These are not questions someone close to 40 would be asking. Whether in Nigeria, Ghana or Jupiter, your problem has nothing to do with location.
Do yourself a favour and move back to your village. You can join a masquerade group or at best, become a farmer--a very lucrative profession in the modern day Nigeria. But if you are too lazy to farm, then become a babalawo, open a shrine and start hustling the hustlers.
/ People will start dusting their bags to relocate to Ivory Coast. The goal and aspiration of Nigerians is to find a nice place to migrate and scatter like they tried in SA, China, Malaysia and Dubai.
/ So Chioma is just the official wife while Davido is busy bearing heirs all over the place. She should continue. There should be a limit to what a lady should tolerate because of money. Princess Diana loved wealth and prestige but never lived fully to enjoy it.
Nigeria? A place where most of the people still see pedestrian overpass and straight flyovers as the 10th wonder of the world, this kind of city will exist in Nigeria using Vision 4040 ( two centuries away).
Let's start with Federal highways first, uninterrupted power supply and then 3-storeys that won't collapse.
LordAdam16: Houses are cheap in much of the US. Na when you enter HCOLs, like Bay Area and Manhattan, nai prices stop dey funny.
From the perspective of a well to do foreigner for whom the local job market isn't a noteworthy consideration, nothing beats US real estate. From cozy SFHs in the suburbs to acres in the middle of nowhere to lake houses. Properties available at every price point. Pick your preferred climate. From the arid landscape in NM to the picturesque views in VT.
Sweden and Estonia are excellent choices too.

/ Noted.
He can't even buy a box for that price in Southern California.
Of course that's how abandoned projects are made. Foundation. DPC. Block works. Roofing. Plastering. Doors. Windows. Burglar proofs.
Tiles and electricals will deliver the knockout punch.
Plumbing. POP. Screeding. Painting.
He will be surprised how quickly the expenses add up. Miscellaneous things like water, transportation of materials, minor labour, etc will take quiet a bite from the estimate.
fergie001: Twitter CEO Elon Musk had earlier announced that on April 20 Blue Tick would be removed from all the accounts that are not paying for Twitter Blue service, and indeed he made that happen.
Is he saying that "Obidients" are the only moral police left in Nigeria to haunt looters? It seems that any corrupt official exposed blames the "Obidients".
/ Who could have believed that Nigerians would see GEJ as a hero? Once naira finally exchanges for N1000+ to $1 in 2025, Nigerians will start missing Buhari. Some will refer to him as the father of democracy in Africa.
/ These are allegations. EFCC loves to chase shadows. But when corruption stares them in the face, they remain mute or suddenly appear incapacitated to act.
I don't believe that EFCC has interest in fighting corruption. I believe that it is an agency created to hoodwink western nations that anti-corruption exists in Nigeria.
/ Nigerians are too damned emotional. That's why they are easily triggered and react to every nonsense. This lady knows what she is doing and suckers bit the bait.
/ It is not even just that INEC cheated, the sad reality is that they cheated like retards. They couldn't even get simple arithmetics rights. That's less than 1hr work on Excel Spreadsheet.
RoyalUc: Wow! So, people actually apply for Nigerian Citizenship?
I'm impressed.
/ Why not? No other country worships any foreigner with a tint of light complexion like Nigeria. A nonentity in any Oyibo country is a boss in Nigeria. So why not?
Simplythebest: Why are defending something that is wrong. Are you a lecturer and why are u so pained. Please u need to double your hustle please. Put this energy you are putting here to defend trash policy u will make more money. Stay blessed

