[s]The east really needs this development more than the north but oga there is a deliberate effort to frustrate the igbos that's the plan of the APC govt. ..have u seen any concrete project going on in the East? The fact is APC govt seems to have an agenda to divide the country[/s].

How can one state serve the whole country in terms of shipping ports when we have warri and onitsha which are supposed to be fully functional...that's why lagos state brag about high IGR I don't feel suprised...even at that they can't maintain the port go to apapa u will be left with unanswered questions as to what are they using the funds generated from the port for...
^^^^^
^^^^^
Just a quick correction @netflicks

Slightly over 70 percent of all the cargo coming into Nigeria is meant for the South-West States of
Lagos and Ogun because of the massive industries there... INFACT Ogun State has the highest
number of industries in Nigeria. So the Lagos and Ogun axis will continue to receive goods from
the Seaports for a long time to come. The remaining 30 percent of goods head for the Northern
States and the other parts of Nigeria. This information is from official Nigerian Maritime sources. grin

Lagos axis is also closer to the Atlantic Ocean and is the closest gateway to Europe, America,
Canada, and West Africa by sea from the manufacturing centres in the West and North of
Nigeria.

Most of the cargoes coming into Nigeria are meant for the the manufacturing industries that
bring their raw materials in large containers. Again the LAKAJI route [or LAGOS, KANO, JIBIYA]
are the busiest cargo or business routes in Nigeria.

Warri port, Calabar and Onitsha are River Ports with shallow water levels.
They are NOT Seaports that have deeper water levels that can take in
BIG ocean - going cargo ships and are considered not profitable
destinations for international shipping companies. These River Ports
do NOT have what you call Destination of Cargo ... meaning that there
are not enough industries in those areas that will make it profitable
for the shipping companies to bring in containers and take away
containers with goods in them!

So the Lagos to Calabar rail line construction will COMMENCE later
this year and the PH to Maiduguri rail line which will serve the
South Eastern States will all be completed before the end of the
next 4 years!

Nigeria gets money from South South not South East.
^^^^^
^^^^^
Just for MORE clarity... Nigeria gets crude oil EXPORT money from
the list below:

1. Nigeria gets crude oil EXPORT money from the South of South States.
[The cardinal points do not have anything called South-South].

2. South-Western States of Ondo and Lagos. [Ondo state generates 3
times more crude oil especially offshore than what Imo and Abia produce
based on official annual production data].

3. Then the South-Eastern States of Imo and Abia.

4. Nigeria also generates income from VAT and other taxes from
Lagos State which accounts for over 50 percent of VAT and from
other parts of Nigeria.

More sources of income for Nigeria exist especially from the global
financial markets investments.

Hope this helps.

AutoReportNG:
Barring any last minute change, the evacuation of cargoes by rail from Apapa seaport in Lagos to the Kaduna Inland Container Dryport will commence in April, 16 months after it was commissioned by President Muhammadu Buhari.

According to LEADERSHIP newspapers, the executive secretary of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC), Mr Hassan Bello said the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) has designated 24 flatbed wagons for evacuation and transportation of cargoes from the dryport. Bello stated that the rail evacuation of cargoes is another stage for the actualisation of the Kaduna dryport. He also explained that the flatbed wagons are already on the ground and would be deployed in April.

He said: ‘‘We just held a meeting now with NRC and they have so far been involved in the dryport that we now have about 24 flatbed wagons designated for Kaduna dryport. The wagons are on the ground now and by April, movement of cargoes will begin from the seaports to Kaduna and that will be another stage for the actualisation of the Kaduna dryport.’’

The Shippers’ Council boss, however, frowned at reports that Togo and Ghana are taking over as the hub in West and Central Africa sub-region. He disclosed that Nigerian ports have become efficient and effective, with 80 percent of cargoes coming to West and Central Africa from around the world destined for Nigeria seaports.

“For cargoes coming into West and Central Africa sub-region, Nigeria has 80 percent of the cargoes while other countries distribute 20 percent among themselves. So, how can they be a hub when Nigeria ports are becoming efficient by the day? We are attracting cargoes from other ports and the moment we get our infrastructure and our connectivity right, importers will patronise the eastern ports.

“The government is tackling insecurity, once that is done, then we will see the real hub. We have the Lekki deep seaport with its huge capacity and when the Lekki deep seaport comes on board, we will get bigger ships and send the smaller ones to other countries”, he said.

