: There problem is laziness.
Northerners aren't lazy at all, they just had the worst visionless leaders in Nigeria after the death of Sarduana.Regrettably, the greedy northern leaders neglected the wisdom of the Sarduana who concentrated on agriculture for the zone. The north has resources which other regions can only dream about - "LARGE ARABLE LAND" which have been abandoned to chase elusive oil wells in faraway regions.

The richest states in America such as California,Texas,Iowa,Ohio,New Jersey are America's bread baskets too.Indeed, the oil producing states of America such as Louisiana and Mississippi are amongst America's poorest states! Northern Nigeria could easily have been the richest part of Nigeria,if they had followed the Late Sarduana's strategy of quadrupling agricultural production from the northern region every year. The problem is over dependence on resources of other regions in far-away places, rather than developing your own resources in agricultural production.

If northern leaders concentrate today on agriculture, they will produce enough food to feed the entire African continent and make the north the richest place in Nigeria again. But,it is easier to fight for oil dichotomy and deceive their people that the more oil money they can corner via unscrupulous means, the better for the region. Very very unfortunate mindset.

But they know how to kill innocent people on a Christmas day. See how callous they are. Coward animals!!!
I have wondered why they are running ! Don't they want to fight and quickly go collect their 73 virgins? I'm at loss for words that leaders of Boko haram that have been sending people to sacrifice themselves are actually running at a time they should stand and fight like men. GoodSamaritan, I agree they are shameful COWARDS !

Politics › Re: Why Is South Africa More Developed And Stable Than Nigeria?? by ChimaAdeoye: 1:01pm On May 19, 2013
zetdee: SA is more developed because it's outside the tropics, white people couldn't settle in large numbers in tropical Africa because they lack protection from malaria. The least developed areas are found within the tropics.
So white settlement is synonymous to development? Hmm, no wonder the present South Africa is retrogressing for killing off its white population and Nigeria is progressing for giving succor and home to those hapless SA whites.
