I'm not condemning 'singlehood' but everything in life has its merits and demerits.

I receive proposal for more businesses lately. This means more money of course, about 3 times what I earn now. In this present economy, many people wouldn't hesitate to latch unto such opportunity but you won't believe I'm dilly-dallying with the offer, why? Marriage. My oga doesn't want me to go all out, he wants attention, "the house needs me" that's his opinion. He's not far from the truth though.

Mind you, I don't regret being married one bit. My husband has been good and true to the promises he made years back. Somehow, we have built mutual trust, love and companionship that one could hardly survive without the other.

To the singles, if your marriage is healthy, you will understand what I'm saying in due course. There are times I'm sick in my body and I just need my husband's touch to feel better. I just ask him to touch the problem area, maybe my head or stomach or back. I don't know what's in the touch, but it's soothing. After a while, I sleep off, relieved!
Don't let all the negative stories here and there bamboozle you into shunning marriage. Just marry rightly and you will be fine.

Don't look at it from our own perspective because in Nigeria, English is our official language and it is widely spoken. Many people are already accustomed to speaking English, and some don't even know the rules of English but can speak it properly.

Look at it from a non-English speaker's perspective. You cannot simply tell a non-English speaker that objective pronouns fall under personal pronouns and cannot be used to begin a sentence without further explaining that some objective pronouns can also fall under other groups of pronouns.

This is it. When you talk about some pronouns being subjective or objective in nature, this division has to do only with personal pronouns.

When you use 'her' within the context - Her book is on the table, then you have used 'her' as a possessive pronoun. It's no longer functioning as a personal pronoun.
We have other types of pronouns apart from Personal and Possessive pronouns like: Reflexive, Relative, Demonstrative, Reciprocal, Indefinite, Interrogative and more. A word (pronoun) may belong to several groups of pronouns depending on its function in the sentence.
E.g. The pen which you gave me has been broken - Relative
Which of these pens is yours? Interrogative

In grammar, you don't consider words in isolation, you may end up commiting blunders. Check out the contextual meaning of the words before you draw your inferences.
