Pls, what is rubbish in this now?
Is it the hospital he built or the fact that he will still be travelling abroad for treatment?

If its the hospital, something is wrong with you!
If its the 'travelling abroad...', which means you need to create another topic and discuss that.

This is an applaudable development.
Politics › Re: Jonathan To Blame For Fuel Scarcity Says Lai Mohammed by peedeeasobie(m): 11:36pm On Dec 21, 2015
ddippset:
Anytime any pdp apologist or any Jonathan fan boy comes out to insult buhari or the apc and ask why they have not fixed all of Nigeria's problems in 6 months, the right approach would be always to remind them that pdp and Jonathan caused the problems for 16 years. APC should have no apologies about this.
keep speaking evil...
16 years of problem by Jonathan and PDP? really?

what party was Lai Mohammed in within the 16 years?
what party was Amaechi, Atiku, Audu Ogbe, Timipre Sylva etc?

you people shouldn't think again, keep lapping up any trash that proceeds from the mouth of this Shameless man called Lai Mohammed.
Politics › Re: This Government Is A Government Of Sadists - FFK by peedeeasobie(m): 5:06pm On Dec 19, 2015
With trepidation I watch and listen to mindless people who don't see anything wrong with the obvious insensitivity of this government.

This is not about PDP and opposition, this is about a government that flaunts the rule of laws and kills innocent people carelessly!

But I'm glad because history always repeats itself.

When Abacha started going after perceived enemies, the rest of his supporters were watching and smiling... until his paranoia led him to his own men- Oladipo Diya and others.

When OBJ started his one sided corruption fight, his supporters were clapping until he started going after his own men- Atiku and others.

Mark my words today, PMB will go after his own people not necessary because they are corrupt but because this one sided fight will lead to paranoia- it always does. He will go after these ones that are clapping now.
That is when they will start looking for allies and propping up propaganda.

After fighting PDP and there is no one else to fight, he will start fighting his own!
No matter his anger against corruption, disobedience to court orders should never ever be encouraged. That is how dictators are born.
Once he finds out he can flout court orders and get away with it... just know this country is in a downward spiral.

Celebrities › Re: Kate Henshaw Narrates Her Experience With Policemen - Police Responds by peedeeasobie(m): 7:45am On Nov 29, 2015
HungerBAD:
What is Negative here?

Still don't understand her narrative. Some one jumped in front of a fully armed police man, challenging him that he had been pushed, and wanted some sort of apology from the police.

Scene 2: Man was dragged into a waiting vehicle for security reasons.

Scene 3: Kate wanted to intercede, which she eventually did and the man was released, so what is she talking about?

Maybe those with more intelligent, can break this story down to the Nursery level, so I can understand.

My advice to Kate Henshaw. You are an actress, and that is where your power stops.

You are not in any position of authority, and do not make the mistake of being well known, to be the same thing as being well liked or respected.

You have done a nice thing by interceding, so keep it moving and don't go to your page to write as if, the RED carpet should be rolled out for you because, you are Kate Henshaw.
what on earth are you talking about?

Did she mention anything about her societal status?
She's just being a good citizen, period.

you don't have to be in authority to intercede for someone!

We use to live in the same neighborhood. She is a very decent lady, a good wife material. I love her so much and it took 4yrs for her to finally say yes. Four good yrs for her to accept to have a relationship with me. Now the relationship is about to crash in less than a year. Let me go in details...

During the 1st month of our relationship. It was the best thing that ever happened to me. It was full of love and i knew it will be a disaster to loose her. Our love life started during one of her long school holiday. She told me her last relationship was with a guy in her school, how they broke up due to irreconcilable differences. After few weeks of her resumption back to school i started seeing photo mixed by the guy on facebook tagged to her. Whenever i call regarding this issue she always say the guy does that just to gain her attention.

Weeks later, the photo mix grew into real photoshoot involving the both. She no longer call as she used to. She even ignore most of my calls. I started having this feeling that i have lost her but i still played along. She is again on holiday, we have met to discuss this issue. She told me she is now dating the guy due to his aunt's intervention. She said her feelings for me only come when am around her..

I dont know what to do.. I feel she as just used me to pass time. I feel cheated yet i dont wanna loose her. Pls nairalanders i need your advice. What should i do?

