Politics › Re: How Jonathan’s Aides Embezzle $6m Yearly From NPA – Okonjo-iweala by monex(m): 11:23am On Apr 30, 2018 |
Throwback: Why is our darling Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala engaging in media trial? How dare she reveal this information to disgrace and humiliate our hero of democracy?
Ngozi will soon be termed an Afonja, Jihadist and Zombie for not seeing that Jonathan was a saint who could never steal, and who employed only the best hands into positions.
Why Jonathan's head is not hanging on a pike at the entry point into Abuja city, is one of the many reasons I consider Buhari to be a spineless failure himself.
Jonathan was a thief and an inglorious bastard and enemy of the state, who was determined that corruption is a Nigerian culture that must never die.
He went about campaigning for reelection as the candidate who will not arrest out parents for corruption.
He even had the audacity to ask in Enugu that "How much did Jim Nwobodo stole ($5m) that Buhari (military) regime jailed him".
Any electorate who continued to support Jonathan after that statement, deserves the rot called Nigeria, and deserved all the hardship that has been experienced since then as a consequence of that kleptomaniac regime that did not save even just 1kobo from all revenue that it earned, but rather bankrupted the economy. The statements below are facts: GEJ never made that Jim Nwobodo statement GEJ is corrupt and weak. Buhari is corrupt and weak Throwback is a tribal bigot |

I support compulsory DNA testing for every child, but for me to go take a fidelity oath(ekpo-nka-owo) alone, while the man is free to run amok, because society endorses polygamy and abhors polyandry. I rather be a babymama, win win for me...
Why should anyone even seek a death penalty for a cheating spouse? That is insane. i tire oh. Moral issue vs Criminal matter anyone that supports this should support spouses that pour acid or kill their significant other due to adultery |

fiizznation: Look at this one coming with some lame, ridiculous backups. Some nigerians are not intelligent!! (1) So that's how a complete thesis looks like to you or what? That nonsense you put up there can be forged by anybody. (2) Even the institution can be in complicity to the forgery.
(3) I have seen many PhD thesis and none of them have abstract before dissertation. This is the usual Nigeria fraud!!!
(4) No single copy of dissertation and you claimed you are a PhD holder? What is so secretive about Jonathan's thesis if he'd had a PhD?
My goodness!!! I think you are intelligent from your previous posts but I dont think you took the patience to read the write up at all. (1) Farook never said that was the dissertation. He said it was the abstract (2) that publication was done long before he became president and the issue of his PhD authencity came to fore (3) Farook said exactly that. The abstract comes after the dissertation is written. he used that to explain that seeing an abstract shows that a dissertation had been written (4) beats me too why Uniport cant produce a copy of this dissertation. |

Omo-Agege did (getting thugs to harrass and steal the mace of his colleagues) was right. In Nigeria, your moral compass depends on which party, tribe or religion you support. |

fiizznation: This guy's(dino) excesses needs to be cut once and for all. He takes himself above the law. You were indicted in a serious crime, instead of you to report yourself to the police, you were feeling too funky because you are a senator. You should even thank your stars that the policemen that were with you didn't shoot your big ass when you tried to escape.
Anyway Kudos to the IGP and whoever is pulling the strings behind the scene.
If you eventually survive this humiliation you are going through, you are free to go back to the useless PDP party you came from.
i thought he was branded an activist by you guys in 2014. Let him face his own now. Hopefully the current untouchables will face their own when their current principal is out of power. Small by small everyone will be brought to book |

PassingShot: Era of impunity is over. At least not with this government.
What on earth should make an indicted senator walk free while common citizens who are not even indicted get treated like criminals?
It's disgusting to see youths whose life has been wrecked by the useless politicians coming to the defense of their oppressors, all in the name of hateful politics.
For crying out loud, Melaye has been indicted in a murder case. He should clear his name. Attempting to escape from lawful arrest is another big offence for which he must be treated worse. In many countries, he will be shot dead for that stunt.
Youths should stop being intellectually lazy for once. Your last line is deliberate and is how one shows solidarity |

