So am into this new relationship with this beautiful girl, everyman's dream, fun and nice to be with, but the only issues i have is that she abuses sleeping pills
So she told me that before she met me earlier this year, she's been taking the sleeping pills so as to fall asleep. but then after we started dating she stopped taking it and she's now finding it hard to fall asleep naturally without the aid of the drugs.
please guru's in the house how do we handle this situation, am willing to help her find help.



Ps: she's been taking the drug for close to a year and it has been having advert effect on her, also note that she's been to the hospital before and the doctor warned her to stop and she refused to stop then.

Have you ever asked your self why people bed wet? Do you think they enjoy bedwetting?
Just so you know bed wetting can emanate from a medical condition.
And bed wetting is also different from squirting as some of you think they are thesame. Bed wetting can happen to anybody both old and young men and women .

Some people out grow it at a tender age. While others don't . Some of these adults who bed wet might be battling medical issues such as Gestational diabetes, bladder tumor or over grown prostate.

The wedding is holding today and have made up my mind not to attend because the dude invited me through WhatsApp. It annoys me how children of this days has no regards or character for their elders. they are changing everything all in the name modernization.

How can someone, I know the exact date he was born be inviting me through WhatsApp, no respect at all, sending the scanned card copy there.. what happened to the hardware copy he printed? 12 is normal for a girl to see her menses. Congratulations OP. Ensure you educate her on STD’s and pregnancy prevention. Also let her know about Abstinence plus safe sex. Just be open and let her know she can come and discuss with you! It’s definitely more impactful actually if these conversations are father-daughter. You are the man she trusts most. So how she will deal or choose men depends on what she learned from you!

I menstruated for over a year before my mum got to know. She couldn't even educate me,I guarded myself all through. I promised my girl kids education about this and sex education at their 10th year. I can't hide it from them.