Politics › My Personal Opinion On The Biafra Protest! by peedeeasobie(op): 6:08pm On Nov 09, 2015
I will give my opinion on this "Biafra protest" going on!

What is this protest for?
Are they protesting against the continuous detention of Nnamdi Kanu or are they protesting for an independent Biafra nation?
If its the first, I really don't see anything wrong with it. Since the court has granted the said person bail and the bail conditions have been met, his detention is illegal.

But if its the second, then I have few but strong concerns...
(1) why do they want this Biafra nation?

A lot of people will say marginalization.
The question is, who is marginalizing who?
Is the Hausa marginalizing the Igbos?
Or is the Yoruba marginalizing the Igbos?
Or is Nigeria marginalizing the Igbos?

To say that the Hausa or Yoruba is marginalizing the Igbos will be an acceptance of defeat.
Why would another ethnic group/tribe marginalize the Igbo?
Could it be that they are better?
Could it be that they are more in number?
Could they be better economically?
Why are the Igbos not marginalizing them?

To say that Nigeria is marginalizing the Igbos will also raise some questions... Why?
Why would the Igbos allow the country to marginalize them?
Let me state some things here...
As I am writing this post now, there is a protest going on in Edo state against the governor because of the poor state of the roads.
How many Igbo states have protested against their governors?

T.A Orji governed Abia state for 8 good years, how many protests was organised against him? His governance was so bad that if you enter Aba, tears will come out of your eyes yet he won election for the second tenure and also to the senate! Abia almost went into extinction, yet no protest!
His son, who terrorized is member of Abia state house of Assembly! In a sane clime, that man ought to be in prison but... He is Biafra!

Rochas Okorocha, is in his second tenure, Imo state is almost a failed state, everything is in limbo, yet no single protest. Workers are owed, pensions are unpaid for months and the man is moving with private jets, no protest!

Kema Chikwe from Imo state was one time minister for aviation, check out Imo airport during and after her time. It was in a deplorable state!
Do we talk about Ojo Maduakwe, Charles Soludo, Chimaroke Nnamani, Polycap Nwite, Orji Uzor Kalu (turned Abia state to a family business), Ken Nnamani, Martin Elechi, Sam Egwu, Etc.
These men and many have at one time held very influential positions in Nigeria, what did they do for the Igbos?

What did they do with the monthly allocations they were given? What of the security bills?
How have they helped the states?
How many protests have been organised against these wicked and selfish Igbo leaders?
Go and check how rich most of these so-called leaders are? Go and find out the amount of monies they have stolen from your government.

You are fighting the wrong battle! You are fighting the wrong people. Hausas are not your problem. Yorubas are not your problem! You are your problem.
If Igbos finally gain the 'much wanted' independence, who will lead them? These same greedy leaders?

No serious nation starts out agitation for self determination like this! Unless the nation is planning to be a failed state before it even starts.

There must be a long term plan/goal!
What do the igbos want to achieve within the next 20 years? Start planning and implementing.
You cannot have majority of your youths as Okada riders and hawkers, yet you want your own nation!
Start building unity!
There must be orientations, sanitization of greed and selfish mentality.
There also must be specific and well directed educations.
There must be demand for excellent governance from leaders!

You are protesting against the wrong people!
Protest against your leaders who have kept you in abject poverty, who have amassed so much wealth to your detriment and that of your children!

Politics › Who Actually Ruined Nigeria For 16 Years, PDP Or APC? by peedeeasobie(op): 12:06am On Nov 05, 2015
Roy OU Nwaeze wrote:

WHO, AS BETWEEN THE PDP AND APC, ACTUALLY NIGERIA FOR 16 YEARS?
See the below, copied unedited from an anonymous author:

PRESIDENTS AND VICE BETWEEN 1999-2015:
Nigeria had three presidents between May 29, 1999 and May 29, 2015. Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Late Mallam Umaru Yar'adua and Dr Goodluck Jonathan.
Of the three, Obasanjo spent eight years in office(1999-2007), Yar'adua three years (May 2007-May 2010) and Dr Jonathan five years (May 2010-May 2015). Obasanjo with highest number of time spent(Eight years) denounced PDP to become APC and Buhari's navigator to office.

