Same portharcourt I went to buy fuel in one of those filling stations around Rukpokwu. The pump attendant progamed the meter to my amount but I noticed that the moment he took out the nozzle, the meter started reading before that nozzle got to the car tank. I asked him to stop, he rushed to put it. Asked him to do it again, same thing happened. He was claiming nonsense, when I enter am 2 dirty slap, him brain reset. Asked him to call his manager, he was just ranting and all. Eventually, they came out and confirmed that the pump does that. You can imagine how many people they must have done that to.
Dafresh: Yesterday I want to general hospital to see a doctor, he recommended that I should run for test, because it was general hospital so I decided to go and do the test in private laboratory, the test lasted for an hour but going back to see the doctor, the hospital have closed, today being Tuesday I want to see the doctor but the nurses said he doesn't come on Tuesday and I'm seriously sick, doctors in the house please help me. Arresting your husband may be right or wrong but what happens when he is released? That is why I don't like my wife searching through my phone even when I am 100% confident that I wouldn't do anything to disrespect my marriage. Unless you are a simp, or you are really hiding something, you should not tolerate your wife going through your phone. That is a big insult to your personality. If I ever catch my wife going through her phone, knowing that I have nothing to hide, she'll have to deal with an angry me.

Freethought: I have been on the same prepaid meter with my landlord since i came to this house 2 years ago, he charge 5k monthly for electricity and I've paid deligently for the past two years.
Last week Saturday he brought an electrician to the house to install the prepaid meter he got for both of us (me and the other tenant). We were not informed about this step until that saturday they brought the meter.
Long story short, we discovered there's a debt of 53k on the meter (estimated bill since he registered for the new meter)
Now, he's asking us to pay the bill ourselves since he collected the meter for us. Mind you, he never for once stopped collecting the 5k.
I want to believe one or two nairalanders have been through something similar to this, that's why I'm here to seek help on how to go about it.
It happened in my apartment.
I got a new place and moved in, it's a new building entirely. The prepaid meter that came had arias of over 50k, like yours. With a preload of almost 2k(units that came with the meter). So we were asked to pay the arias of that 50k but we declined, we can't pay for what we didn't use. It was a bit of an issue for a few days. Long story short, our andlord wrote to PHCN to rectify that arias. It's was finally done but we paid the preload of that 2k with 50% anytime we buy units, until the 2k was cleared.
So, only your landlord can take it up with these PHCN guys. If he acts unconcern, it will be your debt to pay. But trust me, that's wrong!
