How long before they disposed the bodies elsewhere? |
Itisallright:I heard their main purpose of being at oyigbo is to ransack the place and retrieve all the AK-47's stollen by ipob in the raided police stations, they are so serious about disarming the people so that they can go about their shooting spree unabated. The military treads with caution if the hoodlums are armed with weapons but they are very quick to shoot at unarmed protestors. If anybody has a weapon with them, they better hold on to it right now coz that might be their only means of survival in this sh*thole called Nigeria. |
Nigerians, una never see anything, wake up! Until the order comes from above or the north, they will not allow them in. We are living in a colonized country right now, the northerners see this country as their colony. We need a referendum urgently to determine if this country will continue to exist or everyone go their separate way. |
The fact that someone cannot speak directly to the media and she has to cover her face in the video shows how terrible the situation is in the oyigbo area |
This issue of oyigbo carnage needs urgent attention, I wonder why it hasn't gotten national or global attention yet. It started, if I remember clearly, after the lekki saga and it hasn't stopped since then. This might be far worse than the lekki massacre we are talking about today. Who's responsible for this, did the governor send the military there to contain the crisis or to kill people? I heard it was Fulani's herdsmen going rampage in the area killing people from house to house, how come the soldiers are now continuing the carnage instead of containing it? I saw people leaving the place and returning to their villages in droves. |
This guy and acting, he thinks he is in one of his Nollywood movies that Nigerians would fall for this. |
I often feel Nigeria has been hijacked by terrorists. The truth will soon open our eyes clearly. And they call this democracy? |
Somebody needs to shut this guy up already, it seems he has developed diarrhea of mouth since the EndSARS protest started. Is he trying to act as a youth front for his political colleagues, because nobody regards him as a youth any more? A two faced politician like him who only chose to unveil his Yoruba name while he was contesting for a political post, nobody knew he was a Yoruba before then. This guy is not trust worthy. He should continue to commission public toilets for his constituent. |
SilverNorGold:Every religion, culture, even race of human has some extremists among them. But the case of Muslims is different. Take for instance, the islamic jihadist who beheaded the French teacher did that because of his extreme views about religion, but when Emanuel Macron spoke against it, the entire Muslim or Arabs worlds rose up against him and started burning French flags and his caricatures. In my view, they supported what the islamic terrorist did by beheading a fellow human. Muslims are just not tolerant of other faith worshippers, let's just admit it. |
Unless France did something about islamic terrorists, they would never allow the country to have peace. Imagine, France of all places, the most open of all European countries. They welcome Muslims into their country, now see how they are repaying them. Nigeria is yet to understand the calamity awaiting any country that is ruled by adherents of Mohammad, they can destroy anything for the sake of Mohammad. |
Supermugu:I never heard too much from Linda ikeji on this EndSARS protest, was she even at the protest ground? |
I'm only trying to see how her election as WTO head will benefit Nigeria? |
So you want to tell me the South Korean lawyer has more trade experience than madam okonjo? Well, USA has their reasons |
But how do countries like United States of America have almost 1,000,000mw? |
civilserva:Accommodating in the sense that when you get to the Yoruba's dominated community, they will welcome you with open hands, they will not say because you are a stranger there are certain barriers that you need to cross. You can dab into the business that the natives there are already doing and that is fine with them, they will not say because you are a stranger so they will not patronize your business. |
But those family members share the part of the blame too o, someone killed your sons and daughters and you are afraid of speaking up, what are you afraid of again, isn't that an insult to the memories of your kids? |
azmanaty2:Enough of this name calling, nobody actually listens to what these people are saying about igbos causing mayhem in Lagos. Only the northern youths are kowtowing to their leaders now. Look at what Yoruba's youths did to their Oba and some other leaders. Even tinubu is afraid of being lynched right now. Yoruba's don't give a fvck about all this tribalism sh*t except when it is absolutely necessary to defend themselves. Yoruba's are the most liberal, peace loving and accommodating tribe group in this country. You never heard anything about tribalism when a Yoruba man (obasanjo) was the president of this country. Or is it the video that one errand person made all the way from UK asking the Igbo to leave Lagos that will now serve as a directive to Yoruba's? |
