Of course you like to babble. Do you know what it means to do research? What poison existed at that time in Arabia that was so strong that a single bite, which he supposedly didn’t swallow, could lead to prolonged suffering and eventually death after 4 years? One of his companions died despite similarly only having taken a few bites, it just doesn’t add up. Ponder too: Matt 27:48; Immediately one of them ran and got a sponge. He filled it with wine vinegar, put it on a staff, and offered it to Jesus to drink. In the Old Testament Holy Book of Psalm, vinegar is associated with poison, "They gave me gall for my food, and they gave me vinegar for my drink" (Psalm 68:22). So did Jesus allegedly die of crucifixion and poisoning ? Were the other two crucified given this treatment? advocatejare: I can understand your frustration and the need to do tactical withdrawal after all your lies have been exposed:
1. You lied that Muhammad didn’t die of poison when the same Muhammad in your sahih Hadith attributed the sickness that led to his death to the poison food he ate at Khaibar, so it’s either you doing Taqiyya or you’re saying that Muhammad was a liar who didn’t know what he was saying. Even when someone suggested to Muhammad that his sickness was due to pleurisy, Muhammad insisted that his sickness was due to the poisoned meat he ate at Khaibar
2. No prophet of God was ever killed with poison or watch his people die from poison without intervening.
Some companions of Muhammad who ate the poison had thought that Muhammad was a true prophet of God and that he would have protected them from the poison like Elisha protected his people from poison:
Elisha returned to Gilgal and there was a famine in that region. While the company of the prophets was meeting with him, he said to his servant, 'Put on the large pot and cook some stew for these men.' One of them went out into the fields to gather herbs and found a wild vine. He gathered some of its gourds and filled the fold of his cloak. When he returned, he cut them up into the pot of stew, though no one knew what they were. The stew was poured out for the men, but as they began to eat it, they cried out, 'O man of God, there is death in the pot!' And they could not eat it. Elisha said, 'Get some flour.' He put it into the pot and said, 'Serve it to the people to eat.' And there was nothing harmful in the pot." -2 Kings 4:38-41
But Muhammad failed and wasted the lives of his companions that believed he had divine healing powers
3. You lied that Muhammad completed his mission before he died but that is another lie from you: Muhammad claimed that the Quran was his only miracle yet he didn’t compile the Quran before he died, the compilation was done by the caliphs and they ended up standardizing it and burning the original one Muhammad received
-Muhammad also failed to appoint a successor and thereby creating chaos immediately after his death so much that they even left him unburied for 3 days
3. You lied that Islam is made perfect but you didn’t tell us how:
Islam wasn’t made perfect as Islam divided into Shia and Sunni because Muslims were fighting for who the leader will be
Muslims have been killing themselves since then. They don’t even need any external enemies, they are their own enemies. They went to attack Ali and Fatimah, Muhammad’s daughter and she had a miscarriage, Aisha led a civil war against fellow Muslims, apart from Abu Bakr that died natural death, other caliphs were killed by Muslims themselves and here you are lying that Allah perfect Islam, that’s the lie they tel you in your religion
Muhammad said Islam will divide into 72 sects, is that an attribute of a perfect religion? Each of your sect is claiming to be the true one and that the other ones are wrong
Shia Iran and Sunni Saudi Arabia are enemies yet they both practice the same so called perfect Islam Suit yourself. https://islamcompass.com/refutting-the-lie-that-muhammad-died-because-he-was-poisoned/Why compare someone cooking a poisonous plant without intent to poison and someone administering a poison which the prophet detected and survived. Jesus at a time says he was not sent to the gentiles but these same group and the Romans give you what you call Christianity. On what you say about Jesus being replaced on the cross as a lie do find out what a now eliminated group of Jewish Christians Ebionites have to say. Do Unitarian Christians share the same view of Christianity as you? You make mention the delay to bury Muhammad do research about it? Emergence of sects of Islam is what is to be as humans are prone to do this? How many sects of Christians and Jews exist? In any case tell me are the verses of your Bible earlier shared wrong or untrue? |