Bello, who also spoke on the registration policy initiated by the Council, noted that it is a step towards automating the port and cutting human interface that breeds corruption. According to him, there are lots of benefits inherent in the policy which includes easy payment at the ports.

The roads in Nigeria will have some breathing space.

Christianity Etc › Re: How Prominent ‘men Of God’ Misfired: All The Failed Prophecies On 2019 Elections by Konquest: 1:28am On Mar 17, 2019
Gullah:
Prior to the 2019 general elections, prophecies of who will win especially the presidential election filled the air. There were prophecies that the incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari, of the All Progressives Congress (APC), will lose the election while the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, will win and vice-versa.

We take a look at the failed prophecies that characterized the elections.

Primate Akeju’s prophecy was the exact opposite

Primate E.O. Akeju of the New Holy Messiah Church in Ilasamaja, Lagos, prophesied: “I forsee Atiku Abubakar becoming next President of his country but there are strong forces behind his plan. God revealed to me that Atiku’s regime will bring peace and harmony to the nation, unlike what we are presently experiencing…Governor Akinwunmi Ambode will also retain the Lagos seat without any opposition.”

It is glaring to the blind and loud to the deaf that President Buhari won Atiku at the just concluded presidential election. In the case of Governor Ambode, he was unable to win his party ticket and thus, was unable to contest for a second term. Here, the Primate misfired in two areas.

Prophet Olagunju Atikulated his prophecy wrongly

The Presiding Bishop of Divine Seed of God Chapel Ministries, Prophet Wale Olagunju, in an interview with The Sun, published on Sunday, October 28, 2018, did prophesy that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar will defeat President Muhammadu Buhari in the 2019 presidential election.

In his prophecy, he stated: “Let me congratulate President Muhammadu Buhari for winning the ticket of his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), and let me also make it clear to him he will lose to Atiku Abubakar. Let me also congratulate Atiku in advance because he will win the next presidential election come 2019.

“Let me say, as a matter of fact, that Buhari does not need an Alfa or Prophet to deceive him that he would win the election, for as God lives, he would lose. You remember I predicted the return of notable APC members back to their former home, to be frank, big guns in APC will soon decamp and begin to campaign for Atiku. It is then that Buhari and the so-called APC will realize that the party is as good as dead.

With Obasanjo’s endorsement of Atiku as a better candidate than Buhari, he has fulfilled all biblical righteousness by forgiving Atiku as required by God. Obasanjo congratulated Atiku for winning the ticket of his party. So, I am standing on my prediction that he will not only forgive Atiku, but will also support and throw his weight behind him to win the election. I affirm, with the blessing of Obasanjo now, that the coast is clear for Atiku. That is just the message from the Almighty God.”

Though Prophet Olagunju had prophesied that Atiku would emerge the winner of PDP presidential primary election as well as reconciliation with former President Olusegun Obasanjo but he failed woefully in his prophecy of the outcome of the presidential election.

Apostle Mone rode on the wrong Lane

The General Overseer of Voice of Liberty Intercessors Ministry in Delta State, Apostle Joshua Mone, in a crossover night service, on December 31, 2018, prophesied that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar would emerge victorious at the presidential polls. Many of his members were jubilant on hearing this from the man of God. However, the presidential election has come and gone and his prophecy did not come to pass.

However, it is on record that Apostle Mone did prophesy that there is a conspiracy to postpone election dates and that there would be fire outbreak in the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC’s) office. The two prophecies did come to pass as the Chairman of the Commission, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, postponed the general elections, by one week, within 4 hours of its commencement. More so, a few days to the commencement of the elections, before the sudden postponement, it was reported that two containers housing Smart Card Readers were gutted by fire at INEC headquarters in Awka, Anambra State. Also, INEC office in Plateau State was destroyed by fire and in Abia State there was a monumental damage of the Commission’s facilities.

Fr Mbaka’s Imo State governorship prophecy deflated

The Spiritual Director, Adoration Ministry, Enugu, Nigeria (AMEN), Rev. Fr. Ejike Camillus Mbaka, during the 2018 harvest and bazaar at his Adoration ground in Emene, prophesied that the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress – APC – Senator Hope Uzodinma would come out victorious at the polls.

Fr Mbaka made this prophesy when Senator Uzodinma who represented President Buhari at the Adoration ground, on December 3, 2018, donated N2 million to the ministry and promised that the President will build a hospital in the Adoration ground. This prompted him (Fr Mbaka) to declare: “Uzodinma would become the next governor by the grace of God.”

