Nigerians won't support their local league but they know all the players in EPL and their statistics . Wanna know the problem with Nigeria? Look in the mirror.
/ At least he came down from his high horse to feel what the poor masses go through.
We are all mortals. People are the ones elevating fellow mortals to demigods.
If anyone had told him that he would be this humble (especially to those calling him "His Excellency") last month, he would have called the someone's bluff. Reality check.
Ehinjuola: My husband is not the same man I fell in love with.
My husband changed totally after wedding day, in fact, it started on the wedding night and its giving me a lot of concern.
He was the one that wanted to have my hand in marriage and if he cherish me, he should do all they wanted since he is not paying twice.
After I said this, he stopped talking in the house, he comes home, eat and go to bed.
I tried talking to him but he would listen but not talk, he is cold to himself and prefer his privacy.
Have I said something wrong?
I don't like whats happening. My marriage is too young to be going through all these.
I am tired, I don't know what to do.

It is not your fault. So don't stress yourself. But you sef you no try. Your father "extorted" the hell out of him. I guess his parents are not alive anymore for him to have gone through this gutting by your greedy father.
It is totally his fault for not being man enough to walk away when he saw the wedding list. It is too late now because if he ever wants to marry another lady, he will still be presented with another list Let him carry his cross.
If you're between 35 to 40 years old and yet no husband is coming, look for a guy you love either married or single and let him knack you and impregnate you.
You need a child that will look after you at old age.
Don't let anyone deceive you, Marriage is not an achievement, and it's not everybody that will get married.
You can still be single with your own child and still be happy and fulfill your purpose here on earth.

And if she gives birth to a child with Down Syndrome (high probability at that age range) na e be say her wahala done double. Geriatric pregnancy is a high risk adventure.
There is the right time for everything. The ones below 30 do not understand the power of life they wield. When they tag along with 30+ they are batting for the losing team. Some are still delusional thinking that 30 is far away. Buhari wasted people's lives from 23 into 31. Now imagine what Tinubu will do to the ones in their early 20s.
If you are a lady, 40 and single. Just look in the mirror and be honest to yourself--you have wasted your existence.
/ Why are Christians saying "sad" that someone is going to the beautiful place they pray and wish for? I don't hear "sad" when someone japa. Are people being hypocritical or delusional?
GodWrites: He should have sold the car. Range Rover and electrical issues no be here. That mechanic don chop bellyful
/ Unless he plans to change a mechanic, he will be a frequent visitor to the same workshop. The mechanic will get him next time. Range Rovers are good for decorating a garage.
/ Where does MNK want Simon Ekpa to get money to support his lifestyle in Finland? Biafran struggle is the gift that keeps giving. It has been a very profitable venture for Simon Ekpa. /
Battlefield2: Seriously, I'm pained right now,how can one decide to be stvpid and senseless at the same time Before I begin, I swear to God who made me, this is not a lie, this is a true story....The story may seem long
So I have this friend, a close friend that works in a bank in Lag, he lives In his family house because his parents are late and he earns 70k plus, though he complains every now and then that the salary isn't much, if he collects salary by month end, before the 10th of the following month,he is already calling me for help on transports and all that and once in a while I help him with 1k or 2k to take transports and all that.
Last weekend,he was discussing with me on WhatsApp about car washing business, telling me it's lucrative and all those....I didn't pay much attention to it until he called me on Thursday and started crying...I asked him the problem,he told me a cousin of his sweet talk him into car washing business that it is lucrative and he can earn as much as 5k a day washing cars and he dropped the bombshell
He told me he sent in his resignation letter on Monday and Parked out of his family house telling those ones that he has been transferred to another branch, he moved to the one room apartment the car washing company provided to him n 3 other guys and started work. He said he hoped in his mind that if he can make 5k a day, he can save as much as 3-4k daily and that is a big improvement to the bank work
The reason for the lamentations now was things are not the way his cousin told him,he said since last week Monday up till this moment, they have only washed maximum of 3 cars per day and at the end of the day, the owner only gives them 5h each in which he used for eating. I requested for video call on Sunday and he is seriously looking lean and unkempt
He apologized that he didn't seek an advice from me or anyone before taking that bold move, he told me he is seriously depressed and wants me to profer a solution to him
Problem now is,he told me he is ready to quit the work and come to a different state that I am in other to restrategize.....I don't know what to tell him because I don't have much too and I'm struggling too because I'm sure if he comes,I will be fully responsible for feeding and all that Moreso,I can't tell him "No" because right now,he has no where to go,his parents are late and he has already packed out of his family house rendering him homeless, moreso he is my very good friend
So I seek an advise from you all Pls advise me, I'm confused!