Don’t run away o, let’s continue. I like the way I’m teaching you Islam 101 It's not worthy to waste time with unending argument. We have addressed one issue and you see fit to bring in others; to what end? These are issues you yourself can research on without arguing with others. You cannot teach what you yourself don't know. Your own scripture doesn't tell you killed prophets are not prophets yet it forms the basis of your argument. Pitiable that you have a course code like it's a trivial course in college yet it is an important aspect of life. It surely shows how much of a clown you are as this is careless humour and fun. I value the time the almighty lets me have for all will be accounted for and we must not waste the gift given us. 2 Timothy 2:23-25 Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels. And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, 2 Timothy 2:16 But avoid irreverent babble, for it will lead people into more and more ungodliness |

advocatejare: The bottom line is your Allah is a liar who claimed to have rescued jesus on the cross and replaced him by an innocent person to die his death whereas the same Allah could save Muhammad from poison, Muhammad died from the poison of a jewess which proved that he was fake and an imposter
Muhammad died without fulfilling his mission of compiling the Quran, his successors had to do that and burnt the original manuscripts
Muhammad didn’t make Islam perfect because immediately after his death his followers started fighting so intense that they left his body unburied for 3 days which was against the Muslims tradition of burying their dead on the same day or very early the following day

advocatejare: Did Muhammad swallow the poison like Bishri did ? No
Was Muhammad the only person who ate the poison and didn’t die immediately? No. It was some, not all his companions that ate it who died (Sunan Abu Dawud 39:4495),
Did Muhammad get treated by cupping for the poison? Yes (Sunan Abu Dawud 39:4495)
Despite the fact that Muhammad had not swallowed the poisoned meat, was its effect felt by him immediately? Yes, its effect was felt on his uvula (Sahih Muslim 26:5430)
About 36 months after, when the effect of the poison had made him seriously sick so much that he couldn’t stand without being supported, he was alternating between consciousness and unconscious, he was having very high fever and he was pouring water on himself to cool his body, did he not tell his beloved child bride that he still felt the pain from the poisoned food in ate at Khaibar? Yes he did (Sahih al-Bukhari 4428, Sunan Abi Dawud 4512 )
When someone suggested that his sickness was due to pleurisy, did he not deny that and proclaim that his sickness was due to the poisoned food he ate at Khaibar? Yes he did (Ibn Saad, p. 294, Sunan Abi Dawud 4513) We will surely go on and on about this but really of what importance is this? Does killing a prophet deprive him of being a prophet? I don't think so otherwise why did Jesus say: [Mat 23:29-38 KJV] (29) Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous, (30) And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets. (31) Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets. (32) Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers. (33) Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? (34) Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city: (35) That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar. (36) Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation. (37) O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!In any case Allah protected and prevented Muhammad from dying at the time of the alleged poisoning even if Bishr died immediately or at most one year after. Alas he renained alive up on till Allah completed the revelation and perfected the religion of Islam Quran 5:3 .......Today I have perfected your religion for you, and have completed My favor upon you, and have approved Islam as a religion for you......... |

