Nobody has asked why the useless school accepted the change of surname of the boy.

Didn't the school ask questions before effecting change of name for the boy? I am sure the award is from the school and it was the school that wrote the name. Do they have the obligation to accept the change of surname from Tonto without the fathers authorization?

Just imagine my wife going to my son's school to change his surname and the school just agreed without getting in touch with the me.

They know how much they are making from Nigerian business men and tourists. I have noticed that tourist destination/countries usually have friendly and relaxed visa regimes. They grant generous visas knowing fully well that their economies rely on inflow of visitors to keep oiling it.

King's college and St. Gregory's college used to be on the same level infrastructure wise, but now St. Gregory's college is miles ahead owing to the handover of the school to the missionary

Thank God for the hand over of schools to the missionaries - I went to St. Gregory College, Ikoyi, Mhen, I could not believe my eyes. See detailing, neatness, ambience and panache. Honestly, I was amazed at the standard the church had set for the school. This is how catholic schools all over the world should be.

Government have shown that they are incapable of doing anything. Peter Obi of Anambra state started the hand over of schools previously owned by the missionaries back to them and we could all see the transformation of those schools and the intense competition among them in Anambra, including stellar performances in external examination.

Archbishop Adewale Martins is doing great with catholic schools in Lagos - St. Gregory, St Finbarrs, St Francis are all top notch. Visit St. Gregory and you would be amazed at the tranquility and beauty of the school and decency of the students unlike the unruly and crude-like behavior of public schools, including the so-called unity schools.

What ever your thoughts are, Buhari is still very sympathetic to Rochas. Buhari hardly forgets his loyalist. Rochas was the pillar of APC and Buhari in the 2015 Election in the South-East. Even when he came to Owerri in the last campaign, Buhari never campaigned for the APC gubernatorial candidate because of his sympathy for Rochas, he rather told the people to vote the person of their choice. Left to Buhari, he would have told the people to vote for Rochas candidate, Uche Nwosu.

Rochas used to be Buhari's Man-Friday, travelling around the world with him before Oshimole came and scattered everything. Hello, I am bothered about all the politicians that steals our resources - Be it Tinubu, Atiku or Fintiri. I don't follow any politician neither do I support any of them since they are all the same. We should not be blinded by partisan politics not to condem corruption because the person in question is on the side of our political divide. I am not a supporter of Tinubu neither am i a supporter of corruption.

Is the PDP candidate, Ahmadu Fintiri, the former state house of assembly speaker that took over briefly when the former Governor, Nyako was removed? Within his three months reign, the guy almost ran the state bankrupt with looting. I hope this Fintiri is different from the Fintiri I just described else the state have entered one chance.

There is a relationship between poverty and backwardness. Look at the quality of the people there, the building and environment. This game used to be very popular then in Nigeria during the colonial times. I saw my uncles pictures in his secondary days at Government College, Umuahia, representing his School, playing cricket with visiting students from Eton College, England, with former Premier of Eastern Region and UK cabinet minister in charge of colonies watching.

Check some commonwealth countries, Bangladesh, South-Africa, Zimbabwe, Australia, England, India, Pakistan, New Zealand and Fiji etc - They are all good in cricket games. The game just died a natural death in Nigeria. It was regarded as the sport of the colonial masters.