The fiery Catholic Father’s prophesy got misfired as Senator Uzodinma did not come close to winning the fiercely contested Imo State governorship election which saw former deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Emeka Ihedioha, emerge victorious at the polls. This is not the first time Fr Mbaka, who is a zealous supporter of President Buhari, will get it wrong with election prophecies. For example, in 2002, he declared a holy war on the then governor of Enugu State, Chimaroke Nnamani, through a special audio tape titled: “This Wicked Generation” in which he specifically stated that the then governor will lose his 2003 re-election bid. But, Nnamani later got re-elected for another four-year term in office and in June 2018, Pastor Reno Omokri, former aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan asked Fr Mbaka about the prophecy he said that peace will come to Nigeria through President Buhari.

Prophet Akinbodunse’s prophecy of a ‘young president’ failed

A South African-based Nigerian cleric, Prophet Samuel Akinbodunse of Freedom for All Nations Outreach, during a live service at his South African Church, predicted the emergence of a young president at the end of the presidential election.

The recently concluded presidential election saw young presidential contestants like Omoyele Sowore of African Action Congress (AAC), Fela Durotoye of the Alliance for New Nigeria (ANN), Kingsley Moghalu of the Young Progressive Party (YPP) among others. Prophet Akinbodunse most probably have in mind that one of these young presidential aspirants will win the presidential election. However, a 76-year old President Buhari of the APC won and his runner-up was a 72 year-old Atiku Abubakar of the PDP.

A plea for caution

These failed prophecies make a mockery of the power of the Almighty God. There is a need for Nigerian clerics to take adequate caution in dishing out prophecies that never come to fruition. Nigerian clerics should reassess themselves and check properly before they make any prophecy to the public.

@VolvoS60

Thanks for bringing this issue up.

I noticed that it is when major Nigerian elections are about coming up that
some highly ridiculous people start spinning FAKE NEWS about their political
opponents... and Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has been a major target online and
offline when major elections are coming up! These propagandists always
try to chip away at the PERSONAL INTEGRITY of Tinubu and others by
defaming them so as to lower their reputation in the eyes of the public,
some of who are very gullible or are envious of the wealth of other
successful people!

I first read about the alleged payment of nearly half a million USD to the
US authorities by Tinubu towards the end of 2014... and the report gained
momentum online in early 2015, towards the Presidential elections. I did some
investigations on that issue too cause I was a bit flustered by that revelation
and I checked with some official sources in the US and till today, I
do NOT have a credible info on the veracity of that alleged payment.
The whole story is very OPAQUE!

All I know is that if the very brilliant Asiwaju Tinubu has a questionable
or shady past while he schooled, lived and worked with some of the
BIGGEST American consulting firms in Chicago, before coming to Nigeria
to work with Mobil Nigeria, he would NOT have had the ability to enter
the United States freely. It is possible that he may have committed some
UNINTENDED INFRACTIONS had to pay some fines, but it is not to do with
being a drug baron... otherwise America would have restricted his access
into the US.

Incidentally Sen. Buruji Kashamu and his late twin brother also
live in Chicago and we know he has refused to travel to the US to clear
his name over the alleged drug charges... although I read the interview
where he indicated that it was his lookalike twin that was originally
indicted in the US. I hope Buruji can clear his name by travelling to
America soon and lay this issue to rest.

goons and relayed almost every night on AIT in early 2015 and you can
still find those SICKENING and FALSE videos online saying that Bola Tinubu
owned Oriental Hotel and other Lagos high-end property which turned out
to be TOTALLY FALSE and this is the REASON why Asiwaju Tinubu
sued AIT and Raymond Dokpesi for DEFAMATION of character to
the tune of billions of Naira. A lot of Nigerians were misled by that
fake AIT documentary!

Dokpesi's lawyer, Mike Ozekhome and the legal Team of Tinubu
were able to reach an out-of-court settlement and the court
ordered AIT to apologise to Tinubu on a primetime TV slot on AIT
for misleading Nigerians with that ridiculous documentary.
I know that a lot of people must have approached Bola Tinubu
to BEG him to drop that very clear case of defamation in 2016.

I wish Tinubu had followed through and got paid billions of Naira in
damages by AIT to serve as a lesson to AIT and other garrulous
people or political propagandists that LIBEL and DEFAMATION of
character are punishable criminal offences any where in the world!