FxMasterz: My friend, you are just ranting and seeking a fight but you won't get one.
I didn't insert my own words! Everything I posted earlier was pure scripture. Take those scriptures and counter me one after the other. Tell me that those scriptures didn't say what I said they said. That's how to debate. Quote the public opinion I inserted into that post if you can dare find one. Prove that my interpretation of those scriptures are wrong, and give your own interpretation in its place in a very organized manner. I wouldn't listen to stories. All those stories you are telling hold no water.
For your information, it is not only the history and title of the papacy that have been used as basis for saying the antichrist has come. I read a similar conspiracy theory here on Nairaland not long ago where Islam was propounded as the antichrist. They accurately calculated the number of Mohammed's name to give 666. They historically earmarked the 10 nations and the little horn. The compiled a list of persecutions from Islam and even proved the blasphemies of Islam while dissecting the Kaaba, and proved that Islam has fulfilled the prophecy of the antichrist. They spewed the same nonsense you are spewing now, bragging on historical facts that explicitly contradicted the Bible. Did I say that History is anti-scripture? You don't read to comprehend? Would you quote where I said that? I said the historical past you have been relaying is anti-scripture because they didn't tally with Bible prophecy. You are just forcing your own narration into the scriptures blindly.
Did I tell you that I read a book in the year 1997 where the Computer was said to be the antichrist? They calculated the number too, and it was 666. By taking the letters A - Z, with A assigned the number 6 and B, 12, C 18 in an arithmetic progression, COMPUTER has its numbers added together to make 666. See attached screenshot. On this link here too, someone argued that it is E-trade Mark and even went ahead to compute its number also as 666: https://www.nairaland.com/4356211/mark-beast-666-computer-technology. Vicarius Filii Dei is Latin, and the Apostle John was referring to a Greek name because as it is, John and his audience knew no Latin. He went ahead to tell his Greek and Hebrew readers "Let everyone that reads understand the number of 'HIS name' for it is ' A MAN's number'." How will John tell Greek and Hebrew readers to understand a Latin name and assign numbers to it? Everyone is just having his own story to tell but when they're brought under scriptural scrutiny, just like your stories, they fall flat. Some have even used the names of Nero and Caligula and translated them to 666. Even the title "Augustus.'
A distinguishing feature of the antichrist is described in Revelation 17:8 :
"The beast, which you saw, once was, now is not, and yet will come up out of the Abyss and go to its destruction. The inhabitants of the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the creation of the world will be astonished when they see the beast, because it once was, now is not, and yet will come.
The papacy had being, ceased to be, came out of the abyss and is going to its destruction, isn't it? Do you even notice that John used a future tense "and yet will come out of the abyss" even though he had previously written that antichrist (plural) are already among us. John showed clearly that the antichrists (plural) are different from the antichrist (singular). While the antichrists are already among us, the antichrist is still future. He has been, has ceased to be, and would be again and go into destruction. The papacy did not not fulfil any dot of this feature.
The beast that was captured along with the antichrist is an entity, yet the scripture says, the beast along with the false prophets made the two people that were cast into the lake of fire: Revelation 19:20.
CSB "But the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who had performed the signs on its behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur."
NIV "But the beast was taken prisoner, and along with it the false prophet, who had performed the signs in its presence. He deceived those who accepted the mark of the beast and those who worshiped its image with these signs. Both of them were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur."
3.5 Prophetic years is 3.5 literal years. Where did you get your 1260 years from?
I am more than 25yrs in the pastoral ministry. I am not a baby Christian. Neither am I new to all these things you are saying up there. all I want from you is solid scriptural exposition. Honestly, yourb posts so far are not scripturally balanced. Please organize your post when replying. Disorganized writing can be so boring to read. Perhaps the correct form of wisdom has not been used in understanding this verse or these verses. It however is amusing an apparent interplay between numerology and the christian scripture. Numerology, in its simplest terms, is the relationship between a number and its mystical nature on both an individual and worldly level. Numerology is also the study of the numerical value of the alphabet. Numerological ideas have been around for centuries. Some of the earliest records of numerology appeared in ancient Egypt and Babylon along with China, Rome, Japan, and Greece. However, it was the Greek philosopher Pythagoras who became the father of numerology. Calculate in what is written in Rev. 13:18 calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is 666.1 —Revelation 13:18 You have 666 attached to the Talents of Gold received by Solomon (2 Chronicles 9:13; The weight of the gold that Solomon received yearly was 666 talents) Numerology and Christianity share a common ground in their recognition of the symbolic power of numbers. For instance, the number seven holds great significance in both systems. In Christianity, it represents completion and perfection, as the seventh day is when God rested after creating the universe. Numerology interprets the number seven as a symbol of inner wisdom and spiritual enlightenment. These overlapping interpretations suggest a potential for compatibility between the two systems. Irenaeus believed that the number 666 was a cryptic reference to the Roman Emperor Nero. According to Irenaeus, the number 666 was derived from the Hebrew practice of using letters as numbers, a system known as gematria. In this system, each letter of the Hebrew alphabet has a corresponding numerical value, and by adding up the numerical values of the letters in a name or word, one could calculate its "number." Irenaeus argued that when the name "Nero Caesar" was translated into Hebrew and its letters were assigned their corresponding numerical values, the total came out to 666. Thus, Irenaeus concluded that the "number of the beast" was a veiled reference to Nero, a tyrannical and persecuting Roman Emperor who was infamous for his brutal treatment of Christians. The combination of 6,6,6 need hardly be commented upon. Man, in conjunction with man, exalting himself in trinity is yet another proposed interpretation. Also, 666 is the number of years from the desecration of the temple by the Babylonians IN 596 BC, the first beast, and the desecration of the temple by the Romans, the second beast with all the authority over the Jews of the first beast, in 70 AD. John, in exile in a penal colony on the island of Patmos for sedition, was writing in code "which requires wisdom" to interpret, calling on the seven churches to rise up against Rome and restore Jerusalem and the Temple. To evade the attention of Roman prison warders reading his letter, he cries out "Babylon the great has fallen" and "i saw the new Jerusalam coming down from heaven", Babylon being code for Rome and 666, a human number being the clue. Speculation about the meaning of the number 666, the number of the beast, has been intriguing but futile. Some individuals have assigned a numeric value to the letters of the alphabet and applied the values to names. Political figures, popes, and dictators have been subject to such a numeric system. It's important to remember that there are only so many numerals—only ten, in fact—and only so many letters in any given alphabet. Given enough time and creativity, almost any name can be connected or manipulated into some connection with 666. Other possibilities abound. Some are more obscure, and unlikely, than others. Ezra 2:13 gives the number of descendants of Adonikam as 666. Because "Adonikam" means "the lord who rises up" or "lord of the enemy," a few interpreters suggest the beast who rises from the earth will bear the name Adonikam. Only my two cents as you guys appear knowledgeable enough to make sense of this scripture yourself. |

