Biology, economics, literature in eng/ Geography were compulsory subjects to write, it made it easier to switch

Some science students dont even write the 3 core science courses.

Thats the issue, as Nigerian businesses are wired.

I still dont see the oko oloyun stuff as a ponzi or money doubling stuff though. High interest rate- YES 40percent was a bit on the high side.

They did have strict conditions sha like applying and waiting for 3 months before you could withdraw your investment, with no interest for those 3 months.

I heared they defaulted at some pointyear late last year, maybe that was when the fraud and fire in his company happened.

They said its 10percent every two months with one month break, so basically you get paid 10percent once every 3 months which is 4 times in a year equating to 40percent yearly which I feel is still very high sha, A whole 40percent.

Option A was you become a mega distributor or something like that
Option B was you get a mini kiosk or selling from their branded car booth.
Option C was you invest your cash and after sales of the products by their sales team you get the profit at that particular percentage.


Nigerians majorly went for option C maybe because option A and B would have involved a lot of capital to get their products.


Now that the man is dead no one knows what will happen to the investors fund.

Defaults means unable or incapable of doing her sexual duty. It is not necessarily an accusation or proof of guilt. She could default through no fault of hers.

You just need to be around a woman that has this 'pregnancy sickness' to be convinced.

Let me just break it down every pregnancy is different, not all women are always sick to this point, some are sick throughout the pregnancy, some are sick the first few months and are very strong the latter part some are sick their first pregnancy only, some become sick with the 2nd pregnancy, some will be on bedrest while some will be strong throughout the pregnancy period, some will even have to resign from their jobs (yeah it can be that bad). It doesnt make one better than the other its just the way their bodies react to that pregnancy.

After my first child, my wife did implant and I observed that her blood flow during menstruation increased and like wise I don't enjoy sex because I always feel the implant in her always. After second birth, I did not permit my wife to do implant even when she wanted. For about 4 years before taking in again I use withdrawal and condom and it worked for me. I used this method because I don't want anything that will affect my wife hormones in anyway. I traded my extreme pleasure for my wife state of health.

This brings me to my worry why do husbands in most cases feel that birth control is just on the shoulders of their wife.

He will probably have his first affair, and when he has tasted it, will continue to have other affairs. When you become a landlord in Lagos and experience what others are passing through.them you will understand that living in a house without payment is pure evil.

People dealing in the materials have better information. If one decides to visit the market, by the time to ask 4 or 5 people about a product and their price, you will deduct from their answer which product is better, cheaper or durable.
Artisans don't sell these things neither do they produce them.

Exactly, this method is what works for me oo. I won't even carry money to pay at that point, will just ask around and come back later to purchase.

But what of honest customers who just want good quality and take the carpenters there to choose the best so just pay on the spot and load into the vehicles but they still collide with the sellers to rip of the customer.

It happened to my mum once. This man was the trusted carpenter, handled all the carpentry work of the house from foundation down to roofing, whatever he recommended as good was what she bought, she just pays the seller.

So it got to the doors level as usual they went to pako together and he stated the one that was okay, price was haggle they all negotiated together and they agreed on a particular amount and she paid, and the doors was loaded about 20 doors or more.

The next day, she now remembered she wanted to buy a key for the house she's presently staying( she stayed with one of my cousins living in the area the project was) she bought the keyset and then just out of curiosity prices the same door from the same seller and low and behold the asking price for each door was about 3- 4000 naira lower than the amount they bought the guy didn't recognize her she now introduced herself the guy was shocked to the marrow then the elders there were now like that's what we always warn them about blabla.

She just called the carpenter and told him thank you for purchasing at xyz price loool. This was like 8 years ago. Meanwhile my cousin that introduced him to mum told her that she shouldn't use him again because he had changed that she noticed it when she recommended him for another roofing project around but because he roofed her place 2 years before that she still trusted him so she withdrew him from the job and future contracts.

This is someone that because he does a good job he charges slightly higher than others but peeps still don't mind. He lost his customers in that area.


The point still is at the end of the day, nature still has a way of collecting it back. Few months later he fell from scaffolding and broke his legs, that was the beginning of his problems he never recovered since then and the said house has been completed since.


Personally I would never take any artisan to buy anything, lots of them are rogues.