Thanks and have a great weekend! smiley

Pastor Iginla Was Never Married In South Africa- Read Investigative Report - Tosin Osho

A new twist of event has revealed that Pastor Iginla was never married to his South African baby mama, as claimed in earlier report. The new report sent over by freelance journalist Tosin Osho, revealed that the Pastor's estranged wife had at some point tried to seduce his P.A.

Read the full story below;

I decided to unravel the truth after five years of painstaking understudy of the whole drama as an insider. The genesis of the breakup was when Pro Joshua Iginla stumbled on pictures and erotic messages between his beautiful wife and visiting pastors on her phone while she was having her bath. The sordid details revealed that Pastor Yemisi has been sneaking out after church services to be seeing different men at secret locations withing Kubwa, Abuja.

This explains why she doesn’t wait for her hubby after service and doesn’t have time to cook for him even when he comes home late in the night around 10/11 pm.That rude discovery led to confrontation and revelations.  That discovery led to the opening of the wound inflicted on the marriage from inception. Before marriage, Pro Iginla informed her that his genotype was AS and she said her own too is AA. Based on trust, they went ahead with the relationship (most of the pastors in the church are aware of this). The shocker was when their first child was born and they discovered she was SS.She opened up and said out of fear she had to lie. They settled the Issue amicably and life goes on.

The phone leakage led to the hubby’s investigation and the DNA result revealed that he was not the father of some of the three kids they have( I have to keep the secret of the identity of the kids involved for now but of a truth DNA was conducted secretly and Iginla refused to release it because of the kids). When confronted with these facts, all hell was let loose.  It’s on record that at a point prophet Iginla was poisoned which he testified about it during his birthday celebration years ago but what he kept out was that the wife was fingered as the brain behind it.Family members were invited and the truth revealed about her alleged waywardness and Prophet Iginla pointed out that he can’t trust her again but the only Condition for him not to divorce her was to agree never to object to him having his own kids who will be his flesh with another woman and she agreed. That was why she could not say anything when prophetess Stella was pregnant for Pro Iginla four years ago. That was just the beginning of the whole saga as she made life unbearable for him.

First,  she made an attempt to seduce Iginla’s current PA, Femi,  who was living with them as an assistant then.  But like Joseph in the Bible,  Femi resisted and was forced to report to Iginla. That was why he moved the boy out of the house and Yemisi was so angry that she allegedly confronted him and queried why he has to send his comforter away (kilode to she le Alanu mi Lo).Many times she will physically lock up her hubby and harassed him saying nobody will believe it even if he should speak out and that as a clergy it’s a taboo for him to touch her. Several times, it was Iginla’s former PA, Seun Adeyemi who will rescue him and lodge him in hotels at Kubwa.  Aside from that,  several times after service this same PA will be forced to get gala and soft drink for Iginla after breaking his fast after church service ( many of us can attest to it that prophet Iginla do fast a lot).In fact,  the torment was so much that she will confront most of Iginla sponsors and blackmail him and demand for money from them.

Those ones would call Iginla and tell him if he doesn’t do something urgently about her, she would destroy the ministry. The last straw that broke the Camel’s back was when she called Iginla’s personal lawyer when he travelled out on a mission and during the meeting, she asked him what chance does she have in acquiring all his properties if he dies? The lawyer was shocked and refused to respond.  She told him she is ready to share the proceed with him and also ready to pay in kinds too if he is willing to play balls.

The lawyer said he will get back to her and left.Immediately pro Iginla got back the lawyer informed him that he needs to act fast that for his wife to ask such it means his life is not safe.Consequently, Iginla had an urgent meeting with his pastors and partners and they all agreed he should send her away.  Pro Iginla refused and said instead of that he will relocate her to the USA and make sure she is well taken care of and that will save the ministry from unnecessary embarrassment.

That was why he relocated her to America.Trouble started lately when she connived with some pastors who fell out with her hubby and threatened to reveal the identity of the baby mama to the world. They demanded for N300million and the calls never stopped.  After prayers and due consultations, he decided to confess rather than fall into the traps of blackmailers.Of a truth, the torment was so much that pastor Iginla almost died from pressure and torment. And the truth is that Iginla never married Stella in South Africa, it was forged. That’s why the church elders, council, pastors, sons and daughters of the prophet and partners are standing with prophet Iginla because they are all aware of the whole saga. In fact, have you ever wondered why family members have never chided Iginla?  It’s because they are aware of the whole truth.  Why did she pull down the facebook live video she did on her page?  Know the truth and the truth will set you free.

