Greatidonis:Jazz no de catch oyibo naa. If to say jazz de catch dem, we don colonise dem |
He got it wrong when he said he was off to Oxford university next week. Which means he wasn't ready to vote yet you are earning for change. This is a problem with Nigerians. You want change and yet not voting |
Buhari supporters are not online. They are on the streets. In Nigeria, those with streets support wins elections. Those with online supporters do not win because most online voters do not have voters card. |
pansophist:I learnt this first from a Colleague when we were recruited as management trainees around 2006. The guy went and paid for an expensive accommodation in a high brow Ikoyi. It was a self-contained though. After 9months, he joined a multinationals company. One of the top ogas stays in the same estate with him and they connected. It was when he was about leaving us that he told me the reason behind his paying that huge sum for a self contained in Ikoyi, which we thought was stupid of him but he had his reason. As someone mentioned here, your network determines your networth |
If I have the means, I will send my kids there. People don't look at the monetary cost but the non-quantifiable benefits. Your kids will build a powerful network that will come handy later in life. I know what I am saying. You as a parent will build a network with other parents that will come handy. only poor people will see the money as waste but business minded parents will always see opportunity |
Where government works. A couple that delayed picking their kids from school on time were bared from taking care of those kids for a complete year in Finland. Government told them that they have observed them and that they have been consistent in not coming on time to pick up their kids. My guy and him wife de hustle naa and they close late to pick up the kids. |
Crowd everywhere but when the time for election comes, you no go see people - There is no correlation between crowds at campaign rallies and turn out on election day. |
I am sure some people will say even the president got a job he is not qualified. |
Sure draw for LIVERPOOL! Na Joke o - make una no wereey me o! |
This guy is just too funny with this his politics - He does not understand how the system works. He should surround himself with NURTW and NATO and dress in street man's attire - Nigeria politics no be showbiz E go shock am o |
Buhari seems sympathetic to Rochas - Left to him, he would tell the crowd to vote for Rochas's candidate, Uche Nwosu. Buhari, through history, hardly turns his back on his avow supporter. Whether the supporter is misbehaving, Buhari will keep defending the person. His heart seems to still be with Rochas for all the support the man gave him in the South East when Rochas was undisputedly, the mouth piece of Buhari in the South East. Rochas was flying with Buhari in presidential jet up and down and seems to enjoy the comfort and confidence of Mr. President before Oshimole came and scattered the whole thing. |
My people, there is nothing wrong with 9-5 or 8-4 jobs. People have left their well paying jobs to dabble into their so called passion and got burnt big time. Nigeria business climate could be so unforgiving when it comes to starting business. A lot of huddles to cross. Those without adequate capital and support base will regret it. I have seen it all, though I have not experienced it myself but from people's experience. If you are working in a decent company and you are happy, please maintain yourself there. If the passion to start something becomes too much, set it up as a side hustle. When the side hustle starts earning income equivalent to your monthly salary or cover your basic monthly expenditures with some disposal income left, then you could decide to quite or better still run both concurrently. I REPEAT AND I REPEAT AGAIN!!, Do not QUIT your job till your side hustle starts earning substantial income. |
You have 2.1. Source for scholarship overseas. Honestly, the chances of you getting employed in this discipline in Nigeria is remote. The country is not developed and the productive capacity of Nigeria is seriously hindered. If you finish this type of course overseas, you will be in hot demand. There are bodies dedicated to environmental sustainability, multibillion dollar companies, government and united nations agencies, research institutions and agric sectors that could absorb you. But certainly, not in Nigeria. The course is also within the STEM categories and there would be organizations committed to funding your research. Aim towards furthering your studies abroad if you could afford it. |
Which government agency updates their websites? Even CBN still carry stale information in their website talk more of less fancied agency like supreme court. I doubt if anybody is managing their website likewise all other agencies. |
kai Kai Kai, Nigeriya!! joblessness everywhere. Honestly, what all these crowd things tells me is that the rate of unemployment have reached an elevated level. Government needs to engage our youths!! |
Nobeluscabral:You just need deliverance of mind, soul and body. This is all you could say after reading this!! I pity your type. |
Corrinthians:Be deceiving yourself!! See how your savior is enjoying his self with his wife and children abroad and his followers are here dying of hunger and in prison suffering. Mental emancipation and freedom remains the best emancipation of any human being. |
BeardedTraveler:Very bunch of inconsiderate and unintelligent fellows. Yet they will be forming over sabi. If you happen to school abroad, you will hate Nigerian lecturers. In Uk, if you see how renowned Professors and scholars relates with their students in terms of academics, you will know that Nigerian Lecturers are just sadists. Always playing god and forming super intelligent yet have nothing to offer. |
