How did it backfire? Keep attacking the people fighting for you. Y'all prefer individual handouts to the collective good. If only you knew the middle class is an endangered species in the country as the impoverished cant attack the rich being protected by military. So they resort to attacking ordinary people. NextD18: 99.846% of Nigerian ladies don't have strong connection and good relationship with their mothers, reason they hate and detest mother inlaws so much, especially if their man is so close to his mother.
So calm down and keep pushing positively, you are not the only lady that isn't in good relationship with her mother. |

Don't do any ritual. I assure you that you won't be free. Pray, get a copy of Prayer rain, go to a Bible Believing church n pray. Gal 3:13 - Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us, cos it is written that cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree. Try n be sinless, confess the verse, pray n work on self improvement. Do new courses, start a post grad. There are no mistakes in God. First of all, thank you for making it clear that you believe that all it takes for a marriage to work and last forrreverrr lies at the woman's feet. Now assuming this bull you spewed is accurate including how some men cheat cos they 'love' their wives and how men who dont cheat are not great men including Bill Gates et al, does this mean that Baba Iyabo living in a face me , I face u is great jus because he cheats. Wonder , who folks like u look up to reason this way Dottore: Our parents still achieved near perfect marital union compare to the present era where despite the many "God's directives, leading, revelations and the likes" spinsters and bachelors' program, singles summit and many others there are still very high rate of marital failures.
How to make your marriage work and last forever: 1. Stop listening to feminist inspired messages and campaigns. 2. Don't hear evil about your husband but stylishly poke him when necessary to make unterstand that you know his escapades but choose to make peace. In that way he will respect you forever with guilty conscience. 3. Understand that some men cheat because they love their wives. If they don't cheat they will keep seeing every of your shortfalls. 4. That men have beans (wife) on fire doesn't mean you can't quickly have meat pie (sidechick) and still wait for the beans to cook. 5. Don't try to impress your feminist friends. They have bitter pains in their heart and most want you to fail. 6. Remember that marriage is not competition. 7.Most great man in the Bible had side chicks yet God still loved them. David had 8 wives and was still a man after God's heart. Jacob had 2 sisters, Solomon oh King Solo my man (smh). If your man is not cheating then he's not a great man. 8. If you bother about him cheating with one gal, imagine the pains of moslem women who always have in mind that their husband can come back any day with a new wife and probably send the any of the old one away with or without notice.
No matter how spiritual you want to twist it you can't force a lion to eat grass. It's simply not his food.
Don't call for my head no be my fault. It remains like this until people stop counting sex rounds with the man's ejaculattion. |

Family › Re: Wife: A Good Gift To Her Husband by Gloriagee(f): 1:30pm On Mar 01, 2020 |
I get your point and respect your opinion. I put my kids welfare above mine as well n I'm not complaining. It helps me as well as I believe a happy home is one of the best gifts I can offer my kids so it makes me more tolerant. My opinion.... bellong: Not necessarily but if your idea of marriage is to put your kids first, then you shouldn't have been married in the first instance.
These kids, are they not children of the man too? While children are vulnerable and require care as well as attention, they are not the principal reason for marriage.
Your children shouldn't come before your spouse and he also shouldn't put the kids above you. |

There's no hard n fast rule in a home where love exists. N when u get married, you might actually be surprised by how much slack you cut your wife. Just imagine a pregnant wife taking care of kids, u might be so awed by her cooking, the other stuff dont count. CrazyMan: There is more to marriage than who clears up the dishes. When you genuinely love someone all these irrelevant things would mean nothing. Cos there are more serious and pressing issues that needs attention in the home than dishes.
And yes most great girlfriends make terrible wives....and for the record, I'm not married. |
Family › Re: Is It Right For A Husband To Carry His Plate To The Kitchen After Eating? by Gloriagee(f): 10:05pm On Feb 20, 2020 |
Balanced reasoning. uboma: There is nothing wrong for a man to clear his own plates and even that of his wife after eating as long as it does not become a daily affair. By the way, it was the woman who spent the time to prepare the meals.
Doing this won't take away your pride. |

You're right that I've never been to Benin republic but that does not detract from the fact that its really no biggie dropping your plates after eating. Your wife is not a substitute for a maid and FYI the antidote for side chicks is raising your kids to be independent so u don't base your choice of a wife on how wifey material-ish the girl is. Las Las, as you rightly said the great girlfriends are not so great wives, maybe cos they were pretending. CrazyMan: Have you ever been to Benin republic, you're here saying advance country.
For your information, in the so called advanced country which I myself have been opportuned to visit their women cook and serve their husbands.
In areas where the wife is a career woman, she hires a nanny/cook and pays her from her own purse. Cos she knows it's her responsibility.
The problem with you girls is that you're much better as girlfriends than wifes. A girlfriend would wash her guys clothes, cook for him, keep him company...etc. but the moment he upgrades her to a wife it becomes a tug of war who does what and who doesn't do what.
Do you know why many men cheat on their wives it's because their side chick knows the role the wife is supposed to play and is fully aware that she's (the wife) isn't playing it. So she capitalizes on that error, illfitrates the home and wins the husband over to her side.
So please spare me the crap of advance country bullshit. If you're not ready to be a wife to a man you married, the be prepared to share him with someone who's ready to give him what you're too arrogant to offer. |
