There should be nothing like retirement age. In western word that would be termed age discrimination. People retire when they want to unless they show sign of senility or their age impairs their ability to work.

Entrepreneurs, General overseers and politicians can work into their 80’s but civil servants should be thrown out after 35 years of service. I know someone who was retired at 55 from CBN, he went to Canada, did a masters, he’s now a vp at one of the big 5 banks at age 63.

Sometimes it really just happened. Sometimes a woman will sleep with a guy she had no premonition of sleeping with. Maybe she just wanted to be friends or she just needed a place to visit because she was bored or she’s keeping him for something she gains from him.

The problem is women think they are in control, but they aren’t. The survival of the bushmeat would always be dependent on the skills of the hunter. Everything they do to avoid it from happening can be countered.

I’m sure our parents generation thought the same of us at some point. The gen-z didn’t raise themselves. Every generation raised kids differently from the way they were raised. These gen-z kids would grow up too and condemn the next gen.

Faithfulness - Most relationships end because people have options or choices. They can or they think they can go be with someone else. If couples have only themselves, know it and show it, a lot more relationships will survive.

I mean physical and emotional faithfulness, not the “as long as I haven’t had sex with other people, then I’m faithful” faithfulness.

A submissive woman to me is one who understands and acknowledges hierarchy and structure. One who agrees with the concept of her husband being the head of the family.

It doesn’t mean she doesn’t have her ideas or she sheepishly follows her husband, it means whenever there is a conflict of ideas her husband has the final say even if she doesn’t entirely agrees with him.

A good example of submissiveness is the relationship between the Appeal court and the Supreme Court. You don’t see Appeal court judges pouting when the Supreme Court overturns their decision. That’s Acknowledgement of hierarchy.

No institution can survive without a clearly defined structure and hierarchy, if you don’t want to be a submissive woman, marry a submissive husband. Even in partnerships, there’s always a managing partner who’s the head.

He’s going to lose her anyways, he may as well do it on his terms. It may seem mean but it’s a good way to protect his dignity and self esteem.

There’s nothing like a real man. A man is a man. A man who sleeps around can also pick the women he sleeps with. He doesn’t necessarily have to sleep with every woman who wants him.

Sex doesn’t come easy for men, the scarcity of sex is what makes it valuable to man. Like money, the ones who have it in excess are considered better off than the ones who doesn’t, due to its scarce nature.

Sex is ego gratifying for men. It goes beyond just humping. Every woman he gets to lay with is affirmation of his value. It’s a pointer to being better off than his peers.

I’m against cheating because I think it’s betraying the trust of the people who you should cherish the most. I’m all for getting all the sex you can get when you aren’t committed to anyone.

You hardly see a Yoruba woman who’s a feminist. One of the pillars of the culture is respect for elders, and since most women are married to men older than them the respect naturally follows.

So if a Yoruba woman is disrespectful to her husband it’s because she doesn’t want to be married to him, it’s never a case of wanting to be equals.

There’s nothing wrong with sex on the first date if the sexual chemistry is there. However, a woman who wants something long term can separate the wheat from the chaff by delaying gratification.

A guy who wants just sex won’t stick around with a lady who says she’s not interested in sex. A guy who wants something long term will.

If she’s comfortable discussing sex with you then it’s worth shooting your shot.

Interviews abroad does not test knowledge. They test speaking ability and your understanding of the language. If they invite you it’s because they know from your application how knowledgeable you are.

They are trying to see how you will communicate with customers, colleagues or your boss. Just smile and act like you are colleagues with your interviewer. Unless you lied about your knowledge, no question on the interview should be difficult.

Men say one thing on social media and then do different in the real world. Ask Pere what kind of woman he wants and hear him list classy, homely, decent bla bla.

Mercy is a hustler, she’s high maintenance and Pere is no match for her. Mercy will sleep with the married COO of a conglomerate to get a deal. She will get flown out by some baller for a weekend rendezvous. A woman who within weeks in the house got comfy with kidd waya, white money and then Pere is who a man with a functioning brain want to claim in public.

When it’s said and done he will get his little heart broken then come instruct us to fear women. I hope for his sake this is for Clout.

If the amount paid per month adds up to the amount per year then for most people it wouldn’t matter. Unless there’s a discount for paying annually. I pay my vehicle insurance annually, I save a little for paying yearly instead of monthly because there isn’t a monthly processing fee.

One could argue that paying monthly is better. Assuming your rent is 100k per month or 1.2m per year and you have your money in an interest generating account, your money can grow while you only take out monthly rent as against the lump sum.

Annual payments on the other hand gives you peace of mind. Just pay and forget for a whole year.

Minister Dave needs to exercise tact next time. You don’t lock people out for coming late like they are secondary school students. Who locks Dave out if he comes late? What if someone took permission from his boss to come in late the next day? What if I resume late and close late and my boss is aware?

It’s just Nigerians and bigi manliness. Lecturers, pastors and people in position do same to exert authority. Initiate a clock in system or swipe cards to monitor lateness. Give people queries and the fire repeated offenders. The next step will be to ask them to kneel, raise their hands and close their eyes?
