You require no eviction order except they are legal occupant and after 18 An adult child who won’t leave home can be evicted. If there’s no lease, and no agreement to pay rent, you can just give them a “Notice to Quit” that says: “I hereby demand immediate possession of the premises"

That said nothing stops him from walking away.

The problem here is, the father only 50% ownership or landlord ship rights to the House, the mother have the other 50%, she can go to the court and counter that eviction notice.

Rent is not only paid in cash, it can be paid in goodwill and other things, plus the daughters are part of the Estate of the parents and have some inherent rights to the property.

He can only succeed in evicting anyone if the mother is 100% in support of it and I don’t see it happening here and it can easily be proven in court that, he is doing it out of malice and not because of some rent not being paid.

Not true, even if she is above 18 years old, he can not just throw her out, and in many states in the USA support does not end at 18, some it is 21 and there is also continue support if they are in college.

Since she is a legal occupant of that house, the Dad can throw anyone away, more so he only have one third of a say in that matter, the mom and the daughter been thrown out have to agreed.

What he can do is to go to a court and petition to evict the daughter out of the house and give reasons, God help him if they bring up his cheating before the court and that he is doing it out of malice, plus that case is dead if the mom appear in court and counter the eviction.

Fourthly, this supposed kidnapper waited until you guys crossed the road, find an ATM, withdraw money and came back to you.

I have a friend that have a sickler, in their case they knew because they were privileged to have gone for the test at the early stage of their courtship, like less than three months.

But they got the wrong advise then, they were told that, if they gave birth to four kids, it will be the fourth one that will be a sickler and they were okay with just one or two kids and felt that the coast is clear.

Sickle Cell screening through IVF for Sickle Cell Disease or trait is not 50/50 chance, it is not Zero chance and it is not 100% either.

The screening only reduces the chances of implementing embryo with Suckle Cell trait or diseases. IVF clinics will disclose this off front to you or put them in their fine prints.

As a result of the chance not being 100% many IVF clinics even after their screening implants many embryos that have passed the screening test into the woman and monitor them as the develop and have to come back to eliminate aka murder the ones that fall-through or reduce overall healthy embryo to the number of desired kids.

I knew about the IVF where the foetus get tested before growing, and that’s the only slimmer chance I’ve been holding unto, I heard it’s cost around 2-4m or so. Believe me you we’ve have to do than growing babies and we both have more to lose leaving each other.

The painful truth is that, IVF is far cheaper in monetary cost than the money to maintain a child with SS to adulthood.

I am talking strictly about monies for drugs, hospitals, etc.

If you add the emotional cost of having that child plus the pass-on trauma you will pass on to a child with AS, you will suddenly discover that N5m is a very very cheap option that will save you and your partner from the stress and the GUILT that you deliberately inflicted an avoidable disease and trauma on your kids.

I am not advising you to leave your partner, but you guys must not be selfish in your decision making, you must advocate for the unborn babies, they did not ask for this…see things from their own side as well, just as you are deeply in love with your partner, also consider them as well.

If you love your partner as deeply as you stated and she is the only one you have, transfer that same love to your unborn kids and ensure you also protect them.

My conclusion is, both of you must consider IVF or other alternatives as a necessary budgetary item in your home, if not call the relationship off.

That said, please note that IVF is not 100% defense against having kids without the sicken cell disease or trait, IVF reduces the chances of having one. Most IVF clinics will tell you this off front before or during your first consultation. Others who are money hungry, will collect your money and bury this information in their fine prints for you to sign, so you can’t sue them later.

The best method against giving birth to kids with Sickle Cell trait or disease is not to have a child with an AS or SS partner…..the next option is unethical and considered murder ie to screen the embryo from like 11 weeks for Sickle Cell traits and discard it, if found! But why murder an INNOCENT baby and carry that GUILT for the rest of your life, because you say you LOVE someone and can’t afford to loss a 10 years old relationship?

I once called my dealer to change my brake pads, and was quoted about $2,000. I ditched them, took the risk and did it by myself and spend about $300.

Some mechanics fear to even touch my car because of the hydraulic suspension, and they charge more to have a more trained person to do, but I have done it many times just by watching YouTube videos.

It should have been good for the reason you mentioned but they are quite unhealthy as they contain carcinogenic compounds from the method of roasting them with rubber tyres. They are also unhygienically handled in our local markets in most cases.