Similarly, of the three vice presidents between the period, Atiku Abubakar spent the most number of years in office (Eight, 1999-2007). He not only moved to AC/APC while in office in 2006, he also aspired to rule Nigeria on APC platform in 2014 and is a member of APC's Board of Trustees.

SPEAKERS OF HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE BETWEEN 1999-2015:
Between 1999 and 2015 Nigeria had six Speakers of Federal House of Representative.
There are Salisu Buhari (June -July 1999), Ghali Na'aba(July 1999-June 2003), Aminu Bello Mansari (June 2003-June 2007), Madam Patricia Etteh (June 2007-November 2007), Dimeji Bankole (Nov 2007-June 2011) and Waziri Tambawal(June 2011-June 2015).

Of all Six former Speakers, FOUR are members of APC (Na'aba, Mansari, Etteh and Tambuwal) with a combined period of TWELVE YEARS in office out of the sixteen years. Mansari and Tambawal are today APC Governors of Katsina and Sokoto states respectively.

PROMINENT GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS:
Nasir Elrufai was DG, Bureau for Public Enterprise and Secretary of National Council on Privatisation between 1999 and 2003. He later became minister of FCT between 2003 and 2007. As DG BPE and Secretary of NCP, he supervised the privatisation of NEPA, NITEL etc. All were emershed in controversy.

By virtue of his office, Atiku Abubakar was the Chairman of NCP between 1999 and 2007. Both men supervised the privatisation of public companies for the period. They are APC members.

Danjuma Goje, was the minister of state for power between 1999 and 2003. Rabiu Kwankwaso was minister of Defence between 2003 and 2007.
Both are members of APC BoT and Senators.

Samuel Orthom served as minister of state, trade and investment between 2011 and 2015. Nasir Elrufai was minister of FCT between 2003 and 2007. They are now Governors of Benue and Kaduna states respectively. Should we wish all these away?

STATE ADMINISTRATIONS BETWEEN 1999-2015:
Between 1999 and 2015, Gombe has had three Governors, Abubakar Hashidu (4years), Danjuma Goje (8years) and Ibrahim Dankwambo(4years). Both Hashidu and Goje are members of APC. That is a combined 12years.
In Kwara state, all governors since 1999 are APC members save late Lawal who ruled under APP.

In Anambra state, ex-Govs Mbadiniju (4years), Nwabuweze Chris Ngige (3years), and Peter Obi(8years) were Governors. Mbadinuju and Ngige are APC members. That is a combined 7years between 1999-2014. APGA's Peter Obi held sway for 8 years.

Similarly, in Benue state, George Akume held sway from 1999-2007(and Senator 2007 till date). He's an APC chieftain.

All Governors of Osun state between 1999 till date are APC members. Also in Ekiti state, of the 16 years, PDP's Fayose only had four. Otunba Niyi Adebayo(4years), Segun Oni (3 years) and Fayemi (4years) are BoT members of APC.

In Abia state, Uzo Kalu that held sway between 1999 to 2007. He's no PDP member. APC Govs have been in power in Lagos state all through the period.

In Zamfara state, APC Govs held sway for TWELVE out of the 16 years.
In Rivers state APC's Chieftain, Rotimi Amaechi, was not only Governor for eight years (of the 16years), he also served as Speaker for the other part of 8years.
Plateau state Governor Simon Lalong (APC) was a Speaker during the Dariye administration. The list is endless.

APC CLAIM OF PDP DESTROYING NIGERIA FOR 16YEARS IS ILLOGICAL:

We can see that between 1999 and May 2015 individuals occupied various political offices, the actions(and inactions) of these office-holders contributed to the decline of the Nigeria and her economy. Majority of these people were at one time or the other indicted for corrupt practices and fraud while in office. Most of these people are members of APC and some appointed into offices.

ALL of them combined are responsible for the sorry state of things in Nigeria. We can't forget so soon that it was Saraki and Amaechi(as NGF Chairpersons) that moved for the Sharing and depletion of the Excess Crude Account, which GEJ bowed to between 2007 and 2012.

In fact, they also pushed for the sharing of One Billion Dollars in Soveriegn Wealth Fund but was resisted by Jonathan. Today, Saraki is not just APC Senator but also the Senate President, while Amaechi is a minister-designate.

Can we forget so soon that Audu Ogbeh, a minister-designate and APC Senator Barnabas Germade were PDP National Chairmen between these period.
