You should have asked around before registering your boy in that school. Everyone knows the schools that are notorious for 'runs'. Having said that, I will counsel you to speak to your boy, let him know how proud you are of him for the feat he has achieved. Tell him this is only a temporary setback that you shall both overcome together. Let him know you are with him all the way. This does not make him a failure. It's only one of the many issues of life. When he finally succeds, he will be stronger and be able to help anyone who falls into the same trap.
Now, you can quickly go and register him for GCE private (It's still open). You don't have control over where he will be posted but pray that God will lead him to a good center. In my opinion, electrical faults are more frustrating than mechanic faults in cars....That's why I can buy a vehicle with a knocked engine/gear but wouldn't come within 10 kilometres of a flooded vehicle...

Worst case with a mechanical fault is to replace the entire component, be it gear, engine or whatever.. But some electrical faults are village people on steroids.... Tears unlimited.. .

Some cars makes like Peugeot and Mercedes are more susceptible to these logic defying electrical issues, especially as they get older, compared to the Japanese vehicles..

Some Electrical faults will make you envy those trekking... A 'simple' parasitic drain of a car battery when parked overnight have led many into a bottom-less pit of expenses..

And the worst thing is that most naija car electricians will creat another or even multiple electrical faults while trying to solve one... Those guys are very good at bonanzas.. Solve one problem and get three for free
