kokoA:Exactly my thoughts too. Some guys get carried away too easily, mostly after topping up a little. ![]() |
IvarTheBoneless:Nahhh!!! Dont disown your brother. When I say 'Afon' and you say 'Jah', na you Sabi. Your other Sister, a Deaconness of Winners Chapel burnt a small Kaduna girl's butt and kpekus in Abuja too. I don't know why you folks like the smell of roasted human flesh so much ![]() |
punisha: So the devil has nostrils.Strange as it seems, that natural phenomenon may have a purpose to play in the country or world's ecosystem, just as the Amazon forrest, located in South America, supplies the whole Earth about one-third of the Oxygen it needs. |
TemmyT002: I dey take one kind eye look you.Why are you entertaining such morbid thoughts? |
gambia:The guilty guy, Opoku, is a Ghanaian. |
samchide:Please what is the current price per kilo of groundnuts? |
I remember when he was appointed and people were rejoicing that he was one of the youngest people to be appointed into a political office by the state Government. It's a pity he passed on just like that. May his Soul rest in peace. |
MondayOsunbor:It's possible that there was is a foreign component involved in the construction of the road and the increase in the exchange rate has increased it's cost. It's also possible that the ongoing Covid scourge has led to increase in overhead costs, such as labour, as the workers and project consultants concerned might have been paid during the two months when there was a total lockdown of the economy, and no work was done on the project |
I was thinking that two of the most vital roads in Lagos: The Lagos-Badagry Expressway and the Apapa-Oworonsoki Expressway will be included to quicken the completion of those roads in order to give the much needed relief to Lagosians. |
This is how politics is supposed to be played: Hilarious, entertaining and educating (so that voters can make informed decisions) and not through thuggery, violence and vote rigging. |
EastGold:Your monicker is so wrong. You claim East is Gold, then turn around to abuse them. Smh |
bukatyne:It could be that she had great physical endowment, before the marriage, but after childbirth everything has lost shape, hence the disinterest on the part of the guy as she has little or nothing more to offer (poor personality). If the ops is from a certain part of the country that likes 'enjoyment' so much, he would have married wife number 2 by now. |
Does that look like the trousers of a clueless person |
Congratulations on the birth of your Son. Like his biblical namesake, he shall go forth in the Lord's strength and Excel greatly IJMN, Amen. |
Anazp:They saw the need to stick together to fight against Godfatherism, as they felt they could suffer the same ordeal Obaseki had in APC tommorow. |
GboyegaD:Exactly!!! I wonder if there is a connection between these incessant rape cases and hard drug misuse. |
The lady had better run for her life because it seems the guy married her for her money and now he has got what he wanted; the only way to get rid of her is to beat her to stupor. The latest beating and kicking of her stomach, even with the pregnancy, really ought to send the message across to the lady. However, on the guys side, we should ask questions if he ever caught the lady cheating or if doubts the paternity of the baby in the womb (cause some women are very devious and deep). The best way out for him is a separation rather than commit murder and be hanged for it. |
Tadeknkeepcalm:The guy was armed, never mind the story he told about carrying only Torchlight. |
VULCAN:You are quite wrong as it has value to some middle class and upper class citizens. The very poor ones might not be able to solve such problem as, sadly, the daily rigours of searching for means to fend for their families, might leave both husband and wife completely exhausted at the end of the day. However, provision of modern transport facilities, like the light rail, can reduce travel time to one hour, to and from the office; also provision of Hi-Tech internet and communication facilities that ensures you do not spend the night at the office ( especially Bankers), will give couples more time for themselves and their children. |
Most married men feel sex deprived because after marriage and childbirth, the wife's focus changes to the children, her Job and other things like domestic activities which often leads the husband to feel neglected. I know a very wealthy man who told the wife to remain a housewife, provides her with all the luxury she needs, she has a Special Assistant who changes her slippers to shoes for her before she gets down from her Jeep! Also there is a cook, steward and other domestic staff to cater to the family needs as the wealthy man does not want the wife to be worn out by domestic activities; you can guess where the wealthy man reaps the benefits for the care he shows to his wife ![]() |