Ok Rich man: I will double my hustle to obtain that which I can use to oppress others.
TheManPregnant: There is a very big difference between "Best before date" denoted as BB and expiry date.
Expiry date applies mostly to Pharmaceuticals, biologicals/botanicals and chemical products.
BB date applies mainly to food products and the implications are very different from what we have been led to believe. That a food item has exceeded its best before date does not mean it has totally become unfit for consumption. It basically means that the product should not be expected to meet quality standards after that date.
/ Forget the silly technicalities.
They are selling a product below quality at a premium price. Major stores with some level of integrity do mark down prices for products close to their BB dates. Let's not excuse "deception" under the guise of being well-informed. Some unscrupulous shops do make new BB labels to cover the old ones. Now explain that.
AllMight: 1. Toyin - She was my former classmate and friend back in school. She currently works in a bank as a CFC Agent. We met late last year during our school old student get together, we exchanged contact and kept in touch regularly. Our vibes have been good and encouraging. She had helped me very well many times since then. I'd say we are more than friends but ambigously because i haven't really asked her to be my girlfriend, though i have taken her out before on val day. Like i said, our relationship is ambigous. She doesn't have a boyfriend yet, but her mum is trying to matchmake her.
2. Sarah - Based in the States with her family for futher studies, though she's a Nigerian through her grandpa. We met early this year while playing game and since then we have become close that all her family know me. Her paternal uncle is one of my team sponsor here in Nigeria. Though this lady do give me green light steady, but because of Toyin who i haven't even get as my gf, i just laugh it off.
Honest advice please!

What sane man would marry a Nigerian female banker?
Simplythebest: Oga you need to pity Nigeria. Honestly when u step your feet outside Nigeria you will understand what damage our evil and wicked politicians have done to Nigerians.
/ Really?
How many videos have you seen of European students pulling up to parking lots to mock the cars of their lecturers since you believe government is the problem?
Every privilege given to Nigerians is open for gross abuse.
I wonder why men allowed this lie to go unchallenged for so long.
That is, they deceived so many women to believe that a man will see a woman making ground breaking achievements in her industry and be afraid of her success, instead he will go and chase one broke, unemployed and uninspiring woman.
Which successful woman in this world is single because men are afraid of her?
Watch women claim now that they know someone, not them oh. Someone.
I can tell you for free that a woman will buy Toyota Big for nothing and starts talking down on men that don’t have cars, becomes unnecessary rude to everyone around her and when people avoid her, she’ll say it’s because she’s successful.
No one is avoiding you because you are successful, they are avoiding you because of your bad attitude. There are women that are more successful than you that are happily married.
Why your own dey different?
Men are not afraid of successful women. Men are afraid of women with bad attitude, successful or not.
/
There will always be struggles among poor people. The so-called successful ladies are merely comfortable with basic things in life and not necessarily rich. That's why owning a car and living in her own apartment is seen as big achievements to warrant snubbing those in a class below hers.
Simplythebest: What kind of stupid policy is this. So they want their students to be poor. Here in Europe students come with their cars. I don't understand why we are still thinking backward. We really need help
/ Indians are not as impressionable as black Africans.
Haven't anyone noticed recently that just like they pushed Christianity to black Africans, the Western world are seriously pushing LGBTQ into Africa only? They don't bring it up in Asia or Arab nations or Northern Africa.
farous: Please is there anything wrong that husband, wife and children all have and sleep separately in their respective rooms and bed.
Must husband and wife share same bed and room to define intimacy/closeness and bond between them or what can be called martal bed.
/
It will afford madam the privacy to engage in phone intimacy with her lover when oga is asleep in the other room. What happens to early morning and late night discussion about family, business affairs?
/ At the end of the years, those tongues wagging (mostly women) will be the ones praying that "man is man" when this lady's wards will be seeking admission into Universities and they make Shiloh their temporary abode.
Regina Daniels is wise enough to have given them the middle finger and today the tide has changed for her.
UK/USA/Canada is very good for men who believe in polygamy. All he has to do is migrate with the wife to any one of these countries. She will raise hell after a few years. The man can then go back home to marry an upgraded version. But he must be wise enough to "Achraf Hakimi" himself in all these plots.
Oluwashina72: He studied anatomy did his I.T in a mortuary, but he wants to know if it is necessary he works there after school? What other places can he work? Please help a brother thank you.
/ People will go to school to study whatever courses they are offered without doing proper research. Anatomy is a stepping stone for those who want to pursue medical careers or teaching jobs in Biology. Otherwise, he should look for alternative fields and upgrade his skills away from Anatomy.
There are some courses you see in a Nigerian University website and wonder what kind of slowpoke will apply for such eg. English Literature, Liberal Arts and General Studies, Anthropology, Archeology, Civilization Studies, History, etc.