The kind of wife you are looking for will be hard to find in the US (and the west in general). South America, Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia are places you will find women who uphold traditional female qualities and won't expect domestic input from you. As a corollary, you will be required to fulfil traditional masculine duties, especially understanding that bringing home the bacon is solely your responsibility.

Furthermore, any country that has undergone mainstream feminism tends to withers traditional women of which you seek, as they are looked down upon as people suffering from internalized misogyny. Women in the west generally are into career building, placing it above family. I am not married (still in my 20's), albeit, my ex-employer, friends and many Dutch people I know (I live in the Netherlands) actually prefer women from the aforementioned countries, solely for the same reasons you espouse.

Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari has given her opinion on what she believes is the only that can keep a man and to her, neither sex nor money is enough to keep a man in a relationship.

The Actress and mum of four, who shared a post on Instagram this morning revealed that the only thing that can keep a man is a man that want to be kept.

Read her full post below:

So I just got off the fon with a childhood friend of mine who’s having relationship issues and feels her last resort is to get off the pills and have a baby for him.

In her naïve mind, that will certainly hold him down. Well..I ain’t no counselor, neither I’m i clairvoyant, but I do know this however, that, a baby WON’T keep a man, being beautiful WON’T keep a man, sex WON’T keep a man,

Heck, being a good woman, BARELY keeps a man. The only thing that’ll keep a man, is A MAN THAT WANTS TO BE KEPT! #Periodt!

Properties › Re: Who Should Supervise A Building Project; Architects, Builders Or Engineers by Konquest: 12:09pm On Mar 12, 2019
saydfact:
There is an everyday argument on WHO SHOULD SUPERVISE A BUILDING PROJECT; The Architect, Builder or Civil/Structural Engineer?

Well, before we go into details, I'm sure we all agree the Mechanical Engineer shouldn't be responsible for task of ensuring 'Your Design' comes out as expected - conducive and beautiful (Aesthetics). LoL

Lets define the 3 professions we're considering (in alphabetical order)

A. Architect
According to the English dictionary:

* Architect [n.]: A person skilled in the art of building; one who understands architecture, or makes it his occupation to form plans and designs of buildings, and to superintend the artificers employed.

Lets further look at the meaning of 'SUPERINTEND':

* Superintend [v. t.]: To have or exercise the charge and oversight of; to oversee with the power of direction; to take care of with authority; to supervise; as, an officer superintends the building of a ship or the construction of a fort.

We'll stop here for now, while we get the definition of B & C from the same dictionary.

B. Builder
* Builder [n.]: One who builds; one whose occupation is to build, as a carpenter, a shipwright, or a mason.

this definition in my opinion wasn't fair or deep enough so I looked further down:

* Builder; constructor: someone who contracts for and supervises construction (as of a building)
* Homebuilder; home-builder; housebuilder; house-builder: someone who builds houses as a business

This definitions, almost limits the builder to a business man, (that's not my conclusion) - that's what the dictionary thinks.
we'll also come back to argue this, while we look at the last definition 'C' below.

C. Civil/Structural Engineer

* Structural: affecting or involved in structure or construction (ex.: the structural details of a house such as beams and joists and rafters; not ornamental elements; structural damage)

* Civil engineer: an engineer trained to design and construct and maintain public works (roads or bridges or harbors etc.)

* Civil engineering: the branch of engineering concerned with the design and construction of such public works as dams or bridges

Lets summarize the 3 definition on here; The first mentioned structures but noted that these does not include ornamental elements eg pop designs, tiling etc while the other two (from civil) were silent about buildings. The first conclusion we can draw from this definition is that the Civil Engineer is solely responsible for supervising structures like bridges, roads, dams and he has no competition in those area.

Verdict: The dictionary thinks the Architect is the more appropriate person to supervise the building BUT WE WOULD NOT CONCLUDE HERE.

LETS LOOK AT WIKI DEFINITIONS NOW:

* An architect is someone who plans, designs, and reviews the construction of buildings. To practice architecture means to provide services in connection with the design of buildings and the space within the site surrounding the buildings, that have as their principal purpose human occupancy or use. Etymologically, architect derives from the Latin architectus, which derives from the Greek (arkhi-, chief + tekton, builder), i.e., chief builder

Like in the dictionary definitions; wiki gives so much power to the Architect calling him 'CHIEF' -

* Structural engineering is mainly a sub-division of civil engineering where structural engineers are trained to understand, predict, and calculate the stability, strength and rigidity of built structures for buildings and non-building structures, to develop designs and integrate their design with that of other designers, and to supervise construction of projects on site.