advocatejare: I have shown you the direct quote of Muhammad’s words affirming that his sickness was due to the poison he ate, but it’s none of my business if you decide to assume that Muhammad was either lying when he uttered those words or if you decide to rubbish the narrations of your sahih ahadith just because it revealed your Allah as a powerless god that watched his beloved prophet die from a poisoned food to confirm the belief of the jewess that poisoned him.
It’s you people’s modu operandi, you do taqiyya for everything
“ The Prophet in his ailment in which he died used to say, "O 'Aisha! I still feel the pain caused by the food I ate at Khaibar,” -Sahih al-Bukhari 4428 If we look into the narrations, we find that although the poison failed to kill the Prophet Muhammad, it did, however, lead to the martyrdom of his companion, Bishrra b. al-Bara’. This is further testimony that the poison really had the power to kill a person, however, despite that, the Prophet still did not die from it. Who other than God was behind such a miracle? When Bishrra swallowed a piece of the meat, he had not yet moved from his place when all of a sudden, his facial complexion changed and became like a taylasan (a cloth which was predominately black in colour). The pain was so severe, that for an entire year, he was unable to turn over in bed without assistance and eventually, he passed away in this painful state. It is also stated [in other narrations] that the poison was so deadly that he had not yet moved from his place when after a short while of eating the meat, he passed away. (Ibn Sa‘d, al-Tabaqat al-kubra, Vol. 3, p. 291, Dar Ihya’ at-Turath al-‘Arabi, Beirut, 1996) You referr to the Sirah of Ibn Sad. Do you infer that Muhammad was 4 times stronger than Bishrra as his death took 4 times the time? Was the prophet sick for such a prolonged time and needed help to be turned? It should be remembered that the incident of the poisoning took place during the Battle of Khaybar, which occurred at the end of 6 AH or the beginning of 7 AH and the Holy Prophetsa remained alive for approximately four more years. He lived a healthy life just as he did before the incident and even went to battles. There was not even the slightest change in his routine with respect to his worship or other daily activities. To pass away after approximately four years, owing to a fever and a migraine, no rational individual would assert that his death was due to the effects of poisoning. O Prophet), you are destined to die and they too are destined to die. Then eventually all of you will dispute with one another before your Lord on the Day of Resurrection} [Surah Zumar: 30, 31] Everyone dies at one point |

