Gawd, I hate dem hairy chests. Never dated a guy with any. |
Feb, but am I? |
dasparrow: What is your problem mister? I am begining to think that most of you Nigerian bred men are a very miserable bunch due to the kind of poverty stricken country you were brought up in and as such you get some form of gratification making the opposite gender miserable as well. For starters, most people and countries don't even focus on middle names as much. They pay more attention to a person's first and last name. So, if a lady is bearing your last name, I don't see what the issue is.1000 LIKES!!! We need more of your type in this jungle. |
Royal Roy: O ga oooo. With this kind of English, I expect a lot of "died" relationships. *sorry in advancement*ha ha ha. ''Na deady died'' LOL. |
gzib: @ all, woman is some months older than a man, na trouble. She has a well paid job than the husband is another trouble. She has only girls as children that one is a bigger trouble. Now it is retaining her father's name as a middle name that is the problem. What will the name change add to your life for God's sake. Tomorrow if she turns to an harlot you will tell people that she is her fathers daughter. Why leave the main substance and start chasing shadows. Are your children still bearing her fathers name. @ poster, with this mindset it will be very difficult for you to get married o. A matured mind don't think like this. I wanted my wife to retain hers because she is the 1st of five girls in the family but she opted to do without it.I didn't impose it on her. Learn to be flexible.Bless your heart. Good thinking. |
mylunch: Thanks sweetie,tell them.Your'e welcome dear. |
Chei! LWKM4H. |
Keep or not to keep my father's name? Its only an underachieving man that would be scared of such trivia. Its a man imprisoned by a complex that regards his wife as his property. Name change or lack of it doesn't make or break a marriage. There are scarier things to worry about. Most responses here go to show some men still have a very long way to go. Im keeping my name. Simple. |
I just got tired like I always do and walked. Madness staying with any one guy for too long......except in marriage. |
LOL. I do it most of the time. Reminds me of a Sunday service where a lady beside me during worship was hollering in excitement '(DISABLE, I know that he can do it, he said he'll help me to it' when the lyrics is (HE'S ABLE, I know that he can do it, he said he'll help me through it).. I had to sit down to stiffle the bubbling laughter. |
As far as I still believe. |
I don't think reconciliation is in the works. Rumours...Rumours.... Rumours......, all false. |
Spiritual |
Life has shown me pepper and the lessons? a. God can be partial else he wouldnt have hated Esau and blessed Jacob. b. You dont necessarily reap what you sow, karma is a b??!tch. c. A man's enemies are from his household. d. Not all dreams come true; having a dream without the means to fulfill it can make you mad. e. Every human has a seed of greatness but getting there is hinged on a lot of factors, therefore some great seeds will never grow. f. When left with no alternative, kill your enemy before he kills you. g. Living right may not enrich you. The bad people are the ones making it. h. God is supreme, he does what he wants, when he wants, and how he wants, Nobody can question him. The easiest way to get from him is to praise, worship and obey. |
I swear you are not married. You are simply being used and when your usefulness expires, you'll be promptly dumped. I wonder the level of self hate that would make any woman go through this nonsense. You better get out while you can and stop living in fools paradise. You don't need advice, you only need to make a personal decision to be happy, loved and respected on your own terms and that can never happen with the man you are currently with. Capisce? |
binger: And i will add, only in Nigeria will some1 write a post on a forum, and every sentence in it is filled with grammatical errors, wrong spellings and bad punctuation!Thank you, thank you. You said my mind. Bloody post filled with grammatical blunders! Only in Nigeria mtcheeeeeew. |
If its as bad as claimed, then men dont get married. Rubbish!!!Research my a55.mtcheeeeew. |

This marriage is simply for companionship. The couple are at an age when they need someone to cherish and be there for without the hassles of youthful love. hmmmmmm, na wa o. |

...yet they look down their smelly noses on us! So they too can make mistakes! Gross incompetence is attributed to Naija and Africa only. I know mistakes are bound to happen but if it were to be in Africa would they see it as what it is; a mistake? Would they understand? Wouldn't we be the butt of jokes in every media house? Wouldn't they dredge up irrelevant histories just to prove that Africa is a continent filled with misfits? f-u-k/-i-n whites.... f/kin colonial masters!!!! |
Raggedy_Ann: Hmmm...actually, the so called “bad girls” always manage to snag themselves the good guys when they finally decide to settle down. They got smarts that way. If you`re still single, you`re probably -Bloody hell! Those 3 points; 2-4, that was me three years ago. LOL. |
ijebabe: She is actually from Ifiki local government area of Akwa-Ibom stateThere is no such LG in Akwa Ibom but she is from Akwa Ibom. Her mother is Igbo. |
Na wa o. SMH. The thread was meant for ladies to answer the question, now the guys are crawling all over it with unreasonable explanations that is far from the reality of why some women are single. Now how in the world will any real babe say something? Guys abeg shift joo, give the ladies some space to answer. |
London's opening ceremony was a boring spectacle to say the least. I give it to Beijing. Except for the lighting of the cauldron, I'd say London was a total failure. |
