First and foremost, it was not everyone that ate the poisoned meat that died instantly and muhammad didnt die instantly because he didn't swallow the meat, and even despite that, the effect of the poison was still felt on his uvula and muhammad showing us that he didn't have any divine powers could not heal himself and Allah could not heal him, he had to get treated by cupping:

He said: What did you intend by it? She said: I thought if you were a prophet, it would not harm you; if you were not a prophet, we should rid ourselves of him (i.e. the Prophet). The Messenger of Allah then forgave her, and did not punish her. But some of his companions who ate it, died. The Messenger of Allah had himself cupped on his shoulder on account of that which he had eaten from the sheep. AbuHind cupped him with the horn and knife. He was a client of Banu Bayadah from the Ansar.

Abu Dawud said: Sometime 'Abd al-Razzaq transmitted this tradition, omitting the link of the Companion, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from the Prophet (ﷺ), and sometimes he transmitted it from al-Zuhri from 'Abd al-Rahman b. Ka'b b. Malik, 'Abd al-Rahman mentioned that Ma'mar sometimes transmitted the tradition in a mursal form (omitting the link of the Companion), and they recorded it. And all this is correct with us. 'Abd al-Razzaq said: When Ibn al-Mubarak came to Ma'mar, he transmitted the traditions in a musnad form (with a perfect chain) which he transmitted as mauquf traditions (statements of the Companions and not of the Prophet).

How can I know the degree of correctness in David's judgement when the other persons story is not narrated before a judgement was passed. Some exegesis state these were even angels that disappeared and David realised his error and realized what he was being taught. True to his nature he sort forgiveness regretting his hasty and impatient reaction without hearing the other side.

When there is a dispute between two people and your input for justice is sought by them together would you have them jointly present their case or listen to one and then the other?

The summary of the whole thing is that Pilate sentenced jesus to die by crucifixion but Allah said he replaced Jesus by another person and the person died Jesus’ death but you also said that no one can die for another so both you and Allah are confused because Allah watched Muhammad died from agony of the food he ate at Khaibar which aimed to get rid of him for being a false prophet and Allah could not save him to prove to the Jewess that poisoned him that he was not fake.