Not quite as you need to prove exactly when he fell ill and if it was as a result of the poison? How long after tasting the meat did he fall ill? Can you ascertain that this illness was as a result of the poison? No. Allah kept him alive for over 3 years during which he travelled long distances, performed hajj and participated in battles? How can the sick do these? advocatejare: We have been able to establish that Muhammad fell ill after eating the poisoned food, sought treatment by cupping, prayed to Allah to heal him but Allah failed and Muhammad denied that the sickness that led to his death was caused by pleurisy, he confessed that it was due to the poison that he ate at Khaibar.
Allah couldn’t save Muhammad from dying an agonizing death, Allah couldn’t prove the Jewess wrong by not allowing her poison to get rid of Muhammad, a confirmation of his fake-ness, but the same Allah lied thru jinn Jibreel in the Quran that he saved Jesus by allowing another person to die the death of Jesus on the cross. Some of those reports were deliberately calumnious “fake news” Can you convincely establish that this sickness was a result of the poisined meat and not something else picked up after that time? 3 years is long enough for new sicknesses or you claim the poisoned meat prevented any new ailment from developing? It ouught to be persistently called months” in order to claim that anything more than 12 months should be called a year and I pointed it out to you that your Quran mentioned 30months instead of simply mentioning 2 and a half years, but as usual you’re typing irrelevant rubbish as expected Did you not bring forth this an example in support of your definition as few? Does the verse equate the period to few? advocatejare: Why Muhammad didn’t die on time First and foremost, it was not everyone that ate the poisoned meat that died instantly and muhammad didnt die instantly because he didn't swallow the meat, and even despite that, the effect of the poison was still felt on his uvula and muhammad showing us that he didn't have any divine powers could not heal himself and Allah could not heal him, he had to get treated by cupping:
Muhammad didn't die on time because he didn't swallow the meat When the apostle had rested, Zaynab d. al-Harith, the wife of Sallam b. Mishkam prepared for him a roast lamb, having first inquired what joint he preferred. When she learned that it was the shoulder she put a lot of poison in it and poisoned the whole lamb. Then she brought it in and placed it before him. He took hold of the shoulder and chewed a morsel of it, but he did not swallow it. Bishr b. al-Bara b. Ma’rur who was with him took some of it as the apostle had done, but he swallowed it, while the apostle spat it out, saying, ‘This bone tells me that it is poisoned.’ Then he called for the woman and she confessed, and when he asked her what had induced her to do this she answered: ‘You know what you have done to my people. I said to myself, If he is a king I shall ease myself of him and if he is a prophet he will be informed (of what I have done).’ So the apostle let her off. Bishr died from what he had eaten. Marwan b. Uthman b. Abu Sa’id b. al-Mu’alla told me: The apostle had said in his illness of which he was to die when Umm Bishr d. al-Bara came to visit him, ‘O Umm Bishr, this is the time in which I feel a deadly pain from what I ate with your brother at Khaybar.’ The Muslims considered that the apostle had died as a martyr in addition to the prophetic office with which God had honoured him. - Sira Ibn Ishaq The Life of Muhammad, p. 516
Jabir ibn Abdullah used to say that a Jewess from the inhabitants of Khaybar poisoned a roasted sheep and presented it to the Messenger of Allah ( ﷺ ) who took its foreleg and ate from it. A group of his companions also ate with him. The Messenger of Allah then said: Take your hands away (from the food). The Messenger of Allah then sent someone to the Jewess and he called her. He said to her: Have you poisoned this sheep? The Jewess replied: Who has informed you? He said: This I foreleg which I have in my hand has informed me. She said: Yes. He said: What did you intend by it? She said: I thought if you were a prophet, it would not harm you; if you were not a prophet, we should rid ourselves of him (i.e. the Prophet). The Messenger of Allah then forgave her, and did not punish her. But some of his companions who ate it, died. The Messenger of Allah had himself cupped on his shoulder on account of that which he had eaten from the sheep. AbuHind cupped him with the horn and knife. He was a client of Banu Bayadah from the Ansar. -Sunan Abu Dawud 39:4495
Of course, the effect of the poison was shown on his uvula
Sahih Muslim 26:5430 Anas reported that a Jewess came to Allah's Messenger ﷺ with poisoned mutton and he took of that what had been brought to him (Allah's Messenger). (When the effect of this poison were felt by him) he called for her and asked her about that, whereupon she said: I had determined to kill you. Thereupon he said: Allah will never give you the power to do it. He (the narrator) said that they (the Companion's of the Holy Prophet) said: Should we not kill her? Thereupon he said: No. He (Anas) said: I felt (the affects of this poison) on the uvula of Allah’s Messenger. Your statements on who died are inconsistent. Is one equal to some? What is the function of the uvula? Was this function compromised at anytime between the alleged poisoning and death? |

Prophet David: Unravelling false narrativesIn the earlier text is the origin of the false exegesis not described? Can you simply read the translated text of the Quran verses without relying on exegesis? Relying on the exegesis brings on unnecessary questions as there are views that the litigants were actually assasins, true litigants or angels yet the verse 26 emphasizes conducting justice and not following desire while following the path of God lest we go astray.

[He grows] until, when he reaches maturity and reaches [the age of] forty years, he says, "My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims." -Quran 46:15 Does it say the 30 months is a few months? Is the emphasis not the lengthy time of careful care and nurturing what is emphasized? Ask mothers how demanding the weaning period is? Do you think it is an easy fit for even just one week? How really does this define few? advocatejare: Muhammad confessed that the sickness that put him in severe agony, that he got treated for without success and that he prayed to Allah for and Allah could not heal him and that sickness later killed him was due to the poison he ate at Khaibar
“ The Prophet in his ailment in which he died used to say, "O 'Aisha! I still feel the pain caused by the food I ate at Khaibar,” -Sahih al-Bukhari 4428 Can you state where if at all this sickness was complained of at anytime in the 36+ months before his death? If indeed the poison had any effect how come it took this long to manifest? Even a slow acting poison will show some symptoms. Consult the medical experts and stop displaying your lack of knowledge driven by unnecessary ego. It's better to be silent than speak and remove all or any reasonable doubt. |

