I'm no troll on this forum sir. If you must quote me, do so with respect and don't insult me. It's a public forum and I'm entitled to my opinion but I'm sensible enough not to insult people I don't know. You mustn't quote me to insult me if my post doesn't sit well with you or break your phone. Have a great week ahead.

The OP reminds me of Charlie Hebdo attack in France few years ago by a Muslim as a result of sensational journalism. If Christians were as aggressive as the other counterpart, more nations would have been at war. I think christianity promotes civility indirectly. The author of the article and even the artist may be church goers but the liberality allowed by the religion is sometimes taken too far.

Bro, my experience with anambra women is personal and it's cost the life of someone dear to me. If I should tell you the whole story, you wouldn't be saying all this.

I NEVER ABANDONED HER. IT HAS NOT BEEN 3 MONTHS I LEFT OGA AND I HAVE BEEN COMMINICATING WITH HER. HOW ELSE DO YOU WANT ME TO HANDLE THIS?? SHOULD I START BABYSITTING HER?? OR STOP BUILDING A FUTURE SO I CAN HELP HER AND THE KIDS??

AM I NOT TRYING? WHY ARE YOU PEOPLE THIS MEAN AND INCONSIDERATE?? AM I NOT HUMAN ?
I'm a sister sir. I'm sorry for not being sensitive to your plight since I don't know your experience but I hope you forgive the state.
I didn't say you aren't trying. Take it easy but do the right thing you would do to yourself. Be emphatic. If you read my post well you'll realise that I was considerate with my words.
All the best in your endeavours. I pray that God gives you wisdom to make the right decisions.
Romance › Re: She Is Pregnant With Twins But I Honestly Don't Want To Marry Her. by Esthered: 6:59am On Jul 06, 2019
Dear OP, I understand that marrying out of pity isn't the best. I'm dazed that at your level of exposure that you don't want to marry from Anambra state due to either experience or limiting beliefs as a result of stereotype. I had my worst experience in life in the east that made me detest Ibos but I grew to learn to deal with people based on who they are and not based on where they're from as you don't know what value the person can add to you that'll propel you to your destiny as man is created to be interdependent and fortunately my best friend is an Igbo lady.
Concerning the issue on ground, don't overrule doing a paternity test and involve someone you trust to minimize the risk of the result being tampered with as you're faraway. If the kids are yours, please try not to be an absentee father even if that's what it's going to be.
Help her to become a better person so that she can seek financial freedom because you didn't state the extent to which you were committed to her development while the relationship lasted. Don't try this in your current location as you may never get away with this. I pray no one does this to your daughter(s) in future and you reminisce in regret of what you did to someone's daughter. Still think about her potentials that may be worth it when you've ascertained the paternity of the kids.
I pray that when she grows older and discover herself she'll pursue her dreams and become altruistic towards women that get abandoned by their baby fathers that could have done the right thing.

That write up is fake
Don't mention mr next time to spill..... It happened in my parents house, I was in boarding school. She grew up with us, she was to prepare lunch from my uncle that visited from the AKS. He defiled her dude. When we succeed in doing the needful in future, I'll mention you d****** in the future. I'm sure you're neither a dad nor an uncle but a young lad behind a phone. When you start having REAL responsibilities, you'll understand.
Crime › Re: RAPE: FAQ On Nairaland Since The COZA Saga by Esthered: 2:17pm On Jun 30, 2019
Thanks for your write up OP, some will still come out to say the blogger's sister seduced Salisu, she had to pay for the gifts she collected........ The mum was already defensive of an outsider and this is what happens in an average Nigerian home. All those people on this forum saying they smell lies in Busola's story should start with the minors in their family and build rapport with them overtime to find out if they've not been violated or have a near violation experience. Our favourite uncle raped a cousin under our roof. I hope the victim press charges in future when she becomes relevant as it'll bring her closer to justice than now that she's nobody and he's touring the world as a highly revered person in his profession. Even if it's 30 years after the rape incidence.

Something just didn't make sense to me there.
I have no intention of making anyone feel bad here but I think there was no rape in the whole saga.

We're not fools please

The woman should just admit that she was wrong as much as she claims that he was wrong.
My cousin was raped in my house by my uncle when we weren't at home. She never told us till she fell pregnant 2 years later. She was quite young and we started tracing her sexual history and found out she was raped under our roof. Till date we haven't press charges because of....... The 1st time without consent is rape but the subsequent ones is not consensual either as the victim is manipulated and acts under fear. I think you need to meet a rape and not near rape victim from a home they aren't allowed to be expressive, then you'll know that the reaction you expect is not the same as those that grow in homes where they're allowed to be themselves this is regardless of if the person is an introvert or extrovert.

What's the guarantee that if she becomes pregnant, she'll carry to full term, what if she loses the baby and suffers secondary infertility as liberalchick said? What if that's the only child she may have and lose him I'm the short run, what if.....
OP, your sister is just desperate. Who told her she can't meet a good man that'll will make her his wife in less than 6 months without putting her under unnecessary pressure. Don't come and tell us stories that touches the heart in future if she refuses to take caution now and set a standard for herself.
To the guys above talking about abortion...... I had STI (popularly called toilet infection) years back when i was in FGCL and I wasn't sexually active, it became a recurring issue even as a virgin years later to the extent of PID these leads to infertility if it's not treated properly. She should go for a medical check up now since she's worried about it especially if it's a case of hormonal imbalance.

I'm ashamed sometimes when I mention AKS as my SSO. We're known for either bed skills, culinary skills and witchcraft. It's demeaning and needs to change. If you check the culinary skills mentioned, how many of us own world class restaurants with the skill we're praised for? Indigenous people regardless of where we are have to change the narrative as there's more to us beyond the aforementioned. This can only be done when we see it as a problem and not a compliment that we treat it as. An oil producing sate has no billionaire in the oil business and we talk of owning oil with pride. If you go to the state, skill acquisition centres are scarce. I had to travel to another village in 2014 to plait my hair from where I stayed for a short break. They emigrate to urban areas to do menial jobs but pride themselves with skills that don't commercialise. I'm calling Akwa-Ibomites on this forum for a start to see how they can be altruistic towards the state. Let your legacy you want to leave behind have your state of origin as a part of it.
Sorry for my rant huh

Foolishness is when people can't seem to understand that gender equality does not entail sexual equality. Keep preaching it @OP. Man and woman, as in gender, may be "equal", but male and female, as in sex, are not. This thread dwells on the latter, reason being there are too many biological and anatomical factors against the female.

Aside perpetual insanity, I don't see why anyone would get mad because the "society" seems to place more and better emphasis on the one with higher risk factors.

The extent of bitterness as seen in many responses here is beyond my understanding. A man will shoot his shot and japa in peace while you're there worrying about missing period, contraceptive, abortion, and 9 months of sickness, yet you wanna compete on a fcking spree? You m a d, sister??
Take it easy please.
