I av made it clear to her that I am nt ready for marriage.. She is the one holding on to me..
Even if you're ready for marriage, please look for a decent lady to marry. This one is not a marriageable material!

No guy would comfortably marry a lady knowing that she had been fuccked by his friend! The memory of your so called friend fucccking your wife will always hunt you bro.
Myself I can't even marry a lady I know has had a sexual relationship with someone else I know let alone a friend!

It's good you've cleared the air on this matter so that some of us who were attacking you earlier can be better informed.
Education › Re: Here Are The Worst 10 Courses To Study In Nigeria by Jman06(m): 12:27pm On Mar 08, 2020
Some of these courses will not even impart sound knowledge to students due to the way they're taught in Nigeria. They end up producing mediocre graduates that only constitute nuisance to the labor market.

I wonder why we still study such courses like Biochemistry as a first degree. It should be studied only as a foundational course by students of medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, nursing, nutrition and dietetics etc, while those who did exceptionally well at such foundational levels are encouraged to pursue postgraduate studies in these courses for the purposes of research!

The above is my honest opinion based on personal experience and in the interest of those desperate admission seekers that would end up being deceived into choosing these courses.

They don't impart any real knowledge at first degree level!!!!!! We like deceiving ourselves in this country instead of telling ourselves the truth.

What made you think hospitals in the part of the world have snakes anti venoms?

Bet you the doctors & nurses won’t be able to identify the said snake nor would they’ve the required anti venom.
There are polyvalent anti venoms that can be used for different species of snake

Lesson to those who think local herbs are more reliable than Orthodox drugs! Herbal medicines are based mainly on trial and error. The practitioners in most cases are not sure if these herbs work.

Simply rushing this man to a hospital and administering either a polyvalent or monovalent anti snake venom would have saved him.

RIP to you sir. You have paid the price of being born into a cave called Nigeria!

It's 99% safer to marry a virgin!

Yes, I'm a virgin and I don't deserve to marry a spoilt and overused hoE for a wife. I have put measures in place already to find myself a virgin to marry even if it means marrying an uneducated but cultured village girl. I cannot come and carry another guy's leftover

Let the spoilt marry themselves!

No one is damaged because they had sex. Quit that mentality. Are you damaged yourself? Cos I’m sure you have sex
Evidence have shown that ladies tend to get damaged emotionally and even biologically sometimes when they indulge in premarital sex with a guy whom they're emotionally attached to. They hardly let go completely of that guy and even when they get married to another dude, they tend to go back to their ex at any slight signal from the ex. That is why we have many cases of infidelity these days.
That is why marrying a virgin remains the best as chances are higher to have a faithful wife when a guy marries a virgin.

He can't be suspended at ward level and still be the national chairman. It doesn't make sense!

Oshiomole is not very intelligent person and that is why he threw caution to the winds and was acting like a demigod while stepping on the toes of politicians who are bigger than him in the game. Imagine fighting Rochas who has more national clout than him. Also fighting Obaseki who would have supported him in playing the national politics with his influence as an incumbent state governor.

Also imagine the mess he made in Zamfara and Bayelsa States!

Oshio should just honourably resign and stop messing himself up.

If I had the tym and energy I would have disambiguated the various terms u have up there.. But note this it's very possible to have knowledge without acting.. It's known as paralysis by analysis. Those are the types that have their knowledge domiciled in their cognitive domain..
I understand the fact that some people have the knowledge without acting, but there are still those who put their knowledge into action and that is what I advocate. However, acting without knowledge is disastrous to say the least.

Those are the outliers... There are innumerable examples of first class graduands who are making innumerable contributions in their various fields... Even those who said "what the hell" just Bleep school and left, Lyk Bill Gates and Mark zuckerberg where first class b4 leaving... I think in Nigeria we celebrate mediocrity too much. Even those who brought about this aparthy in the Nigerian youths about Education lyk Kyosaki made his money from writing those books.. So don't be deceived, the fact that there are exceptions should not make you think that such exemptions are now the rule.. Even the fact that a 3rd class graduate is holding a viable position in the hub of academic indulgence shows an even bigger problem in the societal culture of our very nation... Though I share in the sentiment that the Nigerian Education leaves much to be desired, I still think that the individual can still develope such skills alongside good study skills.. Remember the purpose of all Education is not knowledge rather it's action. Which takes me back to Zuckerberg and Bill Gates, these 2 didn't formally finished school, but got the best of Education which move them past the tipping point of cognition to action..
The purpose of education is not knowledge but actionhuh How do you act without knowledge?
I think the purpose of education is knowledge put into action because action without knowledge can be calamitous!
Romance › Re: Man And Lady Die After Sex In Port Harcourt by Jman06(m): 6:54pm On Mar 06, 2020
Everyday Nigerians die as a result of drug misuse yet the government doesn't seem to be bothered about putting measures in place to ensure that drugs are properly handled in this country!