So bartomeu is the back luck for this team all this while. I'm sure barca would have lost this match if that corrupt man is still in charge of the club. His resignation serves as a moral boost for the team. Forca Barca! |
Karmatyra:That is good. It is fire for fire with these people o. If you show any sign of fear or defeat, they will quickly overrun you. But when you stand still and meet them face to face, they will run. |
temblor1:These people are barbaric. So the mention of Mohammad in that picture cost the french teacher his life, because the cartoon was referring to erdogan? All the civilized worlds must rise up and prevent Muslims from getting close to leading the human race. I don't pray to see my children in a Muslim dominated world. These people are just too intolerant ![]() |
Karlovich:I tell you, religion psycho everywhere, they are the same reason why the northern Nigeria is against the EndSARS movement. They see non-muslim Nigerians as kaffirs or infidels, so they cannot join hands with kaffirs to unsit their muslim brother buhari. We are in deep sh*t in this country if the christian Nigerians don't rise up and take back this country from the religious extremists up North. What is stopping them from invading the southern Nigerians with their military and foot soldiers like Boko Haram and Fulani's herdsmen is because they fear USA and Europe might intervene and that will be the end of their rogue reign in the country, so they are silently invading the country by taking up lands in some parts of the country like benue. Muslims are just too intolerant to other faiths, now I realize why USA and allies don't want Iran to have a nuclear missile. |
What is wrong with these Muslims and their Mohammad? A guy that died thousands of years ago people are still killing themselves for. If you are a true believer of God according to the Bible or Quran, why fighting for somebody that is more powerful and far superior to you? |
These people can lie for the world o, at least I can see up to 100 civilian corpses on the ground among the victims that were shown on social media, imagine those ones that were not captured. What about the mass burial that happened in some places? Nigerian leaders are not fit to be leaders even in the animal kingdom with all these lies they are peddling to the people. |
This is just a face saving attempt to deflect the focus from the ongoing EndSARS movement. How can you investigate police brutality when the same IG whose boys committed the atrocities, the same army chief of staff, and same ministers and commissioners are still sitting on the thrones? You are practically asking the system to investigate itself. I think until the president called for a nation-wide referendum, we need to continue with the protest. |
Only two representatives are going to be fighting for the interests of the youth: Rinu and the last guy, the rest are just serving the vested interests. It appears that segalinks has been compromised lately |
What do these politicians mean by regulating social media, does it mean that when you post something on Twitter contrary to their wish they will have it deleted or sensored? Social media has been the best tool for ordinary people to express their views, even though it may have a negative connotation that some people use social media for malicious purpose, it is still serving its purpose as information democratization tool. Not everything posted on social media that people take seriously, but when it becomes a trending phenomenon like the #EndSARS hashtag, then people know that this is real. Nigerian politicians looking for any means to shut down the voice of dissent, that shows their evil intents. They would have covered up the lekki massacre if there was no social media. |
I think buhari saw the protest as an uprising against his government and he was reading the reactions of his northern adherents that only few of them partook in the protest, so he thought the ethnoreligious sentiment will tilt the game in his favour, so the reason for his lackadaisical attitude towards the protestors. Imagine someone that could send the military to shoot at the peaceful protestors in the highbrow area like lekki, that should tell you something about the mentality of these northern oligarchs in this country. Unless our voices are united as the youth in this country, we will only be able to make little headway against the oppressive leaders we have in the country. If both southern and northern youths cannot unite in the fight against bad leadership, it is better everybody goes their separate way, it means Nigeria cannot work for a common man, because these leaders will continue to play the ethnoreligious card to destabilize any uprising against them. |
These palliatives no dey finish? It is like the amount of covid-19 palliatives that were hidden was enough to feed all Nigerians for the next six months. |
luxy44:Aboki, we know them by their comment. |
People saying they are afraid of criminals with weapons now, how many armed robbery attacks or cultist clashes have police successfully repelled in the past? If they come back, they should stay in strategic places and stay off the roads and stop extorting motorists. |
Why is this new to you, is he not a Nigerian? |
Keep the momentum going. |
