(1) Farook never said that was the dissertation. He said it was the abstract
(2) that publication was done long before he became president and the issue of his PhD authencity came to fore
(3) Farook said exactly that. The abstract comes after the dissertation is written. he used that to explain that seeing an abstract shows that a dissertation had been written
(4) beats me too why Uniport cant produce a copy of this dissertation.