advocatejare: Few months is 36 months, the battle of Khaibar was in 629 CE and Muhammad died in 632 CE He lived those 36months after he was poisoned in agony and sickness from the poison he ate despite being treated by cupping, despite praying severally to Allah to heal him and on his sick bed he confessed that his sickness and agony was due to the poison he ate
“ The Prophet in his ailment in which he died used to say, "O 'Aisha! I still feel the pain caused by the food I ate at Khaibar,” -Sahih al-Bukhari 4428
And he eventually died from the agony of the poison he ate and Allah was powerless to save him like he claimed that he saved Jesus
Unless you want to say that Muhammad did not know what he was saying. He told his people that the sickness that eventually killed him was due to the poison he ate at Khaibar
Sunan Abi Dawud 4513 Narrated Ibn Ka'b b. Malik: On the authority of his father: Umm Mubashshir said to the Prophet (ﷺ) during the sickness of which he died: What do you think about your illness, Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)? I do not think about the illness of my son except the poisoned sheep of which he had eaten with you at Khaybar. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: And I do not think about my illness except that. This is the time when it cut off my aorta. Abu Dawud said: Sometime 'Abd al-Razzaq transmitted this tradition, omitting the link of the Companion, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from the Prophet (ﷺ), and sometimes he transmitted it from al-Zuhri from 'Abd al-Rahman b. Ka'b b. Malik, 'Abd al-Rahman mentioned that Ma'mar sometimes transmitted the tradition in a mursal form (omitting the link of the Companion), and they recorded it. And all this is correct with us. 'Abd al-Razzaq said: When Ibn al-Mubarak came to Ma'mar, he transmitted the traditions in a musnad form (with a perfect chain) which he transmitted as mauquf traditions (statements of the Companions and not of the Prophet). Oh really? Where did you learn English language? Why then is a year defined as 12 months? It ouught to be persistently called months. A few months is a period of time that typically spans from two to five months. It is a relatively short period that is often used to refer to a specific timeframe within a larger timeframe, such as a year. Also tell me if the prophet referred to himself as his son. Can someone with a cut aorta talk? |

The battle and alleged poisoning was at the Battle of Khaybar in 628CE and the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him died in 632CE. This is four years comprising 4 X 12 months which is 48 months or in any case more than 36 months. HOW DO YOU DEFINE FEW MONTHS?Remember in the following year 629 the prophet perfomed pilgrimage, same year the Battle of Mutah, non violent conquest of Mecca in 630 as well as the Battle of Hunayn. The attempted seige in Ta'if also occurred in 630. How many kilometres of travel have occurred here for one under the effect of poisoning? There was finally a farewell pilgrimage in 632 before his death sometime around mid year 632. If a poison shows its effect three or four years later, only Allah can suspend its lethal effect for four years. This is an indication that He kept His promise of protection. Quran 5:67 O Messenger, announce that which has been revealed to you from your Lord, and if you do not, then you have not conveyed His message. And Allah will protect you from the people. Indeed, Allah does not guide the disbelieving people. advocatejare: He survived for a few months after eating the poison but the effects of the poison made him seriously sick and made him to be in constant agony and he kept on saying that all his pains was due to the food he ate at Khaibar:
“ The Prophet in his ailment in which he died used to say, "O 'Aisha! I still feel the pain caused by the food I ate at Khaibar,” -Sahih al-Bukhari 4428

Did you review your argument before presenting it? You share an extract authored by Aqeel Ahmed Kang in alhakam.org who reviews a number of Tafsir's including Al-Tabari, Tafsir-e-Saghir and Ishaq Al-Thalabi then makes the statement " Two of his enemies – not angels – scaled the wall of his private chamber". If there aren't Tafsir's saying these are angels WHY will he make such statement? Note that Kang dissected the erroneous narrative of Prophet David's relationship with Bathsheba which is often depicted in a scandalous and sensationalized manner, perpetuating a distorted view of Prophet David's character. Or tell me you missed that intact don't bother! SIRTee15: Now that we both acknowledged that your tafseer is corrupt, we can't use it as a basis to settle this matter, it should be rejected as an authentic source because it's not reliable. Isn't that what u guys do to the bible claiming it's corrupt. Pls don't bring up the tafseers anymore, they are not reliable. If u dont have any other reliable source, just end it. Ok. Let's go to the bible. Let me teach u real exegesis and not your 419 scholars who need to first know what's written in the bible b4 making up their mind how to interpret the koran.