This their apron. I was meant to understand that the apron wards off devil and brings prosperity. Let a member confirm that to me. Members sometimes behave somehow. No hating please |
Corrinthians:Totally correct - I witnessed it first hand in Amuwo Odofine. The old man on getting there just collapsed and they rushed him to Isolo General Hospital. He pee inside the sienna that carried him to the general hospital. I don't wish this to my worst enemy. To build house in this country is not a joke talk more after building with all the stress and hustle, the building is demolished. |
Nawao, but the man greedy sha - see the massive compound he acquired from his village people to build the mansion. |
My concern is not even the car and the spoon-fed Cuppy but the beautiful interlocking and well paved work and drive way. Oyibo and finishing!. Attention to details in artisan works is always topnotch. Give Sheriff or Kazeem interlocking job to do, he would do rubbish. The company that molded the interlocking will pack sand full every where. By one month, one side of the interlocking will go down while the other side will be up. After three month, weeds and unwanted grasses will take over the whole place. our standards are simply too low in this country. " Leave am like that mentality" is killing detailing in artistic works. |
oz4real83:In a civilized world and not in any shithole country |
One thing I could deduced from all these "crowd" thing is that unemployment in this country have reached a record level. Believe me, 90% of these people that attend all these rallies have nothing meaningful doing at the time. God help our youths! |
Octaves:You people should continue hating on those attending private universities, calling them all sorts of names. Average age of graduation in private university is 21 and some graduate at 20. Go to entry level recruitment of top consulting firms, multinationals and banks, greater numbers are from private universities and the rest from universities abroad. I tell you from experience. I sorry for products of Nigerian public universities. The world have left you behind. |
Honestly, my country Nigeria is a sinking Shithole. You hardly see very beautiful vacation spots. When you travel abroad, you will be wondering the kind of leadership we have in Nigeria. Go to Southern Africa countries of Botswana, Zimbabwe and Namibia. You will be marveled at the beauty and development that has taken place there to attract tourists even though those countries are classified as very poor. The basic things like descent environment and proper infrastructure are there and well taken care of by government. Every rich Nigerian travels abroad and snap pictures of beautiful places and come back to the ghetto and continue his or her hustling. Nigeria, a country where money is made and not to be spent! |
In once instance, in 2011, there was a gala dinner at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester for the SSF and the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital. The £150-a-head black-tie event raised almost £11,500, but Mr Christopher said "not a penny" went to the hospital. Judge Michael Topolski QC told the defendants: "You have brought shame upon yourselves and your family." He said "at least £63,000 can been shown to have been received by the fund", and added that this did not include cash donations. The defendants "went out of their way" to ensure that proper records were not kept, he said. Any good works done in the past would be "forever tainted by their dishonest and disreputable conduct", he added. I always like the way British reporters report news and how their lawyers analyses criminal activities. |
Nawao, loan from Juventus to AC Milan and now loan from AC Milan to Chelsea. Before the season end, it would be loan from Chelsea to Fulham. Being sent on loan shows that you are surplus to requirement. Sarri should have looked at Argentine or Brazilian league. There are sharp and deadly strikers there than this aging Higuan Poor decision from Sarri. In Chelsea now, anything other than Morata is acceptable. |
Tinalex:The guy thought he was going for showbiz event. Still dey do celebrity things . He doesn't know that those things do not impress the real voters, the street people. Real voters are the street people and not social media users. E go shock am sha. |
kingemzy5:Very STUPID comment!! Go and face your own hustle! Ethnic BIGOT Seun, please work toward these tribal insults and hatred on Naira land. It is becoming annoying. |
The pictures at that Trump Tower are confusing. It looks as if US secret and homeland security came to arrest the man and people were resisting the arrest. I am not sure but lets wait if he comes back. Please I am not a Zombie neither am I a wailer - Nobody should attack me. |
fatymore:It is still not overpopulation. I hope you understood what population demographic structure is? As someone earlier pointed out in the thread, they do not want their future children to grow up with migrants or your own children. Czech can comfortably cater for all these Nigerians and other migrants. But the fact that they do not share the same culture, race and origin with the Czech makes it even worse. There are a lot of Europeans living in Czech but they are not concerned since those people are Europeans and have similarity with them. It all boils down to race and racism. You may like a person, not that the person is exceptional or intelligent but because both of you share certain characteristics in common. Likewise, you may not like a person even though the person may be the smartest and good but you people do not share things and certain characteristics. You will always feel happy and contented with the person you share certain characteristics. RACISM & NEPOTISM |
