Ladies need to learn that marriage is the natural progression of a good relationship not a long one. You can’t fight a man everyday, have several men in the name of keeping your options open then be demanding marriage from one.

A man who isn’t ready to get married will make the sacrifice if he sees you as irreplaceable. Even if he initially insists, when the reality of losing you stares him in the face he will surrender.