Even the Biblical Jesus says only the almighty God is good.
You fail to understand as you switch your intellect off to see the lesson being thought on how to do justice where there is a dispute more so on an issue you have no fore knowledge of.
How can I know the degree of correctness in David's judgement when the other persons story is not narrated before a judgement was passed. Some exegesis state these were even angels that disappeared and David realised his error and realized what he was being taught. True to his nature he sort forgiveness regretting his hasty and impatient reaction without hearing the other side.
When there is a dispute between two people and your input for justice is sought by them together would you have them jointly present their case or listen to one and then the other? Please be real and sincere! Lessened the text and emboldened for you to see. Are you on your own incapable of research to find exegesis that call the litigants angels? When you arrogantly refuse to share what may or may not be useful knowledge hiding on a claim that it will do me no good as you see the future that I will not agree with you. 😁😁😁😁🤣🤣🤣🤣 Why not use this same clairvoyance or supernatural ability to find the exegesis saying the litigants are angel. SILLY ENTITYSIRTee15: All can bear witness that I gave explorer the opportunity to provide evidence for his claim that the litigants were angels but he declined to take up the challenge. advocatejare: The summary of the whole thing is that Pilate sentenced jesus to die by crucifixion but Allah said he replaced Jesus by another person and the person died Jesus’ death but you also said that no one can die for another so both you and Allah are confused because Allah watched Muhammad died from agony of the food he ate at Khaibar which aimed to get rid of him for being a false prophet and Allah could not save him to prove to the Jewess that poisoned him that he was not fake. By an allegation brought forth by the Jewish priests who disliked his correcting their errors. Do you say the plan of these Jews surpasses that of the almighty? Really now! Where then is your faith if the plan of mere mortals surpasses that of the God you worship? |

As you are adamant in keeping the thread derailed:
Taahir ibn 'Aashoor may Allaah have mercy upon him said in his interpretation of the Quran, At-Tahreer wat Tanweer: “The meaning of {We would have seized him by the right hand}, is ‘We would have seized him by force, that is, without hesitation…”
He said in another instance: “The meaning is: “We would have taken him sooner and We would have severed his aorta. This is to magnify the manner of seizing; therefore, Allah did not say for instance ‘We would have made him perish.”
Neither of those things happened to the Prophet ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) - praise to Allaah; rather, he survived several years after eating the poison, and he was supported by miracles, the greatest of which were the revelation of the Quran and victory over his enemies. This is indeed the greatest evidence of the truthfulness of his prophethood |

advocatejare: The Romans were the ones ruling the Jews that time and they tried people based on Romans law and your Tafsir agreed that the person in the image of Jesus was actually crucified only that Allah claimed that he replaced Jesus with another person to die for Jesus but the same you said that no one can die for the sins of others. So it’s either you or Allah is confused The Jewish religious authorities, particularly the high priest and the Sanhedrin, viewed Jesus as a threat to their own power and authority. He challenged their traditional beliefs and practices, and his teachings and actions were seen as blasphemous by the religious leaders. Consequently, they sought to bring charges against him and have him put to death according to Jewish law. The charges against Jesus included blasphemy and claims of being the Son of God, which, according to Jewish law, warranted a death penalty. However, the Jewish leaders did not have the authority to execute criminals under Roman rule, so they sought the involvement of the Roman governor, Pontius Pilate. Pilate, the Roman governor at the time, had the final say in judicial matters and was responsible for maintaining law and order in Judea. When the Jewish leaders brought Jesus before him, they presented a case that he was a threat to the Roman authority and claimed that he was inciting rebellion against the Roman Empire. Pilate had to carefully navigate the situation, as he did not want to incite unrest among the Jewish population, but he also did not want to appear weak in the eyes of the Roman officials. Pilate found no fault in Jesus and wanted to release him, but he succumbed to pressure from the Jewish leaders and the crowd, ultimately sentencing Jesus to be crucified. Crucifixion was a Roman form of execution reserved for the most despised and reviled criminals, and it was a cruel and painful manner of death. So was it the Romans or Jews that persecuted Jesus? Do tell me and show you are able to discern the truth. |

Before jumping elsewhere are the circumstances of arrest and persecution in accordance with the Jewish law? Don't talk about an alleged poisoning that took how many years to kill? Are you sure it is the poison that really brought about the death? Focus and stop running all over the place! advocatejare: What of Muhammad that was poisoned like a common rat, why didn’t Allah save him from death like he “saved “ Jesus?
Allah allowed Muhammad die a painful poisoned death and couldn’t save Muhammad by replacing him with another person but it was jesus that Allah deceived people on by replacing him with another person? Why was Jesus so precious to Allah ? |