My favourite novel of all time was written by Fred Mustard Stewart, entitled: A rage against Heaven. The novel was set in the period of the American civil war and was very engaging that I read it thrice without getting bored! Other writers I enjoyed their novels are Agatha Christie, James Hardley Chase, Ian Fleming, author of the James Bond series, Enid Blyton, Cyprian Ekwensi and others. |
TeejayBlaq: That was part of the fables we were told back then to put the fear of God into us.Opening eyes during prayers is good for security purposes. I remember the son of a Pastor who told me a story about how the offering in his father's church disappeared while they were all collectively praying over the offering that had just been collected; he said upon opening their eyes, the offering bowl had disappeared!!! They searched all nook and cranny of the church and the whole street where the church was located but could not find the bowl. The above incident now made the church pass a law that during prayers all ushers must have their eyes open to avoid a repeat of the theft of the offering bowl. |
DuBLINGreenb:I am Igbo, I don't understand why the Igbo and Yoruba people are constantly quarreling on Nairaland. From my observation, it seems both groups believe that the other group does not like them, but this is a big lie because I have interacted closely with both groups and can say the ordinary people do not harbour illwill towards any body. @Ops is quite right that, the day both groups, which are gifted with brilliant and exceptional human beings, decide to sort out their differences peacefully, while accommodating their Nigerian brothers, that will be the day the nation will begin it's March to political, economic and technological greatness |
I think the service provider can provide details about the exact location the text message to the lady's father was sent from. The above measure will help to track the lady's whereabout quickly. |
starbuck:Correct. No Nigerian Politician will show favouritism for a Pilot to be employed, what of if the Politician unknowingly boards the plane of the unqualified Pilot? We love life too much to take such risk jare ![]() I read once that Nigerian Pilots are among the best in the World, as they were being poached by countries like Saudi Arabia and other countries. I wonder what the current situation is like now. |
chrischukszy01: My guy make una let that man rest |
wany:I understand that you will like to support the wife, as a fellow lady, but two wrongs does not make a right. If the man cheated, it's left for the couple to sit down and talk to each other in order to get over their problems and move on with their lives, not for a third party to barge into the relationship and add petrol to an already existing fire and thereby make things worse. Also, marriage as an institution can be quite a mystery, don't be surprised if after a year of separation from her husband, the man's wife will now come to herself and start blaming her mother for advising her to leave her marriage, so that's why I advised against external influence on the marriage, rather the couple should be left to sort out their issues by themselves. |
I wish some single mothers will borrow some sense. The single mother had through her lack of intelligence driven away her husband or suitors who would have got married to her and now she transferred that foolishness to her daughter's home in order to destroy it, instead of her to advise the young couple to sit down and communicate with each other to solve their problems which are not too weighty to be resolved. This single mother scenerio played out in the marriage of a friend of mine. The single mother came to stay with the friend and his wife, the single lady's daughter and turned out to be a thorn in the flesh of the guy who was having financial challenges then and was depending on his wife who had a good job. It got to the extent that if the guy drives out with the family car and comes back home, that the mean mother inlaw will resort to scolding him that he should not touch the car again as it was her daughter who owned it. The above maltreatment of the friend was supported by his wife who was also treating the guy with disrespect based on her mother's advise. As fate would have it, the guy's sister who lived in the US visited and witnessed the bad treatment been given her brother by his wife and mother inlaw and decided to file papers for the friend to relocate to the US. Today, the friend is doing well in the States and has picked three of his kids to live with him in the US, while waiting for the last child to complete his primary education before he joins them over there. The disrespectful wife now seeing her husband is doing very well over there in the States now calls him, speaking to him with utmost respect, but the friend still does not trust her motives as he has not said anything about her joining him over there. The windmill of the gods are always turning round, a person might be down today, but tommorow becomes very wealthy and influential. Thats why we should treat everyone with respect. |
paulolee:That is Nicholas Pepe |
1Sharon:Nope, am a guy, not one of those type of ladies |
BeautifulWoman:Please tell us the lifestyle you chose to complete the story |
