Phones › Re: Is Using Your Phone While Charging Safe? by saajus: 9:00am On Nov 30, 2019
I think yes. If a phone battery is exploding, then that is a design problem. That's why Samsung recall that version of their phone that exploded. Can you use your laptop while charging?

Just for safety reasons, to avoid being a statistic, try not to put a plugged phone on your bed while sleeping. Also, be careful with most Chinese power banks. Those guys don't follow standards 100% especially if they know they are shipping the product to Africa.
Politics › Re: 3 In 1 Flyover Built In Kano By Governor Ganduje (Photos) by saajus: 8:50am On Nov 30, 2019
Keep wasting money. Doing unimportant projects because of kickbacks. How many people are living in that Kano large mass of land? They don't need flyovers. His people need Education more than anything.
My people always say "pikin wey we no train, na hin go sell the house wey we use money wey we suppose train am build" . One Boko Haram bomb will destroy all those multi-billion Naira flyovers.

Nonsense. 22m people on that small area of land, there is no magic that can be performed by policemen than to construct more overheads roads/bridges and finish up the light rail project that is taking decades.
Health › Re: Help!!! My Child Has Lipoma by saajus: 8:14pm On Nov 28, 2019
It's just a minor surgery. Do it now, your child can't appreciate it now but in the future. You don't want any scar that will make your child less confident when he is an adult.
Christianity Etc › Re: Leke Adeboye Calls For Prayers For Kanye West As He Becomes Bornagain Christian by saajus:
We want it easy. It's easy to preach to a guy in Lagos holding Bible than to go preach in prisons at Kutuwenji. I'm always amazed when I hear a Church is hijacking other Church members. There are millions of unsaved out there to bring into the fold. A popular Church in Abuja launched its Dubai branch 2 yrs ago while ignoring our Northern villages. We want it easy.
u11ae1013:
Funny enough, Kanye west has converted in just a few months more than all the churches in Nigeria has converted during crusades and sharing tracts,

It's funny the way we do church hunting here in Nigeria and call it evangelism. Just last week, some group of Christians walk up to me even when I had a Bible in my hand coming out of a church and they were still preaching to me

My brother, this 5g research is still controversial but many scientists said we are safe. You know we have Ionizing and Non-Ionizing radiation. Radio Frequency is under non-ionizing which means it won't be that harmful. The same class that microwave is. Some people also say microwave cause cancer but it is controversial too. Let's wait and see as more researches unfold.

Lilimax:
They should try this 5G in South Africa first since MTN is championing it. shocked
If everything is ok, they can come to Nigeria shocked
They should not come and kill us with harmful RADIATION lipsrsealed
Phones › Re: Nigeria Puts 5G Technology On Trial, Powered By MTN. Becomes First In West Afric by saajus: 11:32pm On Nov 26, 2019
So, we don't really need 5g now. We are far behind the western world. If ordinary Lagos to Ibadan expressway is taking 20yrs to repair, It will take another 50yrs for autonomous cars to work in Nigeria. Which hospital has the equipment to do remote surgical operations? Se people wey never chop will remember playing games online with friends in other parts of the world, cos 5g will improve gaming so much. It's a misplaced priority. Instead of wasting money on 5g, NCC should force our operators to improve the quality of their service; 4g LTE should cover everywhere and customers should be able to experience at least 10Mbps everywhere. 10Mbps will perfectly handle basic surfing. GSM/CDMA (voice) should cover everywhere. Nigeria is small in landmass.

Coldie:
But the ncc isn't providing those for that reason, Nigeria does not yet have access to those tech.

People who have are in the minority not enough to be profitable.
Phones › Re: Nigeria Puts 5G Technology On Trial, Powered By MTN. Becomes First In West Afric by saajus:
My Brother, 4g can easily handle all those little things. Ordinary 4g (LTE) can reach 300Mbps, 4g Adv can reach a max of 1Gbps. 5g purpose is not Facebooking, YouTubing, and likes. The major advantage is the latency, so it will almost be real-time. This will aid the autonomous cars, remote surgical operations, etc. You know there is always a delay in communication/data streaming/TV but not very noticeable. That's why if you call a live TV show, they will ask you to turn off your TV volume and listen directly to your phone cos the delay on ur phone RF is different from TV transmission. Do you know your friend in England watching Chelsea game has celebrated a goal like 10/20 seconds earlier before you in Naija did? So, the word "live", 5g is redefining it.
Speed is part of it too cos I think 5g can reach 18Gbps.