* Builder may refer to:

- Construction worker who specializes in building work
- Carpenter, a skilled craftsman who works with wood
- General contractor, that specializes in building work

Off-course wiki didn't rule out the engineer as a supervisor on site - we can only argue that the website seems to have placed him under a 'chief' - perhaps not, AND except we're biased IT IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE that the builder is the least recognized among the three. (No dis-respect meant please)

LETS LOOK AT LOGIC / COMMON REASONING:

Starting with C, B then A.

I'M SURE WE ALL AGREE THAT THE CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS ARE INVOLVED IN DESIGN OF THE STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS EG COLUMNS, BEAMS AND SLAB - BASICALLY HE DESIGNS & RECOMMEND ON ALL STEEL WORKS....If we all agree on the above, then 'my question is; SHOULD THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER BE INVOLVED IN ANY BUILDING THAT DOESN'T HAVE HAVE HIS DESIGN INPUT?

Lets support our claims with the Nigeria Approval Process - When seeking approval for a bungalow, all you're required to submit is an Architectural Plan - You would not be required to submit a structural design / calculation sheet until you start going up with a storey on another.

This means; The only person involved in all types of building (emphasis on BUILDING) is the Architect....

WHO UNDERSTANDS THE BUILDING MORE:

A. The person who designed it OR
B. The person who recommended what strength is required to make it stand
C. The person who only received series of drawings and required to build / supervise it

I'll leave every man to his conclusion here.

ACTUAL PRACTICE:

For those of us working with multi-national company, expatriates or dealing with big organizations have you ever noticed that the PROJECT MANAGERS are always Architects?

This is because of the single rule that Architects are the head of the construction team - I'm yet to come across a Project Managed by an Engineering firm or where the NO1 man on site is the Engineer.

Maybe I've just been on the wrong types of projects - which includes Factories, Warehouses, Mega Stores, Luxury apartment etc.

Could this be a co-incidence?

SO; MY QUESTION STILL IS "WHO SHOULD SUPERVISE A BUILDING PROJECT" well, I'm not ruling out the importance of both the Architect & Engineers especially on very complex structures.

Properties › Re: Architects Fees, How Much Did You Pay? by Konquest: 11:59am On Mar 12, 2019
uwemjack:
Architects are not artisans!
There are industry standards in terms of fees and the level of involvement required.

Normally the fees you pay industry wide is usually a percentage of the cost of construction for a standard project based on the scale of professional fees, which is in the public domain.

However, based on relationship, level of experience or level of desperation you can get lower negotiated fees as low as 20k especially from undergraduate, new graduates searching for job, dropouts etc.

I should also mention that some will overcharge you if the they think they can get away with it.

Bottomline, if you have the money engage registered professionals with physical offices - Architects, Engineers, surveyors etc negotiate fees not higher than scale of fees recommendation. If you don't have the money or you just want a draft - new graduate, undergraduate or young graduate will be a better alternative.

Basically the charge you get will be the value he or she puts on their service.

waht is the value of your service?

Remember there are quacks out there.

This is the ONLY election since 1979
that I know has shown the TRUE will
of the PEOPLE. The results are
near-absolute. APC would have won
in Oyo because Adebayo Adelabu [who is a brilliant
former Deputy Governor of the CBN] is
the grandson of the iconic Ibadan lawyer
and politician, Gbadamosi Adegoke Adelabu
[3 September 1915 – 25 March 1958] who
passed on in 1958 in a car accident.

Ajimobi was quite cocky even though he may
have meant well especially in the restructuring
of the Obaship institution in Ibadan... and he paid
dearly for it. This also affected Adebayo Adelabu's
votes. grin

Congrats to everyone and INEC who made
this possible.

Next step will be electronic voting

I actually saw her thread on that topic

It has to do with withdrawal symptoms...
I mean her not being able to let go.
"A case of if he is so good sexually...

Men can "sex well" and NOT feel
anything for a woman. Men can
always feel EMOTIONALLY detached
and walk away.

The ONLY time a man can respect
you is if you place a value on yourself
and abstain from sex... but then again,
when the monthly ovulation cycle kicks
in they start feel Hot... which is normal
though. But abstaining is the key to
getting respect from the male species.

I suppose the guy is a player and has used
sex to get into her. I think she has to just
step back and get herself occupied with
some other activities, such as joining a book
club or learn a new craft such as advanced
cake baking, etc. Another guy will always
come along when she herself is psychologically
ready to settle down. grin
