Solution lies in your IP blocker, go to your cpanel and check the visitor metrics you'll see where the problem is coming from.
There will be an IP with suspicious and high numbers of visits/clicks on your site, blacklist it.

What platform is your site built on? Is scratch, WordPress, boomla, blogspott etc?