/ Let's assume he makes N75,000/month gross. After deductions (15% = N11,200), his take home is N63,800 Working 20 days in a month == N63,800/20 = N3,190 per day. Subtract job-related expenses for the month (eg. transportation, clothing, etc) Then subtract job-related stress.
If he can make N2,500 per day at the car wash, his life will be better off. He may need to find something else part-time to do when car wash business slows after 12noon. He should expand his skills to waxing, detailing and cleaning of foggy headlamps.
With high resilience and avoidance of ladies like a plague, he may be better off after a year. Nothing is easy at the beginning. However, he should have done weekend car wash to have a feel of it before quitting his job.
SamWales: Hey guys, I've been wondering, why is it that most people don't renovate their house in the village till their old parents are dead?
Is not like they don't have the money to do this, but they will rather wait till the old parents drop dead. Immediately, they will start rebuilding the house trying to complete a 1 month construction project in just 1 week before performing the burial.
Is it that the old parents doesn't merit a good house? Apart from impressing the guests that will attend the burial, do you know of any other reason why people do this? What is your opinion?
/ Not as bad as those who start digging foundation and building a befitting house to match their status before fixing the burial date of their parents. After the ceremony, the house remains mostly on lock. Ridiculous!
It gets worse. Some pay millions to Apams for funeral rites of their parents that died in poverty.
slimjohn2k5: He can go back to the bank a month later that he resigned on health reason to go and treat himself. That he is OK now and willing to resume. At least they can see how lean he is now if he had good rappot with his boss
/ It is in line with what I said about Chief of Army Staff talking about coup. The junior officers are the ones bearing arms. If they go rogue and press the trigger, a General goes 6ft under. Bullets do not respect rank.
/ War results in a proliferation of arms. With a tattered economy, where do you think the "good people of Niger" will turn their guns to eke a living? Their neighbors in Northern Nigeria. Have you been to the borders recently? Let's say there is no border. I am not sure the North can contend with the banditry post war.
Nigerian cannot suppress Boko Haram in times of peace. Can they suppress the activities of many criminal actors when it comes after or during the war?
obembet: Its was a great day for Salau Aliu Olayiwola who is popularly called by his stage name Testimony Jaga as Rev Dr Chris Oyakhilome PhD DD., President of Loveworld Incorporated aka Christ Embassy, has supported Energetic Gospel music minister testimony_jaga with a sum of 100 Million Naira for his remarkable Street Gospel Movement which has empowered youths, families, widows, and less privileged across several localities and states
In a special banquet organized by Loveworld Music & Arts Ministry where the Cash-support was made known, Salau Aliu Olayiwola was duly commended by the world-renowned televangelist for his profound show of love, humanitarian service & empowerment to societies, street evangelism (soul-winning), and dedication to spreading the gospel of Christ.
Over the past four (4) years, Salau Aliu Olayiwola through his Street Gospel Movement (SGM), has helped send children in communities back to school, rescued youths from drug/substance addiction, empowered women with sewing machines, and given free fashion design trainings to individuals through his company Jagz Wears.
In other news, The “Biggie Biggie” singer is currently on his U.S tour and he is also preparing for his Canada tour which will start in September. He also revealed his first-ever EP project is ready and is scheduled for release in the same month (Sept).
Spend money to empower the youths through employment. How will preaching the gospel lift the idle youths out of massive unemployment? We are contending with dearth of productivity in the country and this is the best Oyakhilome could do.
Use that fund to build Satchet water factory or the least, buy 100 Keke Napep to assist the hapless ones. Why waste such amount in a fruitless and unproductive venture?