Isn't the supremacy of Allah above those who sought to crucify and humilate Jesus clearly seen or you rather go with your web of lies that someone died for your sins when the Bible says in Leviticus 5:17 If anyone sins and does what is forbidden in any of the LORD’s commands, even though they do not know it, they are guilty and will be held responsible. Ezekiel 18:19-20 Yet you say, Why should the son not bear the punishment for the father’s iniquity?’ When the son has practiced justice and righteousness and has observed all My statutes and done them, he shall surely live. The person who sins will die. The son will not bear the punishment for the father’s iniquity, nor will the father bear the punishment for the son’s iniquity; the righteousness of the righteous will be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked will be upon himself. advocatejare: Be writing jargons there, I’m sure you have seen how Ibn Kathir in his Tafsir refer to your Allah as a deceiver that deceived the people.
Who made the person to appear so like Jesus thereby deceiving everyone present?
Do you consider the Islamic narration of replacing Jesus with another person to take up his image and his death a just process?
Who did Allah replace Jesus with?
Why did the person had to bear the burden of Jesus and die his death when the same Allah said that no bearer of burden will bear the burden of another? |

Jesus’ arrest and trial were marred by corruption and injustice. He was arrested on false charges of blasphemy and sedition, and instead of being granted a fair trial, he was subjected to mockery and abuse. The high priest and the Jewish council did not follow the proper legal procedures, and the trial was riddled with false witnesses and biased judgment.
Notice that those who were involved in Christ’s arrest included the priests and elders—His judges! Among them were also the very ones who bribed Judas. Moreover, Jesus was arrested secretly, by night/b]. He was not arrested on the formal charge of any crime. There was no charge presented. There was no warrant for His arrest, no statement of what He had done. They just simply took Him.
No one had presented testimony or evidence of guilt to the Sanhedrin whereby they could have requested His arrest.
The first step in Jesus’ trial was a preliminary examination in a private night proceeding before Annas, who had been high priest. This was an unproductive meeting because Caiaphas (Annas’ son-in-law) was actually the high priest that year. Annas finally bound Jesus and sent Him to Caiaphas (John 18:12-13, 19-23).
The Sanhedrin illegally proceeded to hold its trial of Jesus before sunrise. Notice that the preliminary investigation before Annas brought forth no evidence whatsoever. Instead of dismissing the case, they proceeded to hold an illegal court.
The Sanhedrin was illegally convened to try a capital offense on a day before an annual Sabbath (holy day). “No court of justice in Israel was permitted to hold sessions on Sabbath or any of the seven Biblical holidays. In cases of capital crime, no trial could be commenced on Friday or the day previous to any holiday, because it was not lawful either to adjourn such cases longer than over night, or to continue them on the Sabbath or holiday” |

4:157) and their saying: 'We slew the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary', the Messenger of Allah191 - whereas in fact they had neither slain him nor crucified him but the matter was made dubious to them and those who differed about it too were in a state of doubt! They have no definite knowledge of it, but merely follow conjecture; and they surely slew him not,
[This verse categorically states that Jesus was raised on high before he could be crucified, and that the belief of both the Jews and the Christians that Jesus died on the cross is based on a misconception. As a result of a comparative study of the Qur'anic and Biblical versions we are persuaded that, so far as the trial at the court of Pilate is concerned, it was probably Jesus who was tried. Pilate sentenced him to death after the Jews showed their deep hostility to Truth and righteousness by openly declaring that, in their view, the life of a thief was of higher value than that of a man with such a pure soul as Jesus. It was then that God raised Jesus up to heaven. The person the Jews subsequently crucified was someone else who, for one reason or another, was mistaken for the person of Jesus. The fact that the person who had actually been crucified was someone other than Jesus does not in any way detract from the guilt of those Jews, for in their minds it was Jesus whose head they were crowning with thorns, in whose face they were spitting, and whom they were subjecting to crucifixion. We are not in a position now to find out how and why such a confusion arose. As no authentic source of information is available to us, it would be inappropriate to conjecture and speculate about the cause of the misapprehension which led the Jews to believe that they had crucified Jesus, the son of Mary, whereas he had already passed far beyond their grasp.
"Those who differed' refers to the Christians. The Christians have dozens of different versions, rather than one universally agreed view, regarding the crucifixion of the Messiah. This in itself is an eloquent testimony that the Christians were doubtful about the actual event.] |