Just last week, a man who lives close to my house died in a hotel after taking tramadol for sexx. Now his wife has been left a widow to cater for their children all alone. Many people die prematurely in this country due to drug misuse but only few are reported.

Let's continue living like cavemen until the day we start electing learned people into leadership positions.

Ladies should understand that as long as they cannot propose to a man, foot marriage bills and take the man home to live with, it is foolhardy to stick to a man who care less about them in the name of love!

There's a reason why the bible said a man should LOVE his wife while wives should be SUBMISSIVE to their husbands.

I know coz I have a man that all these years I have been dating this guy, has not given up. He says one day I will come to my senses and come to him. I even get tired of his complaints and calls. He came for my sister's burial even without me inviting him. he only saw the poster on my facebook wall. he dropped everyone that came from my village that day in town, took my mom home. he's ever ready to do anything for me. he's 31 now, a senior colleague when I was in year 1. the thing is I don't love him. maybe my problem is spiritual coz I tend to love the wrong people.
Be there deceiving yourself with yeye love! See, even if you end up forcing yourself on that man, you'll not be happy in that marriage because very soon the scale you call love would fall off your eyes when you start living together. That man will give you hell!!!

Continue to waste your time on a man who doesn't love you until you grow old and out of demand. Then you'll realize the reason why ladies are advised to go for men who truly love and desire them and not force themselves on any man.

Just pray that at 27 you'll still have a serious suitor come your way. I'm not a prophet of doom but once a lady is beyond 25, getting a serious suitor becomes a problem! I have countless examples around me so I know better. This is why I advise girls to hook that guy who is dying for them at their youthful age and build a home together.

In case you decide to continue with the other time waster, just pray he doesn't find the kind of lady he's looking for, because when he does, you'll be dumped like a piece of trash! And even if you eventually succeed in forcing him to marry you, you should as well prepare to take all sorts of rubbish from him because you'll be cheated on and disrespected with reckless abandon.
Education › Re: Are People With 3rd Class & Pass Certificates Useless? by Jman06(m): 9:59am On Mar 06, 2020
The truth is that our education sector needs a total overhaul and a change from the current state of things.
We have completely lost the whole essence of education which is to acquire knowledge that can be applied for betterment of the society. That is why somebody would be here arguing that companies prefer 3rd class graduates to first class. Imagine such nonsense! A first class graduate that should be a problem solver in his field! A rallying point that everybody should look up to for solution!

But what we have is a system that encourages students to just memorize lecture materials(with AOCs in some cases) and then enter exam hall and write those memorized works, score an A and dump the whole thing thereafter. At the end of the day they come out with first class without understanding anything in their fields of study.
Those who tried to go extra miles in understanding the courses they study are sometimes punished with poor grades by lecturers for not regurgitating the exact thing in their lecture materials.

If I'm to be a lecturer today, I'll never give out a lecture note or handouts to students and those who don't have good textbooks in my course will not be in my class. Besides, I'll adopt a very strict testing and examination approaches that would ensure a pass for only those who truly understand my course.

@op, I think companies should stop discriminating against those with 2-2 and 3rd class but put everybody to test so that those who scale their tests would be employed irrespective of their classes of degree.

Doctors can decide to diversify to any specialty they like pharmacology and lab medicine inclusive.
All these JJC 100level medical students! By their comments you shall know them.

Don't worry when you grow in knowledge, you'll get to know that pharmacology is just a little fragment of the pharmacy profession and that your 1year pharmacology exposure does not make you a pharmacist.

Mention those medical doctors you claim work in pharmaceutical companies and with what license do they work?? Delusion at its peak!

It's a shame that Nigeria cannot boast of self sufficiency in the manufacture of essential drugs!
Put laws in place to guard our drug market, the government refused.
Improve on power supply so that the few manufacturers would spend less on electricity generation and channel the resources into expanding their bases, they also refused!

Now that China has decided to cut down on export of their pharmaceuticals, we'll start running helter skelter and when they eventually lift the ban, we'll heave a sigh of relieve and forget about any plans to find a permanent solution to drugs insecurity.

Who cursed Nigeria sef!

A supposedly teaching hospital that runs like a glorified chemist.
Health › Re: Court Restrains Resident Doctors In ESUT Teaching Hospital From Strike by Jman06(m): 9:46am On Mar 04, 2020
Nonsense and court injunction!

Enugu state government should stop being silly! If they want to run a tertiary health institution, they should do it the proper way by putting in place all the facilities obtainable in a standard teaching hospital and also remunerate the doctors and healthcare workers accordingly.

They should stop running a glorified "chemist'' in the name of a teaching hospital! It's a shame! Anytime I go to that parklane, I shudder at the level of infrastructural decay and general decline in standards there. Yet, MDCN would not utilize their regulatory powers to withdraw the accreditation of that institution. They'll continue to churn out quacks as doctors to worsen the already battered image of healthcare delivery in the country.

Nonsensical nonsense!!!!
