It's called crime of passion and does not deserve life imprisonment.
Quite right.
It was a crime of passion which led to murder.
It was not pre meditated , planned, so he might be charged for Manslaughter which could carry a 7 to 15 years imprisonment verdict.

[quote author=CyberWolf post=87703153]Can your country supply foods and other essential items to all her citizens as China did? Post like this makes me understand that the masses are even more gullible and shortsighted than our current leaders. The future of the country is really in trouble. [/quote

It's actually posts like this that could land us in trouble because it reeks of so much intolerance and that is why terrorists are having a field day here.
That you are aware that China supplied foodstuffs and other essential items to it's citizens, does not mean that everyone is aware of this; you can politely point this out to the unaware person, so that he learns from it.
Putting down another person to show your smartness does not dignify you in anyway at all, rather it might even show some form of inferiority complex or some personal insecurities as it clearly inflates your ego to put others down.

Nigeria doesn't need lockdown. It needs to quarantine people coming in from corona hotspots. Why will u allow all these people to come in without quarantine and then u start enforcing lockdown? Where's d sense in that? All d new cases are those of people who are trooping in from UK. Nigeria had enough time to prepare for handling this issue but as usual d nonchalance of those in govt always takes precedence
You are quite right, we did not act when we needed to do so, now we don't know how many people are already infected by the Virus.
I hope at the end of the day, we shall be able to contain and eradicate it completely

It could be the parents are Rastafarians as it's normal for them to wear dreadlocks.
It could also have to do with the parents religious leanings as some white garment churches do not Barb their children hair until they reach a certain age.

They also retrieve waste/dirts, dirty cloths, bedsheet, used plates and cutleries from patients.
The technology introduced as a result of the Corona virus, is bound to have far reaching effect on human employment, in terms of loss of jobs, and social relationships, because robots can provide impersonal services in restaurants and other places.

Please, don't try that.
As long as there is life, there is hope.
All men and women, at some point in life, must face hard challenges, it could be financial, emotional or otherwise, but it's only those that endure to the end who will conquer.
Churches should provide emotional and spiritual support for troubled Souls.
Government should provide social welfare packages and funding for would be entrepreneurs among other things
Politics › Re: Stakeholders Reject Amnesty For ‘Repentant’ Boko Haram Terrorists by lozanni(m): 10:11am On Feb 21, 2020
The repentant Boko Haram members should be rehabilitated and de-radicalised in jail, not just pardoned because they are assumed to be low risk terrorists.
If they are in jail, it becomes easier to monitor and access their physical and mental well-being before they are released into the larger society.
I propose that different prisons should built for Boko Haram members, like the USA did at Guatanomo Bay for Islamic terrorists, to avoid their radicalization of other prisoners who are not Boko Haram members.

After Almighty God, The only thing I'm ever addicted to Is making money. All these posts about addiction, I'do find It very amusing most times. I easily get tired of things or habits these days.
You are a very strong willed person, few people are.
There are four vices that can easily destroy a man: womanizing or sexually deviant behavior, Gambling, boozing and illicit drugs.
I had a friend who was once wealthy, but gambling almost pauperized him.
Those battling uncontrollable addictions should seek help through counsellors and spiritual help from mentors.

Sorry, wishing you quickest recovery.

Capital Yes. Expecially all southern states' men who value their own belly and lust than protecting those that should look up to them. What is the motivation of an average southern man?! To buy lastest car, fashion and stiffle fellow southern men with envy. That is it, we focus on trying to achiev to that we can flaunt the achievent to kill our haters(fellow southern men) with envy! And get all the girls! Very childiah mentality. They undetstand this our foolishness, that's why your brother that is regularly given crumps would look the other way when... hmmm... They refused prevent when they could, still blinded by this self-desrructive ego, they refuse to unite and fight courageously to stop the killing of their sons and raping of their wives and daughters. Shame, shame, shame!

Truth is always very bitter. The next generation shall never forgive this current southern generation of "chop and lose sense, my belle and lust is more importat than my brothers lives". I love subtle intelligence of women so much and how they codedly pass accross their message why the southern men still gyrating and deceiving themselves to be men. Have you notice how most southern girl and women are now always dressed in black? They now see their mem as walking dead that refuse to rise to life and responsibility of defence when most needed. The cloths maybe stylish designs etc, but black have suddenly become so popular among our females. They have already seen that the men that God created to protect them have become useless weaklings and slaves to intruders that could have been conqured since, who have betrayed their females' trust. Being a man no be only to fvck and produce children like pigs. Real Men are Men! And we know ourselves: very few in the south, so we couldn't do much, we were also betrayed severally by the weaklings whenever we planned to.... True life story. Southern women now look up to God, southern men have fail them woefully.
What are you trying to do?
I guess you are a woman.
Many of these women are trying to kill their husbands, due to side-chicks angry , and you are here trying to encourage them to cause further mayhem.

This guy funny oohh.
I remember the film, Danfo Driver, he acted with Osuofia, Nkem Owoh, where they correctly depicted the cunning and reckless lives some of those bus drivers live.
Actors Guild and the Musician associations should put very good health Insurance and Pensions schemes in place for their members, so that touching stories like this and that of Ernest Asuzu can be avoided.
I wish him a very speedy and complete recovery.

Culture › Re: Red Ibo In Jamaica: A Profile Of The Igbo People Of Jamaica by lozanni(m): 7:30pm On Feb 16, 2020
baby124:
No one questioned yam my dear. But you tried to say Igbos own yam. Which is not true. Yoruba’s for centuries have ingeniously processed yam to create a variety of foods. Which shows ownership of the food crop. It’s our main source of carbohydrate and cassava (Gaari) which we soak or eat as Eba. Other’s like Igbos and Deltans eat yam and cassava as regular pounded yam and cassava as Akpu or starch. The swallows are much more limited. You need to look at food processing to understand the mastery of food. Also, the Yoruba yam is different in taste and texture.
Yams originated in Africa, the Carribeans and in Asia. Check Google for it's origins.
The above shows it's ownership can not be attributed to a single ethnic group or people.
