I don't know why friends fail to understand when I say I am afraid of getting married. The news, the experiences of people around, just about everything concerning marriage these days are so discouraging.

My sister, honestly I don't know the best advise to give to you. If I say divorce him, The Scripture will say NO. If I say stay, the man might kill you. And if I tell you to go see a Counselor, of what benefit will that be since your husband might not even go with you.

Now a thought just dropped into my heart as I type, why not keep on praying for God's divine intervention? I pray also that God will make you smile again, touch your husband's heart and bring back the lost love.

My neighbours keep asking why I don't like coming to sit and discuss with them outside, especially when there's no light at night instead of sitting put inside, and in my mind I will be like what the hell will I be discussing with them if I go outside to sit with them!

And I have a very serious problem dressing up and going to visit people. That's one thing I don't know how to do. I would have dressed up a million times, UnCloth another million times and then place a call to whoever I was going to visit that I couldn't make it as scheduled. They all ended up thinking I am avoiding them, but only me, myself and I know that was how I was wired from the beginning. So weird of me sha!

Well, could there be things you were doing or started doing that she probably has complained about recently? Did you try to make amends on those things?

That is why I like my landlord a lot. Situation like this any tenant can quitely place a call to him and he will call the said tenant and told him all the tenants are complaining about the loudness of music emanating from his apartment. Will he stop for peaceful co-existence or does he want refund of his rent?

My landlord doesn't live in the same compound with us, but he made sure all of his tenants have his phone number(s).

A similar situation happened when I moved in newly. A particular neighbour's gen set was damned too noisy and he always powers it as from 10pm until day-break, disturbing the peace and sleep of all other neighbours and even the entire neighbourhood. When we complained our landlord, he told him to either buy a sound-proof generator, or move that one to the main road (with immediate effect). And everything was resolved immediately.

God gave and He has taken away, my brother. My prayer is that HE gives you the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

And for the baby, I pray that you find a God-fearing woman to take care of him/her. Not someone that will end up maltreating him/her.

*sigh* searching and searching for a girlfriend, all to no avail. Young cool fine guy, but very lonely, no girlfriend. I don't think at this point with all this rejection that I will ever get married in life.
