I really need help please, I have been hiding it for months but I can't any longer. My life is so frustrating, unproductive and boring. You don't need drugs! All you need is stop paying attention to what people think or say about you. Believe in yourself regardless of your financial status. See yourself as a demi god who should not pander to anybody. However, don't step on people's toes. Make sure you are always on the side of the law. Get something doing to make money no matter how little. Be contented in the little money you make while working hard to make more.
You will lose your mind and self esteem if you start worrying about what people think or say about you. In summary, love yourself to the moon and don't apologize for loving yourself.

Tramadol is deadly when abused! I'm not in support of outright ban because the drug is a very good pain killer when used on prescription. Government should rather ensure that it is sold only in registered pharmacies and on the prescription of a medical professional. That is what sane countries do!