Coldie:
For your own good if u use the 5g don't open Facebook or Instagram or YouTube. Just a click and d whole video would downloadin seconds.

If u open IG once u open a page d whole profile would download.

Data would be so expensive
Phones › Re: Nigeria Puts 5G Technology On Trial, Powered By MTN. Becomes First In West Afric by saajus: 5:39pm On Nov 26, 2019
You will need a 5g capable phone like Lgv50, Samsung Galaxy S10. Apple has not made any 5g capable phone. I think they want the technology to fully settle down.
FemolasticA:
Please am not understanding something, now will we be buying a new phone with 5G network? or we will only upgrade our sim? because even the 4G network never balance
Education › Re: Which Of These Courses Should She Choose? by saajus: 2:10pm On Nov 26, 2019
Mathematics or Agric. I think Mathematics is the most flexible because she can easily become a Statistician, Data Scientist, Computer Scientist, Accountant in the future. It depends on her interest but Maths is a great course. A Mathematician can easily turn to anything. Once you get the mind of solving problems with numbers, nothing will be difficult for you to handle.

Romance › Re: My Boyfriend Threatened To Leak My Sex Tape With A Guy Online!!! by saajus: 7:54pm On Nov 24, 2019
This is not the best time to trade blames but remember you don't have friends yet.

First of all, did you talk in the video? Did what you are saying sound like the sex was consensual? If yes, it means you have to stand on a note that, they also drug your drinks. There are some bad drugs that will make you do anything ask of you. Go to the school authority and report that you were raped at a party. Also, get the police to arrest the guy that raped you, the person who video the rape and your boyfriend.

Are your boyfriend and those guys in a cult group? if yes, you need to restrategize cos ur life may be in danger if you take any harsh moves.

Don't be sentimental. Why are they not molesting Dangote, Otedola, Elumelu, Ogunlesi and Co. I am not saying those aforementioned guys are saints o. Let's be in the middle for now and watch how the case unfolds.

ChimaAdeoye:
America loves to molest African business men. But it's okay. I knew when that guy cancelled his Boeing Max 8 orders and chose the Brazilian Embrayer jets, he was stoking American venom. They typically think blacks whether they are Americans or Africans cannot or shouldn't own multinational businesses unless it's fraud.

Allen should not be intimidated. He should quietly show them the documents for his funds transfer and then seek redress for the damage done to his personality and business.
Business › Re: Allen Onyema: U.S. Seizes $14 Million In Bank Accounts Linked To Air Peace Boss by saajus: 3:34pm On Nov 23, 2019
Why na. How many rich Nigerians have they accused of fraud? The US investigators are not like ours. Sometimes they allow illegal activities to run for years so that they can have concrete evidence. Their criminal lawyers are very smart, so if they don't have good evidence, It will just be a futile exercise.

Sports › Re: John Fashanu: I Earn N5 Million Monthly As Ex - England Player by saajus:
5m Naira is just 11k pounds. If you know debts that some ex-footballers/celebrities have to service a month, you will know that, 11k pounds is nothing to them. What is the monthly payment if someone buys a 3m pounds mansion on 30yr mortgage at 4% interest rate. It is approximately 14k pounds.14k on just house monthly payment. Some of them make such silly decisions when the money was flowing. Thank God for the new crops of sportsmen, they are wiser. Most of them are investing rightly and pay cash for anything they want to buy.
I'm not saying Fasanu is saying the truth but let's google "do PFA England pay ex-footballers pension"

I don’t believe this. If it was true some soccer players won’t end up broke.
Family › Re: How Do I Understand/satisfy My Husband? by saajus: 12:19am On Nov 22, 2019
You husband is going through a lot in his head. He needs your support;

1. Your husband is an extreme introvert, try to keep family family. Telling mother-in-law about your husband may not help the situation.
2. Keep encouraging him cos he might be going through mild depression. Force him to go out with you once in a while. Transfer some cash to his account so that, he will always pay when you go out to enjoy yaself.
3. It is a phase and it will be over. Remember introverts keep a lot in their minds, it takes tricks and plays to force them out fo their shells.
4. Please, be very humble at this moment.
5. Try to do whatever house shores you can and leave the rest. Don't kill yourself.
6. God will provide a good job for him very soon.

I like Angelique Kidjo. She's a legend but she never really use her platform to help Africa. France pushed her to the world because she's never against our oppressors. She's getting all the appointment from UNESCO, UN and Co because she's not standing tall against their injustice.

I think she's going to win it.