Notmyproblem: Of course feminism is not against any of those things. Did you know what her bio was when she was campaigning? To the point is simple she would never have put that up on her bio during election why now? Hypocrisy bro. ok I get now. The hypocrisy is that she didnt have "wife, mother ..." on her bio during the elections in other to appeal to the feminist group. That would be hypocrisy (if true) I agree. however, why would the feminists group have an issue with a woman prioritizing her marital roles above all other achievements? Is feminism against marriage? |
Celebrities › Re: Chimamanda Thinks Like A Backward Clock - Dencia by monex(m): 7:33am On Apr 24, 2018 |
BluntBoy: By your logic, you shouldn't also be criticizing Buhari since "the places he has entered and dominated, you would be chased away with police dogs." exactly. his post is an example of subjectivity and "passion over reason" |
Celebrities › Re: Chimamanda Thinks Like A Backward Clock - Dencia by monex(m): 7:31am On Apr 24, 2018 |
any ideology built on subjectivity cannot survive. Most of the posts supporting Chimamanda reek of subjectivitity.
it is either you are praising chimamanda's achievements or you are insulting Dencia.
sadly this is what I see in my many interactions with self acclaimed feminists.
An ideology that will stand has to be objective, consistent and applicable/repeatable.
"Equality in dignity and opportunities for all irrespective of gender, religion, race or ethnic affiliations" is an example of a consistent ideology. This is what feminism should be (focus on irrespective of gender). Now you have a woman who prioritizes her role of wife and mother above all else. It is her choice but you tell her that you are upset about her choices.
pray tell me, who violates the rule on respecting a woman's choices here? Chimamanda. Chimamanda was the anti-feminist in that discourse.
But who do majority of the self-acclaimed feminists support in that discourse? Chimamanda |

Celebrities › Re: Chimamanda Thinks Like A Backward Clock - Dencia by monex(m): 7:17am On Apr 24, 2018 |
Notmyproblem: I think most people misunderstood her it is typical of Nigerians to jump into conclusions without carefully examining an issues. She was only pointing out Hilary's hypocrisy. Did you recall what Hilary stood for during the campaign trail how she was subtly riding on the concept of a strong independent feminist against a patriarchal Trump? and I ask again ... does prioritizing her wife and mother role make her less of a feminist or a patriarchal hypocrite? is feminism against marriage and family? is feminism against a woman choosing her own life and priorities? |
Celebrities › Re: Chimamanda Thinks Like A Backward Clock - Dencia by monex(m): 7:15am On Apr 24, 2018 |
Notmyproblem: Most people don't even understand where she was coming from. I think she was pointing out Hilary's hypocrisy, it's like everyone forgot how Hilary protrayed herself during her campaign and the boost she gave feminism? But then most Nigerians have short term memories and are quick to jump to conclusions without looking beyond what is presented to them. Does her prioritizing her wife and mother role over her other achievements make her less of a feminist? |

Nairalanddist:
Media and yeye hype. When Ibrahimovic scored a biycle kick from 42 yards from an impossible angle against England the hype was not as this. Madrid and ronaldo fans acting like Ronaldo just invented bicycle kick yesterday. Something that has been scored several times in football is now spectacular just because its from Ronaldo. Had Mohammed salah scored such goal, the hype won't reach this level. Fvcktards best ever in Champions league. Ibrahimovic is all time best ever for me. note that the ball fell behind ronaldo so he had to run backwards and then lift himself that high. Ronaldo's goal should beat Rooney's overhead against Mancity for instance |

Clerverly: No You are wrong: It should be right this:
South East- PDP 100%
South South- PDP 99% (Just because of Amaechi)
South West - PDP 98% ( Just because of Tinubu)
North Central - PDP 100%( Nobody will Vote for APC here)
North East - PDP 98% ( Nobody can defeat Atiku here)
North West - PDP 97% ( Just because of Buhari)
At the end of the day, PDP will have 98% of the Votes while APC will go home with only 2%
Therefore, PDP wins it!
Up PDP!
Up IPOB!!
Up Nnamdi Kanu!!! LOL. realistics estimates: PDP wins South East - 80% (APC - 5%, others 15%) PDP wins South-South - 70% (APC - 30%) APC wins South-West - 50% (PDP - 30% other parties besides APC & PDP will gain significant votes in south west) APC wins North-East- 60% (PDP - 40%) PDP wins North Central - 60% (APC - 40%) APC wins North West - 90% (PDP - 10%) Northwest has a crazy population that will all but guarantee PMB's victory in 2019. I had hoped PMB will step down. His government has been woeful. However, PMB has a cult following that once he chooses to contest + power of incumbency, victory is guaranteed. |

BluntTheApostle: AJ got a dubious knockout against Takam. It should have gone to the judges.
Moreover, it is not by knockout. Every fight is different.
I give AJ a KO only if he is lucky to catch Parker. at the bolded. he would have won by the judges and was winning by the judges anyway. he out-punched takam by a whooping 100 punches - check the stats AJ has three weaknesses - poor footwork, a glass chin and poor stamina. He is improving on his stamina. He might survive without good footwork due to his reach. He just needs to work on that chin and make it more resilient |
